I called this company to get help with my garage door. I was having problems with my door opening, right after it shut. Travis stayed on the phone with me and talked me all the way through it. Travis was passing though Gillette when I called him and he stopped by to help me with my door. Turns out, it was installed incorrectly and was bowing in the center and the tracks were not alined or something (Im not a garage door guy if you cant tell) He made it work again and put everything back I place without charging me a dime. Travis and Sam were courteous, punctual, reasonably priced, and did a thorough job. We would definitely hire them again.

I had an issue with my garage door binding causing the opener to not work properly. I contacted them in the morning and Travis said he could be here at 3:00 pm. He was actually a few minutes early. Travis quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced two hinges, then adjusted and lubricated the others. He also checked out the opener, routed and stapled up the wiring to look very professional (cleaning up my DIY installation). Travis is truly a professional and Inwould not hesitate to call him again.
