The staff of Dairy Queen on Grand Ave are wonderful people. Thank you for the great service, in the offense heat. What soft serve is supposed to be in your lifetime.

Prompt service. Appreciated the outside seating option even though the tables werent really clean. Yummy smoothie.

I had laser eye surgery and we stopped for a strawberry sundae. Yummy.

Bought a large ice cream cone and the cone itself was so old it was tough and chewy. Ice cream itself was good, but that is hard to mess up as it comes from Dairy Queen.

Sometimes theres a bit of a wait but its always worth the wait!

Ice cream quality is fair for a DQ. 4 medium twist cones costs more than 2 pails of Blue Bunny ice cream, which turns me off to this DQ.

The staff is so rude and uninviting. Even to children. Its very obvious they dont care about their jobs. Today, one of the employees poked through the side of my cup while she was mixing my blizzard, then still just walks over and hands it to me And walks away. No napkins. No thank you.nothing. I called her back over and showed her my damaged, leaking cup and asked for just another cup and napkins. She throws down another cup and walks away again. 😑Last year the staff was sooo friendly. 😣 BRING THEM BACK!!

Going down hill. Prices too high for the little dab you get. I took mine back & said I ordered a Hot Fudge, not a bowl of ice cream. All I got was a teaspoon of fudge.

They had their ice cream cakes for sale at this little quick stop DQ store. Exactly what I was looking for.

Stopped at the Dairy Queen in south Spencer last evening, after my granddaughters softball game. There were customers at the window and the lights were on. There was a sign in the window that said closed, but as we walked up the cashier would not even look at us. Just gave us a sideways glare and refused to even say, Im sorry, were closed just COMPLETELY ignored us! She then shut her window and shut the light off. My 9 year old granddaughter even commented, how rude that was. I worked for Dairy Queen in Spencer for over 5 years as a teenager and young adult and have worked in customer service most of my life...this was absolutely AWFUL customer service and I will NOT be going back. My former boss at DQ would have never, ever tolerated this sort of terrible customer service from her employees! I really think they need to upgrade the caliber of employees or do some better training at how you treat your customers.

Unhappy with service we received on our visit to the DQ in Spencer. The cashier was short and unhappy as we came 10 minutes prior to close. Hoping she was just having a bad day...

Great set up for a drive thru but there is none. Standard DQ menu with decent customer service.

Snot nosed smartassed teenager couldnt make a orange julius and he tried twice then gets pissy with me when i told him i wanted my money back. Maybe the blue spray pzint he had in his hair affected the one brain cell he had.
