Poor service. My husband is constantly going back and forth because they cant figure out how to set his hearing aides correctly. They also will not file your insurance papers so you have to figure it out yourself.

Great service and I hear a lot better. Went from 20 on the tv volume to 8 or 9 depending on the channel and I took the closed caption off the TV. Thanks!
