Have had cars painted here in the past, they re great... wouldnt trust the 62 Chrysler convertible any where else.. will put photo up if it turns out great and will update..Ok ladies and gents. youve got to see this amazing paint work.. The team at macco worked hard to deal with getting this ole gal back to get original self..I really cant say enough about this place.. Just a great place if you need repair, paint, and the service is definitely recommend.. There great.. The red is before, blue is after.. Whatcha think???

Needed a quarter panel and bumper painted and installed. They matched the paint; I left the panels and a few days later they installed them. Looks great. These people are hard working, professional and I’d gladly do business again with them.

Ive only had the vehicle back for a few days so cant comment on longevity but the job was complete, thorough and as expected. My 30 year old Jeep is looking sharp. So far, the money was well spent and I consider that I received very good value for what I paid. A happy customer!

I initially brought my car in to have the drivers side door painted, which turned out good. However, when I got it home there was a 6-7 in. strip of a sort of clear, raised substance on the passenger side of the hood.I brought it back in and the technician attempted to remove it, but it just made it stand out more. Thr manager insisted it didnt happen there and I was SOL. I thought about it for awhile and thought what happened and decided I was going to stand up for myself. After all, since being a customer who has paid $2000 to paint a door and a quarter panel in the past, I thought I deserved a car that looked better when I left than when I brought it in. I voiced my displeasure to the manager, who was completely indignant and said, fine, bring it in and well respray it as a courtesy. AS A COURTESY!?! Like they were doing me a favor! So I brought it in and the resprayed it....HUGE MISTAKE! Neither side of the hood matched the quarter panels, there are little dots all over and orange peel like Ive never seen. At that point,I contacted Corporate and someone and he said I should sort it out with that shop. After all of the BS I dealt with them, why would I go back there? I tried several times to contact him, but never received a response. So, I spent all of this time texting out my very negative experience to hopefully inform other people who are looking to have MAACO work on their vehicle, save yourself the time and trouble and try someplace else.AND......as you can all see for yourselves, no resolution, just insincere, canned response. BTW I went to 3 different shops for estimates to fix my car...$1000-$1700! ThanksI need to specify that my issue with Maaco did NOT involve the shop on Francis! It was the shop on Sprague.Also, I discovered a new issue yesterday that was a direct result of taking my car to maaco. I opened my hood and there where a bunch of sharp edges where the spray ran under the edge and hardened. Just another example of the quality of their work. So, I go over to get some sandpaper try to smooth out the edges when my hood suddenly slammed shut, which has NEVER happened before. Somewhere between spraying the hood and putting it back on the hydraulic hood posts were damaged. Finally, one more issue...how does one get overspray in the engine bay???

You should pay your body repair techs they are old school

I brought my vehicle to be painted a light Grey color back in November. I had changed to a dark Grey before any work had been started. They called a few weeks later saying it was finished. Went to pick it up and it was covered in linex. Not the color I had chosen. Took a month or so to fix the mistake by telling me theyre sanding it down to the metal. When I finally got my car back it I was just happy to be getting it back after several confrontations from staff and staffs guests at the shop. When I got it home it had linex still all over the car. They had also applied heat to the metal which damaged and warped the metal. It looks awful! After a call into corporate because this location had not dealt with any of the mistakes. They told me the sales associate told them that it was my fault on the linex and that they had fixed it for free. I would have never choose to linex my vehicle!! Completely unacceptable. I have put several calls to the owner and havent gotten any response. My next step is small claims court. Please dont use this company.

I had a requested my hinges and striker bar (brand new parts) be put on my driver door after being told I needed to bring news parts to MAACO to fix Driver door that would not shut right. Not only did they not fix hinges (only replaced door pins and bushing) they fixed the panel behind the striker and put on old striker that was broken. I took the blazer right back to them to put new striker on. Now I had been speaking with Mike over the phone and in person, but when I got back to shop 20 mins later. No Mike just someone else who was rude to me and like whatever. He was to come out and let me know how long it would take to fix it he never came out to speak with me. After 30 mins I called and Mike said 10 mins I said I have to have lunch I have diabetes. I will be back in 30 mins. When I came back blazer was done. Now I was total in writing the cost to replace hinges and striker would be $426.00. But for half the work I was charged $461.69. Plus I never got my senior discount I am 63. Mike would not even look at my Drivers license when I went to show him as I was asked to sign for work. I am concerned about how long before door repair will last this is 3 set of door pins put in this vehicle. I also think I should get money back as refund back for not all work done as agree a pond my signging work release form

Great front office people. Quick and reasonable estimate f oi r my trim replacement. Color was exact replacement and install was quick and very will done.

