R4 helmet fell apart on my second ride, had to turn back for old helmet. Automated call says submit support ticket online. Did so and was acknowledged right away, over a week later nothing.... $350 helmet sits on a shelf and short season is almost over.. Not sure how to reply to a response but nothing in my spam only the initial email stating a ticket has been created and somebody will get back to me. I responded to that email with my name and phone number looking for assistance. Can that email be sent to me again? I cannot access the ticket either it says I am not authorized.

I purchased a pair of 509 stoke “backcountry” bibs! First ride out backcountry riding with the stoke bibs the knee completely tore out of them. After 3 months of constant emails customer service barely responds and has yet to come up with a solution, they have explained that backcountry riding is not something they designed these bibs to have the durability against. I will never purchase another product from this company!I wear a 509 helmet, goggles, jacket, bibs, gloves, and bag and they seem to think a customer asking for a material patch to even repair a few hours old pair of bibs isn’t worthy of responding to in customer service inquiries!⭐️
I used my X6 ignite goggles for the first time yesterday....Excellent product, mine have the photo-chromatic lens which adapts quickly when riding in and out of the trees.
