I purchased a lovely couch a few years back from the tin roof. When our new puppy got angry one night, he chewed a hole in the corner of one cushion. I called the tin roof to see what options I had... with little hesitation, Eron Nilson, one of their interior stylists, went to work to find a solution. Not only did he find a replacement for the torn cushion, he found a way to get it and deliver it to me FOR FREE! This was above and beyond what I expected! The wife and I went to Tin Roof looking for some quality outdoor furniture. We found a nice set outside. A couch, some chairs and I believe 2 matching tables. A salesman came out and promptly started taking care of our needs. He let us know it was last years inventory and that there would be a substantial savings on it. After a few minutes he was able to give us a price and we went inside to “do the paperwork”.During the paperwork we were informed that the sales guy made a mistake and the price was going to change. I made a joke something along the lines of “well, if it is lower we won’t stand for that”.... not to worry. That wasn’t it at all. The price, already a substantial chunk of cheddar, increased by just a whisper over $2000.00. That is not the new price, that is how much he missed the price by. For real. 2k. No jokes.We ended up just getting a couple pieces. I was pretty annoyed at a 2k mistake. I have over 400 sq ft of deck and 800 sq ft of patio to furnish. Won’t be from Tin Roof.

After learning that they were a Bernhardt dealer, we ventured to the store with our dog in tow. We were greeted immediately by a friendly salesperson who encouraged us to peruse the entire store. When we indicated our search for a specific product, Terri was right there with the information. Our dog was invited to come inside and we were able to order the bed and take advantage of a Labor Day sale. Awesome customer service all the way through delivery.

Tammy was just terrific today. She’s got a fantastic design eye and was so helpful. What a great shopping experience. I bought a recliner sofa and two chairs for the living room. I also purchased three bar stools and a cabinet for the kitchen. And lastly a desk and chair for my home office. And best of all - it was all on SALE!!

I was so excited to purchase a set of beautiful new leather couches. My last set lasted 12 yrs and that was raising 2 teens. (This is relevant.) Now, empty-nesters, we wanted a new, good quality set. I was willing to pay the $6,500 cost. First, there was a billing snafu and they wanted another $1000. Fortunately, we worked that out. But now, just 11 months later, the cushions are already breaking down and the piping is balding. The set only gets very gentle use by my husband and I. I will not be going back.

What a neat experience!After scouring Spokane furniture stores all day with absolutely no luck (everything looking the same,) we decided to try just one more location just in case. We were greeted by vibrant and personable Melissa. Our connection was immediate. As she took us on a tour of the store, quickly tuning in to our tastes, Melissa helped us notice that the selection was much more esoteric and diverse than what one normally experiences. We were amazed and a bit in awe. Within a short while, we found the piece that truly spoke to the heart (as well as others well have to save for later.) Throughout the process, brightened and punctuated by lively conversation, Melissa answered all our many questions and even called the manufacturer to double check. Meanwhile, other available staff came by to help with more decor options and add to the wonderful atmosphere of team cooperation. Then, when they heard that we were having a birthday party a few days off, they arranged (somehow) to have it delivered all the way to Colville the morning of. Omar and Mo were also so cheerful, polite and efficient that the delivery went perfectly and a fun experience also. I recently purchased a sofa and chair from the Tin Roof. The sofa is one of the most beautiful sofas Ive ever owned. One of the talented designers, Lynne Gokey assisted me in every way; she was witty and gregarious, she made helpful suggestions but wasnt overbearing. She has an incredible sense of style on many different levels of design. Lynne understands your personal aesthetic immediately and helps expedite the process but also lets you make up your own mind. Heather the owner does a fantastic job of staging the showrooms. I think the second floor is the most stunning. Beautiful pieces of furniture and accessories make you feel comfortable and at ease, like a home should make you feel. Well done on all counts!

When my wife and I put an addition on our home, the normal “unexpected delays” did occur and the Tin Roof was patient and gracious about storing our purchases. Never could I have imagined such satisfaction I received after shopping at Tin Roof with their amazing designer Lynn. She got me from the beginning. Everything she put together for me worked and gave me the most wonderful home design. Lynn was the perfect fit for me and my home. I have to give kudos to everyone at Tin Roof. They are the most amazing staff. Its just plain a great company to work with and I look forward to many more years of shopping at Tin Roof with my favorite designer Lynn.

