This place was honest when I asked about my tire tread and gave me a quote that was reasonable should I feel the need to change out my tires.

My girl friend took her car here. The tires wore out in less than a month. They said they sent one back to manufacturer and they said it wasnt covered. Because she drove the car. Drove the car to the side of the road. She paid additional money to have the road hazard on them. We ended up repairing the front after only one week on these tires. We went and got used tires from the wrecking yard. At a third of the cost. They have out last these new tires by Four months. Got to a tire shop that keeps their. Word. One that stands behind the products that they see. My girl is broke now. She worked hard for that money. They lack respect when dealing with there customer. I needed tires for my truck, went to discount, my friends need tires, I will tell them to go elsewhere.

Best tire store in Spokane. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The guy that does the alignments there is the coolest and gets alignments done fast. Also the manager sweet William is super cute!

I have always gone to Firestone, I decided to change due to their prices, and very slow service. I choose the tire store on Sprague today for my oil changed. Such friendly, fast, efficient guys there. My oil change was only $38. I saved over $30. This will be my place to go in the future. And they do all kinds of mechanical work. Best choice I made. Tried charging my lady $600 to remove four locking lug nuts. Because they claimed they did not have the key for them, even though it is the most commonly sold key at any Automotive Parts store in the city. Took 1 min to find the key but the Biggest tire shop in the city somehow did not have one. Looks like they like taking advantage of people who dont know better. Yet my buddy who tuns a small tire shop out of his garage, at his parents house, had this key and all other common ones. Pathetic. THE Tire store should have the most common tools needed in the TIRE industry.

I was overwhelmed after calling multiple places in search of a specific rim, scouring online and stressing little did I know the help I needed was here. I walked in 9am Monday morning and was told the rim I needed could be there within the hour and my car could be taken care of right away. (others were 7-10 days) Inspected my tire to make sure it was safe as well as rotating the others, mounting and balancing a new tire on the new rim, topping off of the other tires with air and rotating the tires with more tread to the back for under 80$. The customer service and the timely manner of the service was impeccable. Well stocked shop with good guys. I will be back for other services.

I have gone to The Tire Store a couple time and just went today. They did a tedious small task on my car with no hesitation in under 40 minutes when they seemed to be very busy. With no charge. So I bought 4 tires and alignment. I just had another alignment done to find out that they did an unsafe job. All the bolts on my driverside were loose and my mechanic said he was surprised I didnt lose my front tire or worse. So thanks but no thanks. I will never refer anyone to you. I will never bring another vehicle to you.

Tire store that can’t mount and balance tires correctly.Pricey. Can’t balance tires correctly. Put on brand new tires on my work van and balance was off pretty bad. Had to take day off work to get re-balance done. They only balanced the front thinking I wouldn’t notice. Went back 2nd time and they still didn’t fix the balance. Also told me they can do alignment on my van but when I came to get balance done they said that they couldn’t do alignment.

Even though their shipment was late that had my tires in it, they kept their promise of having my new tires by noon. The staff is awesome and worked with me to make sure I got exacrly what I wanted and for a more than reasonable price. If you are a woman please don’t go here they will just rip you off. I went in had my brakes done and tires they had my car all day. Got my car heard a noise took it back next day to only find out that my emergency brake had to be replaced. That was more money which should of been caught at the time I got my brakes done. Just a scam to get more money all in all they charged me 1976.94 I’ve called around and a lot of places have told me not to go here. Way over charged. So please take my advice and call around my sister referred me so I thought it was a good place not at all!!!!

Payment plan is ok but took my car in and ran good for a month. They charged me 1600 and not all the problems got fixed my car runs worse. If I had the money Id take it to another place

Dont do alignment here. The guy that does alignment is very slow.

Came in not long before closing. Asked about how much it would cost to do an oil change on my cummins diesel. They quoted me about $100. Not bad after just getting a $200 quote from Jiffy Lube. Asked when the next time they could get it in. Guy said they could do it now. Got it in, and wasnt more than 30 minutes, and I was back on the road. Very friendly people, and top notch service. Would recommend to anyone who wants vehicles worked on at a reasonable price.

Went to go get an alignment done they said I needed upper and lower control arms tried to charge me $200 a piece for each part when I can get a whole front end kit for two hundred bucks this place is a rip-off stay far away

When into have inspect on my tires to see if I would need new ones for the winter. Guy was very honest said no you wont need tires the ones you have will last you through the winner. You have only half wear on all for your tires. He was very knowledgeable and very nice I also asked him about my four-wheel drive which he explained it to me. Ive been going to the tire shop for at least five to six years and havent had no problems with any of the employees thats a plus for me I recommend the tire store to everyone

This place treats you right. And they work with you on a payment plan for tires which makes it affordable. I did have a tire fixed today there and I noticed they didnt put my spare tire back in my trunk. I did call them to leave a message because its after the business hours. I am walking miles to my home bc after an already HORRIBLE experience at this place, a bank mix up during this Covid-19 situation caused a false decline on credit card. Because the banks are closing early right now theres nothing I can do until morning and not ONE associate offered ANY assistance in getting me home safe. The bill will be taken care of tomorrow-and Ill still be sick. Ive got my dog whom doesnt usually have to walk miles and miles. Ive also got lupus and am supposed to avoid the sun. Im sunburned and already had to stop and throw up 6 times. From the moment I arrived today they were rude, scammed me on my tires (told me one price & raised it when I got there by $250). Im speechless right now but when I get my voice back, Ill be loud about the way I was treated.

