A friend of mine informed me that one of her Friends had posted a sale on Weighted Blankets. So we decided to come in as we have been very interested in them. We heard they are great for anxiety and just helping you nervous system relax. The Salesman Orin was great. He explained the benefits of them and really just re-iterated how great they are to help relax us. Not only that but we are on a very tight budget so even though they were already extremely well priced he went out of his way to make sure I could get one for all of us under the original price of just 1!!!! I was amazed at how kind and thoughtful he was and he even showed my 10 year old a bed that goes up and down and vibrates. He thought that was the coolest thing ever lol. Sorry this is so long but I really am amazed at how well trained and kind he was and I will definitely be back for future needs!

My new “bed purchase experience” was exceptional since Ricky was my sales person.It’s quite apparent that he is honest and concerned about you purchasing what you need, instead of the amount of his commission....My bed is to be delivered on Monday, 4/26/21, after which (hopefully) I will be leaving another excellent review....

Went to mattress firm next since they were open and close by. Brianna was our sales gal and was absolutely outstanding! Very polite and knowledgeable. She wasn’t just there for a paycheck. At least not with us. She asked her questions in order to match us with the perfect bed. We got pre approved, and chose the bed that Brianna suggested. It wasn’t the most expensive/fancy, but it fit us perfectly. It wasn’t just about a sale to her. Buying a mattress is as intimidating as buying a car. A serious investment that I want to get right. I met Brian Jimenez at the Sprague store. No pressure but more a conversation about how I sleep. He explained why I like the type of mattress I was interested in. He took in my information and then pointed to the mattress he thought would be, the one. Brian picked out the mattress that was meant to be for me. Ive been sleeping on it for over a month now and I like it even more now than when I bought it! This is a great store to buy a mattress, at the least, give the place a visit.

Cedric is the man. By far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing anything. I went in the store just to look and when I was leaving he came out of the store (after helping another customer) just to make sure I felt satisfied with our interaction. Autumn was very patient with me in looking at many different things. She was always happy to see me when I came back with more questions about a mattress, mattress cover, pillows and warranties. She was not pushy. She has a wealth of knowledge about each piece in there and will explain it to you so you can make an informed decision. It took me a while to make a decision, but Im VERY happy with it!When Im ready to upgrade the other things we discussed..... I will be back. But I will only buy from Autumn. Anyone else Ive talked to when she was not there, had attitudes that they could care less about the customer. Autumn never made me or anyone else in the store feel that way. Great Customer Service!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. My brother was buying a new bed after retiring from the military. We came in and talked to Sam. He was super helpful. Gave us the down and dirty on all the different models. He worked with my brother on pricing for not only the bed but also for a awesome adjustable base. In the end, he ended up buying the entire setup on the spot and left happier than a pig in mud. Wow. Sam Easterly was so knowledgeable and friendly and attentive. I had no idea what I wanted, but based on my back problems and sleeping habits Sam was able to help me narrow my focus. Now I’m sleeping in my dream bed (a Serta iComfort Blue Max 1000), I didn’t break the bank, and I even got an adjustable base! I bought an adjustable bed, mattress, mattress cover, pillow and pillow protector from this business. Autumn was the salesperson and she was very helpful and forthcoming. However, she also talked me into buying a pillow protector that was twice the size of my actual pillow and which was not refundable because it was on sale. She tried to charge me twice for shipping, which I caught at once, and also threw in a $149 warranty that I didnt ask for, but they did take that off when I called. Then she decided I needed to sign up for their Progressive Leasing program, telling me that even though my credit score is 820, my credit is poor because its been so long since I bought anything on credit and this will give me better credit. I dont know if thats true or not because when I finally got through to Progressive Leasing, they wanted me to scan and send them my Drivers License and my Social Security Card just to use their website to make payments because she had given them the wrong birth date. I paid them in full rather than go through any more stupid hassles. Nothing wrong with the bed or pillow, but a super pain in the butt because of poor customer service. Or maybe she gets a kickback from Progressive, or maybe shes paid on commission. Its not worth the hassle.

He did not pressure me into it at all just showed me the features and as I have a hip/back issue this bed hopefully will give me some relief. Last nite (10-16) was my first nite, sheets were wonderful as were the pillows and the adjustment I did perfect. Very happy so far!!

The sales person not very friendly. Didnt greet us as we came in just sat at the computer. Product that I bought is a temporary solution to a sudden problem but I dont think Ill be going back to mattress from anytime soon or in the foreseeable future.
