I first used the Spencer MA Edible Arrangements store because it was closest to my parents house and I was ordering online. My parents raved so much about their arrangement that I was excited to be there the next time I ordered from them. My parents were right. The quality is awesome. The fruit is fresh and delicious; the staff are friendly and very helpful. I first used them because they were closest but now I specifically choose them because they are great!.

I stopped in this store to see if they could make up two arrangements that I could pick up in 2 days. I told them what I wanted and they were ready when I got there to get them. The woman are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. Its an awesome store so stop in and surprise someone with a great gift.

I sent a condolence arrangement to a co-worker who had a death in the family. The online ordering was very convenient. The arrangement was delivered on time and the recipient said the white chocolate covered pineapple was delicious.

On time and a beautiful presentation! I placed my order online weeks before my event. I was nervous about reserving that way so I called and they were really nice and had my order perfectly written down. The day of the shower they were on time, really nice and the arrangement was beautiful!

I live in New York State and ordered an Edible Arrangement online for my granddaughter for her 5th birthday, for delivery in Massachusetts. Her birthday was during the week, and her party wasnt until the weekend, and I wanted her to feel special on her actual birthday. The website guides you to the location closet to the delivery address. The arrangement I selected was in a cute happy birthday bucket, and included her favorite fruits, blueberries and mangos, and I added balloons. She loved it. The arrangement was really cute, and the delivery arrived faster than I was told. The Spencer location did a great job putting the arrangement together, and with the delivery. I highly recommend them, and thank them for their excellent service. It put a big smile on my granddaughters face.

These guys are the best. They even called to see when someone was going to be home since it was going to be very hot the day they delivered. My Mother loved the treats said they were super delicious! Would them again in a heartbeat!!

Someone purchased my sister and I a bereavement arrangement and they sent the whole thing with the price and card attached to my email address to confirm. So I already knew this was coming what this person paid for and everything and they blamed me that it was attached when the store manager called. This person clearly needs classes on customer service and etiquette . And then considering how upset I am because I just lost my mother, she was inconsiderate and rude and just Saying it was attached to me and I must’ve given it to her or the person whoPurchased it. This organization makes a large amount of mistakes from what I can read on the reviews and they do nothing as far as customer service. I will never buy from this organization the edible arrangements in Spencer again and you shouldn’t either. I will make sure to let everybody know the poor customer service and the way that I was treated over and over and over again. Considering I am a nurse and know thousands of nurses, I will post it within the all hospitals and nurse organizations. Don’t purchase for you could be treated with more respect at the cable company
