Very helpful, informative. Happy to answer my questions. Bought a bike privately that was serviced by them and that bike is nasty.
They are Awesome got both my projects right in and they are friendly and knowledgeable and they have some nice bikes
Awesome people! I went in to get a fuel filter and had a couple of questions and they had no problem with helping me get through them! The owner bryan and his mechanics are more than honest and trustworthy with the best/positive attitude. You dont find that anymore! Highly recommend anyone to go local. You wont be disappointed!
Serviced my jet skis in a timely manner. Brian was very honest & straight forward. Great small shop family vibes. Will definitely bring my business here again. Highly recommend!
Took my Honda 400 into the shop after 3 years of not running. Felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. They finished 3 days ahead of schedule. Expected to pay about double what they charged me. I’ll be coming back for all future services.
Buddy recommended I come here to have a tire change done and it took off from there. I started using the store about a year ago and I love it. Community is awesome and if there’s one thing the shops good at, it’s making it right with you. Their family like, business is great. Don’t like the work that was done? Bring it back and they’ll take care of it! Seems like every job I’ve givin them was a great final product. I have no complaints. Bryan (The owner) has helped me out so much, it’s hard to put into words. Highly recommend using them for anything and everything you don’t feel comfortable doing, good hands are behind the front door👊
Nice people. Promt service and a fare price with a smile.
Fantastic place staff very friendly and helpful
Took my bike here to consign it they got it sold for me I was pleased with my experience.
Amazing service workers were very nice. I was in and out very quickly with a new carburator.
DO NOT GO HERE! I took my bike to them for repairs (a low end bog). We discussed the issue before me leaving the shop and together determined that it was a carb issue. They told me they would start test it to be sure (they didnt, admitted by the mechanic) that was the issue. I went to pick my bike up and it was still running the same as it was when I left it there (at idle, worse under power). They tried to tell me it was because I have an aftermarket exhaust. We all know that would NOT cause a bog only change the power curve. The mechanic told me he went through the carbs 100% and found no issues other then they were a little dirty. He then changed his story to maybe there is a tear in the carb boot or maybe a tear in the diaphragm that he missed and they could repeat the work. Um NO! Long story short My bike runs worse now than it did when I left it with them and I am out my money.(EDIT) I tore the bike apart myself when I got it home to find out it had the wrong gaskets between the carburetor and the head and the gasket was damaged as well causing an intake leak. If they had done the job correctly or at all they would have noticed the problem. There was clear signs of the leak once the carbs were removed (the intake port for that cylinder was black with dirt and debris). I put the correct O-Rings/gaskets in and gave it more fuel (Mark said the mechanic reduced the fuel which would just be idiotic in this case ) and now my bike runs the better then the day I bought it. Nice try on the reply Mark but you failed to mention you called me a moron, a cry baby protestor that goes downtown and holds a picket sign, a P.O.S. oh and suggested that Im a loser and Im broke. Pics attached for proof, HOW DO YOU MISS THIS?
Bryan and his team are awesome. My go to for all of my ATV repairs.
Work on my bike was done quickly, and well! They went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and my maintenance was done perfectly. They even took the time to wash my machine! I would highly recommend launch to anyone who is looking to get work done on their toys.
Update from Chad Walshs review as unable to edit. The mechanic we took the Ski Doo too was able to solve the no power issue within 3 hours of work. Turns out the wire harness was corroded causing no power to the sled. However in looking over the sled our mechanic advised that the voltage regulator that was replaced was wired backwards so there are now further issues with the snowmobile that he is working on diagnosing. He did explain that he is now able to start the snowmobile and power is restored. The mechanic also advised the voltage regulator is nothing that would have caused the issues we were experiencing so should not have been looked at or replaced. He was able to solve this problem and my idle problem on the 2005 RMK 900 for $390.00. Still wondering why I was charged $638.52 when nothing was done other than the voltage regulator being replaced and when replaced was wired incorrectly causing further issues and more money out of pocket. I am very discouraged the more I find out about my experience with Launch Powersports. They are very quick to collect money but not so quick to find resolution, beware.
Brian is really helpful, knowledgeable and timely. Love this shop!
Good stuff not a lot of help in the machine department
I took my 3 snowmobiles to Launch Powersports all with different issues. I have a 2005 RMK 900 that was having idle issues and going through coolant. I was told a compression test was done, it was checked for leaks and there is nothing wrong with it. I was advised by the owner that a temperature sensor was unplugged and this should fix the idle. I get the sled home and fire it up and first thing it still doesn’t want to idle well. I mess with it for a few minutes and am able to figure out that it is the throttle cable needing adjusted. Once adjusted the snowmobile idled and ran just fine. I also have a 2000 Yamaha Mountain Max 700 triple and the hand warmers did not work. This sled was fixed as stated by the owner and no issues here. The last sled is a 2005 Ski Doo 600 H.O. This sled has no power of any kind. When you pull it nothing flashes or does anything. I was told it could be a voltage regulator but can’t be sure. The owner explained the part is about $150.00 and it is a guess at best. I told him to go ahead to try it and this turned out to not be the solution. I went up and got my sleds and was charged a total of $638.52 and the only thing fixed was the hand warmers which I could have likely done on my own just didn’t have the time. I understand you have to pay for someone’s time but $638.52 to fix nothing other than hand warmers and tell me the RMK was good to go and clearly wasn’t is a little ridiculous. I took my sleds to my normal mechanic and had to spend even more money to have them fixed properly. Needless to say I am very disappointed in my experience here and feel I was taken as I had to pay a second shop to actually find the solution and fixes. I will not be back to this shop. I can just as easily throw my money in the garbage can and waste less of my time. I suppose you have to learn the hard way on who to trust and who not to.*********When I left your shop I was not aware that the idle on the RMK 900 was not fixed. I was initially happy with 2 out of 3. But we are 1 out of 3 at this point and $638.52 is a lot of money for some hand warmers and guess work. On top of it we just had a newborn so wasn’t really the time to have extra money to throw away. Now I get to spend the money all over again to have them fixed. I have just never paid so much money for nothing at all to turn around and do it again.