I went to Maaco to fix a quarter panel and bumper. Yolanda the service manager knows her stuff, knows the vehicles and knows what’s needed to be done. Very professional and very friendly. She should get a raise or become western United States manager for Maaco.

My car was unfortunately involved in a hit and run last year, which left my bumper in disrepair. Everywhere I went could only quote me on replacement, except Maaco, who offered me repair. I was skeptical of the results of basically “plastic welding”, but the outcome was ideal. The people in the shop did phenomenal; a perfect repair, and again, Maaco was the ONLY place who offered a repair price.They are trustworthy and likable. I will be back for future body-concerns!

Coming back from a recent road trip to Mt Rainer I somehow came in contact with wet yellow road paint. No signs of wet paint along my journey but none the less horrible to find on my nice vehicle. I stopped at this Maaco to inquire about what could be done. There was a lovely woman who treated me and ask my daughter and I if we would like to wait inside where it’s more comfortable while she has a technician take a look. About a half hour went by she returned to ask if we’d like to have a look at the car. Much to our great surprise this women and another female technician had managed to remove all the road paint. I was thrilled, asked what I owed and was near tears with the response was, “Oh mam no charge, we are glad to help you and really help they did! They refused any payment and asked if I keep them in mind in future for any services that they can help me with.Thank you to the employees at the Maaco located at 422 E. I had a unique experience with Maaco. this past winter my son had a vehicle accident due to the icy conditions at the time. He went to Maaco and meet with Yolanda Maacos Manager who gave him an awesome pricing to repair the vehicle and wow!! the vehicle end up looking like just rolling out of Detroit. Due to a misunderstanding at the time we end up getting my second vehicle in a 2000 GT Mustang a make over. This vehicle who back on the day was my pride and joy. I was thinking it was about fixing a dent and a scratch but that wasnt the case at all the dent is still there they painted over the scratch and to top it off the paint doesnt match its lighter than the original paint so it looks like a large sore thumb it looks awful would not recommend them to do anything else at least for me I guess its true you get what you pay for .

Terrible customer service and ridiculous prices for individual body parts Not even on the vehicle. I could have them paint the entire car for the cost they wanted to paint just a front bumper and fender. Both new... annnnd already primed.

We are in seventh heaven. Maaco Spokane did a fabulous job on our old 97 Dodge Ram pickup. It looks like it is brand new. They are also friendly and polite. They were fast. We only had to wait a few days. Its nice getting a warranty on a paint job too. We highly recommend this paint shop. You are not going to get a better looking finished product and a better price. Excellent workmanship and finished on schedule. Yolanda is awesome manager and prices were very fair compared to close by shops, one of which wanted three times as much for repairs. I have used Maaco before and was very pleased.

I have had work done at Maaco before and my experience has not been bad. I would dare to say with each visit my experience gets better. I stopped in at Maaco on Francis for the first time and have to say that was a good choice. My experience with Mike Phillips, Mike Newman, Sara, Tom, and others has been great. They are craftsmen/women and know how to take care of the customer. Being given the opportunity to see the car as it progress has not been a problem and they have welcomed comments and feedback along the way. This 65 Plymouth of mine they are working on is looking better than expected and they are taking care of the few things I have found along the way without them even blinking an eye! Glad that I took a chance and stopped....price/value is great and the owner/staff great to work with!!!

Gave me a good deal on my hood paint job and even went the extra mile to fix other things that needed touching up. Did a fantastic job. I will always recommend them to anyone who is looking to paint or want body work done on there vehicle.

