Stopped in from out of town we had a flat tire and needed new grips. They took care of everything quickly and went above and beyond that! They looked at the brakes, cleaned up and oiled the chains! A+ service!! Great home town place!

Took my bike to them twice now. A+ service. The first time was a bottom bracket was going out. Prior to going here, the tall rude mechanic at Black Hills Bicycles down the street had told me the bracket for my cheap bike was old, not used anymore & you cant upgrade a ball bearing bottom bracket to a different type. All of those statements were wrong. He said he could maybe clean the bracket, acted real put out, said he couldnt guarantee itd work & itd take at least a day. Came back the next day & they hadnt even touched my bike. I just asked for my bike back. I wheeled it up to Two Wheeler Dealer & asked if they could do anything. They said the could fix it. That the square taper bottom bracket is still used & could be upgraded to a sealed cartridge kind. When I asked them if I should come back in a day or so, expecting a same time frame as the other guys, the mechanic looked at me puzzled, smiled & said he could fix it in about 15 minutes. The second time I took my bike here, I had crashed it, semi bent the steel frame & knocked the shifter way out of alignment to the point I thought Id broke it. I told them all this. They could have easily take advantage of me & sold me a new shifter but they didnt. They had it tuned, fixed & cleaned in a couple hours on a Saturday. I cant recommend this place enough & HIGHLY discourage people from giving the other place your business.

I did not have any service done so I cant review that. I bought a jersey and a quick link. The staff was friendly and the prices were competitive.

Helped me more than once fix a tire that seemed impossible to fix, very strange size motor bike tire. Plus they have some great bikes there got to test out a few and may return one of these days and get one. Spirits just gotta move me i guess.

The guy was patient and helped us with what we needed, when other bike stores would not. I will be back. Super relieved to solve my bike issue.

Staff was very friendly and had my bike fixed in a quick amount of time. The also sold me a quality bike rack for my SUV and even installed it for me. The rack works great, and the bike is secured. The folks that work there know what they’re doing, and the prices are just right for the amount of labor. Great place!

I am from Austin, Texas on a cross country bicycle tour. The folks at Two Wheeler Dealer told me they always try their best to send bicycle tourists on their way without a long wait. I was treated like family while their expert mechanics tuned up my Surly touring bike. My favorite part of my time at this shop was getting to know the shop dog, a beautiful golden retriever. This dog, although somewhat spoiled, was truly the Zen master of the shop! He napped while wheels were spinning and tires were aired! This is my favorite of all the bicycle shops on my route. Highly recommended!

What amazing service! The staff is very knowledgeable about their bikes and do a great job fitting a bike to you. They dont try to up sale you on gadgets either. I will always come here for bike needs.

I drove up from Colorado for the Tatanka Epic mountain bike race. I left not one, two through axles for my bike sitting in my work bench at home. These guys hooked my up with a rear axle off a floor bike (i.e. a brand new bike that will be sold) because thats the only one they could find that fit. This is the level of service one should expect from a bike shop. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in Spearfish who needs anything bike related. Thanks for the help guys!

After many years of faithful service my old Trek went kaput on me but these guys tuned it up and helped me figure out how to get the ol gal back up the canyon for another season last year! Thanks guys!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the guys at Two Wheeler Dealer for saving the bike tour we have been planning all year! My family, along with several other families, go on an annual bikepacking tour. This year we planned to ride and camp along the Mickelson Trail.Planning a remote trip from 1000 miles away is always a challenge, but we coordinated with a local bike shop (Deadwood/Hill City) to rent bikes with racks to support our panniers and could handle a 200 mile trip fully loaded. When we saw the bikes the bike shop wanted to rent us we knew we were in trouble. It was clear they were in disrepair, unsafe and would not handle the trip. In fact, I would not let my kids anywhere near the bikes as the fork/stem were loose on most of the bikes, brakes were not functioning and all the wrong sizes too.Frantically, we called other shops to find bikes that would work for the week long tour. Two Wheeler Dealer was outstanding in supporting us, finding excellent rental bikes for our families and rallying the team to installing the racks we needed in just a few hours! In fact, they even made special accommodations to bring us the bikes as we had limited access to a car.Two Wheeler Dealer cares about bikes and cares about bikers, our rentals were not a huge sale, but the service they provided to help us out was just outstanding! They even called around to the local community find an odd part for a BOB trailer!If I was in the area (or any where close) this would be my go to shop for everything bike related. Thank you Zach and all the guys at Two Wheeler Dealer. Our trip on the Mickelson was awesome and it would not have happened with out your support!

Horrible business! Agreed on purchase price and details with Zack. Bike was supposed to be shipped in a week. In the one week time frame the bike was sold to someone else. Very unethical business!! Take your business anywhere else!
