I had a lot of problems with this store because they werent familiar with their online version of Sears. I called the store asking about a four piece appliance package... I was told I must be old- bc there hasnt been such a thing for a long time? It doesnt matter anyway bc they have no INVENTORY!!! Hello you were wrong! You came highly recommended but Ill never be back...

The guy working the front counter who told me he had been their a month was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He had to call another person up to discuss a purchase I wanted to make. This guy, not so much. Must not need the business real bad....

My mother had a fridge that wouldnt cool called here the girls were very pleasant to talk to the gentleman I later found out was the owner should either NEVER answer the phone or just let his employees handle the store had it delivered was supposed to hook up water line for the ice maker he didnt know he was uploaded to sooo that ended up extra what was supposed to be 115 dollars turned into 200 dollars for that????? Crazy!!!!Now find the old fridge on Facebook for sale for $290... i know this because doesnt have the shelving should have taken with the old fridge...Lesson learned!!NEVER AGAIN!!

Great place! Just had stove and over the range microwave delivered and installed. Was simple process and painless. Would recommend!

The store is located near our new home. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were looking for a deep freezer and she explained the difference between frost free and regular, stand up and deep. We are very satisfied with our purchase and would shop here again.

Diane is very knowledgeable gives great customer service I bought a vacuum I couldnt use it I returned it no problem got a different vacuum also my credit card had expired she signed me up for a new one and saved me $50 off a hundred so Diane is great at Sears Spencer Iowa

We had a very upsetting experience. We drove 50 miles to pick up a freezer that they were supposedly holding for us only to find out that they had sold it. They were not one bit apologetic. Just said mistakes happen and that we would have to order another one. This means another 100 mile round trip to pick it up. We will not be doing any more business with the Spencer Sears.