I had a short timeframe and you and your staff had it ready for me right when I needed it done. The extra requests like putting some new molding on were completed with NO extra charge. When there was a run in the paint found, you were very quick to get it fixed for me, and in ONE day!!! Great Job, I would recommend Maaco to anyone.

Friendly but overpriced for work needed

The best local place to go in Spokane for autobody work! I damaged my mirror. They did not make me feel bad about it and charged me significantly less then the Toyota dealership for the same part. Their customer service is really outstanding.

Since Maaco is a national franchisor, quality of work varies dramatically from one store to another. I can tell you based on the service I received at this one, this is one of the good ones. They were honest and didnt try to upsell me on anything. I really appreciated that. They did a fantastic job on the body repairs and paint job (looks like a new car) and did several things that I specifically requested, taking careful notes on my requests. I had them leave my emblems off, and when they gave me back the emblems when I picked up my car, they had put new adhesive strips on the backs, just in case I wanted to put them back on myself in the future. It was a small gesture, but just shows their attention to detail. Thanks for a great experience! Side note: same owner for both Spokane locations.

These guys are great. I brought in a 1967 Jeepster Commando to be restored, with a fair amount of rust repair needed and many old coats of paint to be stripped off. Mike Newman wrote up the work order and supervised the job. They did a painstaking and flawless job of body restoration, then matched the original factory two-tone paint scheme perfectly. Best of all, they completed the whole job on-time and within the original estimate -- which was quite reasonable to begin with. This is the second time Ive trusted a vintage car to MAACO, and been absolutely happy with the results. Thanks, guys. Two thumbs up!

Waited 10 minutes, standing in the front desk without a hello or will be right with you, while a worker is sitting there and not even saying a thing. Terrible customer service. Still need a quote to get my bed cover painted. Still gets 5 stars cause I used before and there great.

Well if you like low quality, cheap and not an ok job, then this is the place for you. Not worth the time nor what they charge to have simple things painted. They should of reimbursed for the job. They did more harm than good. When I confronted the manager she acknowledged it and her response was, well sorry. We can “try” and fix it but you would have to leave it for another week. Ummm no! Get it right the first time. Second time could be a mess as well. Not taking my chances. There were TWO PIECES and BOTH was a terrible job!!! Finally she says “ well some of the appearance will not be noticible because it will be at the bottom new cars have the same thing”...... No, new cars the painting is perfect! Also no all the damage they did was at the bottom side, what about the top???? I will never take anything back to them. I do not recommend them. They should pay back the damage they did. Not thinking I would be treated like a person, I dropped off my auto and hoped I would like where my money went.I am very pleased! Earlier in the year I had repairs done on the passenger side. I was treated okay. I told my husband the guy really knows how to brown nose. Not at MAACO.At MAACO I was treated with respect, real respect. I like how my vehicle looks. I am proud of my decision to take my vehicle to MAACO. Spokane MAACO is the place to get your vehicle painted.I have copied this post and shared on social media.

Came in for passengers door r and rocker molding and flare repainted, three days later i came back and when i open the door i can still see the original paint on the rocker molding and i think they didnt put a cover while working at it? Ican clearly see a red sprinkled paint over the tires

Id give 6 stars to the MAACO facility on E. Francis, if I could. Had a palm size dent & puncture on the front bumper. My insurance companies recommended repair shop, wanted to replace the ENTIRE bumper; as did another shop in town. Basically a bolt on, bolt off operation, for $$$. MAACO did the repair & repainted the bumper like new for $. Their auto body repairman ... is an artist !! YoYo at the front desk a gem. Reasonable price. Accurate quote. No upselling, & the job was done within 48 hours. MAACO on East Francis has earned 5 stars from me.

Poor quality, they didnt even bother to clean the bumper before painting. You can see the dirt underneath the paint.

Stood patiently waiting for over 10 minutes while the guy at the counter chatted with a customer on the phone. He never acknowledged me at all. Had I suddenly become temporarily invisible? He talked and talked, in no rush whatsoever to bring the conversation to a business-like close. Finally I walked out. Not a good first impression folks. Ill take my van somewhere else.
