Took my elderly client for a much needed cut. The girl was awesome! Let client stay in wheelchair after shampoo and was lightening quick. Top it off, she loves the cut!

Best haircut and best prices. Angel was amazing with my three children. She even braided my little girls hair. She was quick and did the beat haircut my kids have ever had. Highly recommend. Tip-make an appointment and get there a little earlier.

I’ve tried to style my hair a bunch of different ways and give the benefit of the doubt, but this is the worst hair cut I’ve ever had. Very choppy and uneven. My framing bangs for my bangs (the part that actually frames your face) were cut off. Completely lopsided on one side.

The two people working when I went in were extremely rude. I wasn’t aware appointments were required due to covid, so I showed up for a walk in (my bad) but their reaction was less than professional. As soon as I came in she asked if I had an appointment. When I answered “no” she rolled her eyes at me and didn’t respond but kept working on her client. The other girl walked out and asked if I had an appointment and also rolled her eyes at me! She copped an attitude and said they’re only accepting customers who have called ahead and made an appointment. I was kind of embarrassed by my mistake so I apologized and started to leave. She said I can make an appointment now and I tried to politely decline and said I would call them, but she begrudgingly insisted “no no I’m already over here (at the counter) we might as well schedule it now.” And I don’t know how to describe this any better but their overall tone and attitude was just so rude over a simple mistake and I remained kind and polite the whole time. I will never be going back.

Recently new to the area and I was nervous to find a new hair salon. I went and saw Angel and she was awesome! She gave me great recommendations to maintain my hair after leaving and made sure I left there loving my hair. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

One lady in specific is very rude and should be fired for how she treats her customers. First time I came in to get my hair colored ever she told me she sees color and that I’m pretty much lying about never getting color before.??? Also did not put me in the system correctly nor my color. Also treated me like a homeless beggar just for inquiring about the price since I’ve never had it done. Tried to charge more only to feel guilty about it and at the end of appt admitting that it is actually Thursday special. I would have never known. Today humiliated me over the mask mandate to which I replied: I understand, thank you. I did not want any problems. while her coworker was not wearing the mask correctly pretty much the whole time. Then proceeded to talk about me out loud to an another customer and a coworker thinking I could not hear which I felt like I had to endure to avoid any issues. Totally unacceptable. Despite her being very rude I gave her a generous tip last time and a generous tip to the lady that cut my hair today. Definitely will not be going back and will be reaching out to proper people about this. I have family that have had the same experience and also refuse to come back because of this lady. Bully of a lady and no one should have to pay money to endure such behavior in front of other people.

This is a great place to get a good haircut. Kay has given us a number of great cuts. We walk out feeling super spiffy and always impressed with the bill. Thank you!

Fast and friendly, got me in right away

They were quite busy, had to come back an hour later and still waited about another 5-10 minutes but she took the time to wash my hair and cut it the way I wanted. It was quick but turned out just the way I wanted. She treated me great but I could tell she was at the end of a long day and I appreciated her professional customer service.

Aprille did an amazing job on my hair today she took the time to make sure my cut was exactly how I wanted it. Will absolutely be going to see her again.

I love my girls hailery and April up north they rock and I love how the have a conversation with you and not just say two words.

Both my daughter and I go here every couple of months. Not only do we get great hair cuts (with shampoo and styling) for under $25 each, we also receive 5 star treatment. These ladies seem to love what they do and where they work which makes it a fun visit each time. Highly recommend this location!

I visited Fantastic Sams last week. I had a very nice experience. We walked in on a Tuesday morning and there was no wait. My 5yo received a nice cut (short on the sides and back and longish in the front. It was executed exactly as I asked). The cut went quickly and was blended nicely.I also received a haircut while my sons hair was being cut. Audrey trimmed my dead end and added some layers so my hair doesnt hang so flat. She did a nice job and I enjoyed talking to her during the cut. I appreciate that she was gentle with my hair (its fine, so it tangles and breaks easily). She also provided a lot of good tips for maintaining hair health.In the meantime my 8yo and 3yo were entertained by the nice supply of kidsk books. Price was fair. Im very happy with my experience at Fantastic Sams.

This place BUTCHERED both of my daughters hair. My 12 year old daughters hair looks like a 4 year old cut it. Its way longer on the right side then it is the left side. The layers are all blunt cut and look HORRIBLE. Both my daughters have naturally curly hair so I didnt notice how bad it was until I straightened it for the first day of school. My 14 year old daughter left looking like an 80 year old lady. She asked for shoulder length with layers. What she got was hair below her ears and an old lady cut. I will NEVER EVER return to any Fantastic Sams store. This location seriously needs new stylists!

The right side of my hair turned out GREAT! My left looks like the second eye someone tries to draw! I saw when she was cutting and I kept thinking it doesn’t look right is she sure, maybe it’s just my eyes. It looks like stairs in my hair! Get home actually dry my hair and straighten it and yea there is a problem!Your stylist need a serious lesson! Now I have to go find someone to blend this damn mess YOUR lady caused!

Aprilles been doing my hair for about 3-4 years now and she always does a great job! She takes her time and doesnt rush through! She always tells me to let her know if theres anything I dont like and if there is she adjusts it!

All the regular stylists do a great job! Like someone else posted they sometimes get new stylists in that arent so great. Ive been coming here for years, the girls are like family now. Only once did I get a bad haircut and it was by a newer stylist. You have a week to come back if you ever get a crappy cut, so I went back and had one of the regular girls fix it! @MissCherrie, you seem to really hold a grudge against this place cause you posted the same review about a year ago and then deleted it and reposted it again. If the cut was so bad, you should have went back and had it fixed.

Hillary is the best! She has great color/highlight skills.