Seems like a shop at your friends house. Small and not much on hand for accessories
Ive been taking my jet ski into them for a few years now and theyve always done excellent work. They have reasonable prices and good customer service. Im thankful to have a knowledgeable small business right near my home.I came in yesterday with a minor oil issue and rough idling and was pleased to have quick and easy fixes and great customer service. Thank you very much!
Absolutely outstanding service and quality
Brian and the crew bent over backwards for me and they did not have to. I am very happy, bike runs great. Thanks for the good job!
Launch Powersports is my go to shop for my Kawasaki Ninja. I just bought some new tires from them, they were easy on the price and prompt on the service. I would definitely reccomend them for anyone who wants trustworthy service on their motorcycle.
They did good work for me at a great price. Customer service is excellent.
VERY HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL- WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK FOR ANY REPAIRS NEEDED!
Website is great to browse through & very user friendly & they have the widest selection of used and new inventory. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new bike ATV, etc. Awesome place.
Great Experience. I was informed during the entire process of what was going on with my bike. Very fast and knowledgeable on what they are doing. Will be my go to place for bike work.
This is an amazing shop with the best mechanics! If it needs fixing they can fix it! Quick turnaround and great customer service !
I live out of town and heard of the shop through family. Great pricing and fast service even for out of town orders.
Awesome all the way around!
Had a good experience with Brian. They did exactly what they said they would do and charged appropriately and made me aware of the fees that they thought it would be. Right on the money. Thank you
Personable and knowledgeable with fast turnaround. Enjoyable experience.
Bought my husband a motorcycle from there, great people
Took my bike to the shop to fix a tick that was occuring. Got the bike back half way ripped apart because they couldnt find the problem. Put it back together at home and half the nuts and bolts were missing as I was reassembling.
I wouldnt go anyplace else. They do good work at a fair price.
Great pricing, and helped me out with a finicky KTM . Everything works great now, wont go anywhere else. Thanks guys
Weirdest experience Ive ever had with a mechanic. When I first called them they said they could get started working on it in a day or two. Then I was told they wouldnt start on it until two weeks from when I dropped off because things came in. usually there is a line and its first come first served. After three weeks, I called to check on progress and was told that it was done and he couldnt find anything wrong. I guess I should say that this was for my 97 Sea doo gtx that has been hitting 6500 rpm but wont go faster than 20 mph. Anyway, I suggested that Derek pull the drive shaft and check things out. When he told me he was done he said that he pulled the driveshaft and the carbs. He said it would cost me $350. When I got there, he said it would be $250 and when I asked about a cash discount, it became $180. When I asked him what happens if I get this thing in the water and its doing the same thing, he said hed give me money back. It wasnt fixed. The real problem here is that when inspected my ski, it was very obvious that he had not pulled the shaft. Im not dumb, my straps were still tied the same and slightly loose, cobwebs and dirt In place, and he didnt know how to take off a part that he wouldve had to pull to get to the shaft. In my mind there isnt much worse than a mechanic who doesnt do work that he says he did. He did give me $90 of the $180 though. All in all a super weird experience, and 3 weeks of wasted time. I was excited to take my stuff there as its convenient to my house. But Derek for some reason didnt want to work on my ski and then lied about it. I was ready to drop as much as a grand getting the thing fixed!
Great Shop, Employees knew what they were talking about and were more than helpful with suggestions and insight on my purchase.Ps: Zach Wells i got your bike, first come first serve.
Mark is great. Made our purchase fun and easy (with 5 kids thats not always the caae) Definitely recommend if youre thinking of purchasing an atv/utv. And our kids love the hats he gave them.
We just returned from purchasing an atv from Colbert powersports, I wanted to let everyone know these guys are awesome. There was a problem that occurred with some extra stuff that came with our sportsman, It was not the dealers fault but the owner stepped up and made the deal right by us, even thought it cost him money out of his pocket. These men at this shop went out of there way to get us what we had purchased. In the future we will be looking for another atv and we will be getting in touch with Mark and Camren at Colbert powersports even thought we live 5hrs away.
The prices seemed right on used machines. Both times Ive been there with an intent to purchase, there was an asterisk to each unit. Front diff inop, wont start, etc.
Great people, great shop!!
Good service.
Very helpful and knowledgeable.