Was told my truck was next an hour an 45 minutes ago... there was nobody waiting in the lobby, there was one truck in the bay, a lady walked in after me and LEFT a half hour ago... she was a pretty lady, just saying.Anyhow my truck is still sitting in the parking lot. I have to go now. My slow leak will have to wait. I have the $40 you wanted to repair my tire but not the 3 hr wait for??? 👎

Very nice staff and great discounts! Always helpful and payments are very reasonable along with the prices. Bought a set of snows for my 2001 Durango and they were used but 98% tread. Paid off in six months instead of twelve and for sure going back for more!

They rated their tires for 70k miles, but the tires only lasted for just over half that before they were below the legal limit, 38k miles. But they allowed no-credit payments.

Reasonable prices. Not the place to take a vehicle if you need more than very basic services. Made the same diagnosis that I already knew about and didnt even put the parts back together after removing them! Good thing I can do this rudimentary mechanic work. Guess I shouldnt try to save time anymore By the way, it took a little time but I fixed the problem myself as usual!

I will not refer anyone to this place. They told me there was a whole laundry list of things wrong with my vehicle which was going to cost me upwards of $6,000.00. I took my vehicle to another local mechanic who told me that there was only one issue wrong with my car and would only cost a fraction of the price. Anyone who takes their vehicle here beware of them trying to tack on non existent issues.

I wanted to first give my positive thoughts about this place. I bought tires from this place a couple of years ago, and have been very happy with them.A couple of day ago I took a different car into them, and check on my brakes. I just want to say thank you to whoever fixed the squeak at no charge. I went back in the next day and was told I also needed new tires which would cost me more, and that was not added to the quote from the previous day. I didnt have the funds at the time, so I thought it would be a good idea to get a second estimate from a different place. Im glad I did because they told me my brakes were fine, but I did need new tires. I ended up paying less than half, as the tire store.I think this place is okay if you know what you need, but Im not sure how much I trust when they diagnose something.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and quick service. Didnt have the tires I need in stock, but they ordered them and had them the next day. Highly recommended and they do offer a limited financing plan to help cover the cost if you need it.

I bought tires from here in July 2016. Pricing was average 436 for 4 tires. With the payment plan bumps it up to 535. Im still trying to pay them off after 7 months with payments of 80$. They seem nice enough but they attempted to swindle me. I got a free break inspection when I got my new tires. They said my break line was broken and fluid had leaked every where and had damaged my whole break system and I had no back breaks. They quoted me about another 400 dollars to get it fixed right then and there. I had already told them I needed to do a payment plan for the tires because of tight finances, and that I was going on a trip across the state the next day. Anyway. I had to leave thinking my car was half way in a ditch already. I got a second appraisal from a family member a few weeks later and my breaks are in perfect condition. There is no damage other than normal ware and tare. Dont go here. They will rob you blind.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I first went into the store and they had in house financing. Which at the time I needed. I purchased 4 new tires to make sure I was safe this winter. My total purchase price $461.45. I made a down payment of 79.97 and 4 payments of $68.16 totaling $354.17. Checking my balance at the end of Feb 2016, I still owe 387.00.In-house financing is meant to help people struggling financially. And this tire stores financing keeps you struggling. Yes, it is my fault for accepting the terms. I was in a bad place and really bald tires. But, I would have been better off, driving on baldys and saving the money and paying cash.

I have been going here for close to 5 years. I absolutely love that they have in house credit. It has saved me more than once. This last time my car check engine light came on and they told me to bring it in. When the car was inspected, I found out that the original spark plugs had been reused in my new engine (replaced by Erik at Discount Auto). They changed the spark plugs, coil pack, valve gasket, the oil, and found me a new drain plug. Done in 4 hours like promised. I also got in house credit for this. Paid half down and cost of what was left to be paid in 90 days. I live this place. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL CONTINUE TO COME BACK!

Second time using them. The first was for tires for my explorer and they did great. This time I took my CR-V for an oil change which turned into some engine work and another set of tires. Only down side was the open desk guy was a little grumpy.

I drive from the north side to get my snow tires put on here every year. They are friendly, efficient and inexpensive. Tried several north side stores and received sub par customer service. Wait times are low and they get you right in.

Terrible service. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. If I didn’t ask the right questions, he wasn’t going to offer any help or information. He was more concerned with making it obvious he knows a lot about tires than actually helping or answer my questions. I will never come back here. I drove down the road to Les Schwab, walked in and got what I needed in less than 10 mins and excellent service!

Over priced and will NOT work with you on your bill if youre on Social Security and want to combine two work orders and make payments affordable for the customer..The didnt tighten serpentine belt and it came off,they tole me to drive it down,overheated 3 times and they wanted to charge me another $483...Cant believe they wouldnt have fixed seeing as I was with my little son..

My wife had a almost flat tire from a nail on her rear tire. She stopped in at this location at 5:20 and the manager Nathan refused service! He said he was closing soon and he didnt have time to do it. He said a tire store down the road stayed open till 6:00. Upset and scared she would be stranded she had no choice to go. I called Nathan today and he didnt care that he sent her away. If a business is open till 5:30 that means service till then!! I will tell every person I talk to about what a company this is!!

Ive had things done here from brakes to balljoints, this time it was a front end alignment. I only use the place cause its close to home and they let you break up your payments in thirds, which is nice. I questioned the brake job I received and had to come in twice to get the alignment done as they told me its a first come, first serve basis and I didnt want to wait two hours. Update......my brakes failed after 12,000 miles, my ball joints are shot after 23,000 miles. They did redo the brakes at no charge but Ill never have work done there again
