So we had to bring some returns over to the UPS store and these people were so helpful there . The young man James took his time to help us figure out the label on top of that he even fixed my IPhone while we were waiting on Amazon. Best service we’ve ever had from a drop off store.

Best customer experience Ive ever had! Store very clean and organized, employees very knowledgeable and helpful. I was printing programs for my fathers funeral which was starting in an hour, wasnt sure I could get it done by then but they made sure of it! All 3 of the employees that were there (one was just stopping in and not even working that day) help me with getting them all folded. I also needed some pictures blown up but because of time had given up on that but one of the employees told me to send them to him and hed see what he could do, well he got them all printed, even figured out the sizes I needed. I walked into the store a hot mess and walked out with everything i needed all prepared. Thank you guys for making this experience easier to deal with. God bless you all!

I had a mailbox for around three years at the Spearfish location.The staff were always kind and courteous. Whatever postal issues I had the staff took care of immediately such as forwarding mail, billing etc.The store was always clean and is in a convenient location downtown Spearfish.

Our memorial programs were completed beautifully and quickly. We would highly recommend their printing service. Excellent customer service!!

Had them ship some shoes for me, was told I didn’t need a box bed size they had extra to put them in to ship, and just shipped the box of shoes without a double box. Damaged the box heavy, sale of shoes was revoked and I had to pay a fee.

Excellent support! James and Debbie are the best. We bought some furniture on vacation at an antique shop and they helped us pack it up and make sure we had the cheapest options all while making sure our items were protected. They let us disassemble the side table in the store so we wouldnt have to freight it. Overall an excellent experience for us!

Ive never had a bad experience at this store but yesterday the UPS store staff went above and beyond to help me remedy a last minute (minor) catastrophe. Even during the rally, while they had probably 20 other customers come in during the time I was there, they were dedicated to helping me and I cant speak highly enough about their customer service.

Needed some things printed last minute for a meeting, and these guys jumped right on it and made it happen. Courteous, and friendly. A+

James, Helen, and Debbie are always extra helpful and nice! They get copying and shipping done fast an efficiently.

Open Saturday 9-2! Convenient! Well stocked, a multitude of services, and shipping supplies. Helen was very helpful, and guided me in boxing my camping gear to be shipped to Buffalo Chip Campground in time for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally!-Thanks!

Courtney and Laura saved my butt today. I ordered a bunch of brochures and advertising packets and it was not going to be delivered on time for the Home Show in Spearfish that I was attending. When I heard that, I was extremely upset and feeling defeated. I ended up stopping in at the UPS store to check tracking on my package, and the lovely ladies in there printed off all the brochures that I needed!! The brochures turned out amazing, looking exactly like the real deal. Not only that but they designed some sticker/labels for me, raffle tickets for people to enter a drawing and had everything done in less than an hour. They are very friendly, very helpful, and very hero-like ;)Thank you ladies for everything, I really appreciate what you did for me, you dont understand how disappointed I was feeling before I got there.
