I had a new tip put on my pool cue. The cue repair guy did it while I was looking around the showroom.

The service, the advice, the effort to get us what we wanted was excellent. We went slightly over the budget, but the quality of the product and the process of buying, delivery and installation was worth it.

The nicest man works hard to make experiences easy. Found the perfect pool cue case thanks to him! All sorts of cool sports memorabilia there as well!

These guys have helped me every step of the way, after I purchased a used pool table. Aaron led me to Brass Finders, when I told him I wished to build my own pool table chandelier. The final product is pictured, along with the table, and cleaned balls. I thought I could set the pool table up myself, turns out its too frustrating for me. They recommended Oliver, of Pro Billiards Installation, who showed up and set up my table and refelted it, in no time. It is laser sharp. Im totally satisfied. Global supplied the felt. I needed a new cue ball, and a ball cleaning solution. Global supplied those products and a few other things I needed, with prices which compete with Internet pricing. In the future, when I need pool table supplies, or rec room toys, furniture, and lighting, I will definitely call these guys first.

We stopped by the store in early December with the goal of buying a pool table for Christmas. We had a few ideas of what we wanted but knew little about the details of various tables. The owners stopped what they were doing and spent a lot of time with us to talk about the components of tables, what makes a quality table, types of tables, etc. They helped us pick a great style, pick the right color fabric, and the right pockets. They were able to find a delivery and set up date before Christmas. They did a fantastic job on the installation. We love the table. The company is fantastic. The owners, father, son, grandson, are all fantastic, supremely knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate about what they do. Look no where else than Global Billiard Supply in Spokane.

Purchased my first brand new cue from these guys. Pricing was great, shopped around online and surrounding regions for a cue of this caliber and they could not be beat. The manager is thoroughly knowledgeable from furniture to dart accessories (I’m sure he knows way more).I’m gearing to purchase a table in a year or so and I it’s a 99.9% chance I’ll be having these guys handle it.Service and hospitality second to none, they have a customer for life.

We said we were looking for dart supplies and before I knew it, my wife was throwing a whole lot of darts at their practice board. We bought a bunch of parts and a new board and felt like it was a good deal with great service.

Great knowledge and this store was really the only good option for me in Spokane to buy a new Pool Table. Product is good, install was technically very good but MAKE SURE you go around the table and inspect before they leave! We ordered the Camel colored felt and there was a stain around the rack spot (which peeled off after one game). After paying almost $3,000 for the table I was a little freaked out and was unsure how to clean it off. A call the next day resulted in little with an assurance that they would be up to look at it. Never happened. Went into the store and did not get much help other than try a linen roller on it and gave me a new dot. So, just know.....fully inspect before they leave your house. 2/27/2018 UPDATE: The owners came up to fix the issue, did a great job and happy to report that I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks to them, good business to deal with!!

Maybe this is a great place.....if anyone helps you out. My hubby and I finally left after we looked around and neither employee acknowledged us. At least let us know you see us and will be right with us. Too bad there aren’t other dealers in town.

These guys are awesome! For a pretty decent price I was able to get my cue fixed. They have a ton of stuff for the average Joe pool player.

I wanted to stay in the shop for a while and look at what they had, but the gentleman who helped me kept touching my back and arm regardless of me pulling away from his touch. It made me very uncomfortable and I really wish he would have kept his hands to himself. Good cues and tables though.

Having no experience installing a pool table, I was apprehensive about the prospect of doing it myself, but I live in a rural area and wasnt sure I would be able to afford professional installation. I was able to get everything I needed including the cloth color I wanted and much appreciated guidance. Was apprehensive when I was told I needed new bumpers installed, but reluctantly decided to purchase those as well. Turns out, once I uncovered the rails, sure enough, the majority of the bumpers had hardened and needed replaced. Saved me a bunch of time by having the materials on hand. These guys definitely know what they are doing! Thank you so much!!!

Bought a pool table from a friend... was a 3 piece slate and i didnt know what i was doing... called a guy at global and he came out to my house and not only set it up the correct way (i know now as i had to move it again) but let me watch and explained the whole process to me for the future. the price was reasonable... in fact, more than fair as he whipped it out in no time. i was able to do the same on its next move. no complaints ever from any1 as it was smooth, level, felt was tight, and still heavy as can be. much respect for those guys and the company as a whole. congratz and thanks guys.

The owners treated us like kings even though it was late on Christmas Eve. Great selection on cues and quality.

They have alot of pool related items, but I didnt find this place very friendly or welcoming. We were politely asked to leave and I felt they were bias against my developmentally disabled client. This isnt a place I would come back to.

Great lil spot run by salt of the earth dudes. If youre buying a pool table plan for a wait to get it delivered and sey uo however it is without question worth the wait. These guys are professionals.Also of note, they also sell shuffleboards!! I love shuffleboard soooo thats kind of a big deal.
