Today, I called this company for the first time.I work for a general contractor and I was looking for a few parts and pieces that were missing from a current job. The young woman who didnt know anything about parts was nice, but the man I spoke to afterwards was most definitely only interested in licensed plumbers instead of the people who hire them.Rather unfortunate for the boss who pays this guy.First, last, only time I will be calling this outfit. Its unfortunate that this business has zero customer service in their sales department.You guys missed out on a serious builder, doing custom work.

Working on home plumbing, walked in guy looked at my facet piece and before I was even done saying hello he was already telling me he didnt sell the specific part and I needed to look online to buy it. Ok. Fine. I asked if he had the entire assembly instead of just the piece and was told told he dosant sell to none licensed plumbers. So he had the $50 part but wouldnt sell me a facet assembly...so if your just a Joe this business will tell you to pound sand.