I am so disappointed with my latest purchases from Tin Roof. All of the items I mention are less than 2 years old. The multi-thousand dollar rug is now a piece of junk (and the warranty company failed to respond to numerous requests for cleaning and repairs), 2 chairs have been repaired twice, and are now falling apart/look like theyve been used for 20 years, Ive had to have the love seat seat cushions and back cushion covers completely replaced (they ripped at the seams at less than 1 year of age), and it took 3 orders to get the correct replacement fabric/sizes. The ottoman is fraying at the edges and the fabric looks like its ancient. I am a neat freak and these items are not abused in any way. All of these items were VERY expensive. So disappointed!

We went to the Tin Roof in search of the perfect matching set of chairs for a very specific taste. The staff was incredibly helpful in making sure we found exactly what it was that we had a vision of. We were so pleased to have these chairs in our living room within just two days!

I kinda had an idea of what I wanted, but found something even better after talking with one of the designers—super helpful to talk to someone who actually knows the furniture inside and out. Plus she came to my house and put together a whole room plan so I could see how it will all look and where it will all go. She even incorporated the few pieces I wanted to keep. I went to the Tin Roof when shopping for living room furniture. Molly listened to myideas for furniture needs and the direction I was taking for color. She came to myhome and designed a portfolio with options for furniture layouts. Molly helped mepick out fabrics that would go well together and steered me away from fabrics shethought would not go well in my home (we have a lot of sunlight). Molly was verypatient, knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. I would recommend her foranyone who wants a designer to do it all, as well as for anyone who wants a designer to play a supporting role.

Thought we would stop in to check out the Big Tent Sale this weekend as we have been looking for new living room furniture.As we were parking we noticed several employees paired up talking. One pair was talking when we got there,, while we looked around, and was still talking when my wife walked up to them to ask a simple question about whether 2 pieces would go together. One was a piece we had picture of. We tried to explain what we were looking for and why, she ignored what we said and tried to steer us toward a sleeper sofa. As soon as she realized that the picture was of a piece they did not sell she told us that she had customers waiting for her inside and that we could pay a $250 fee for them to come to the house and answer our questions.It was a blatant untruth and made us feel as though we were insignificant and not worthy of what Tin Roof had to offer.We immediately left and went elsewhere. The other places we went had no problem with helping us and will be getting our money. We have no intention of returning to Tin Roof.

My husband and I have been saving to be able to update the furniture in our great room/living room. We went to the Tin Roof with our budget and Heather Hanley at the Tin Roof worked to get us more than we had ever imaged. On delivery day, Heather and her team totally staged our living room while my husband & I were out and we came home to a jaw dropping transformation! We are thrilled with our new space and will be Tin Roof Customers for life!!

The customer service is awesome! My electrical chair stopped reclining due to my cat eating the cord; of which this would not be covered under warranty. Theresa from Tin Roof ordered a part for me and it ended up to be the wrong part. She let me know at that time that they would send Jerimiah (sp?) to my house to take pictures of the chair and of the parts that were damaged at no charge to me. I live about 40 minutes away. He came the next morning, took the pictures and today my chair is working like it was brand new. Jerimiah thought to give my cat the old wire cord to help avoid another incident (after he asked me) and also offered to move my furniture. We were shuffled from one sales person to another and finally left stranded with an old laptop showing about 8 samples. A group of employees were talking at a station in the back and we couldn’t even get their attention to say we were leaving. This is AFTER having to clear the accessability ramp of store advertisement flags and hardware blocking the ramp. We felt embarrassed and offended. I guess we just aren’t hip enough! It’s a wonder why online shopping is so popular.

The sofa we purchased from Tin Roof 3-years ago experienced premature wear. Despite the manufacturer refusing to stand behind it (stating fabric wear was only warranted for a year), and the fact that they could have thrown their hands up saying there was nothing else they could do, Tin Roof stepped up and offered a very fair and equitable solution. Very grateful to see a local company that truly understands what customer service means. Their design staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in choosing a new sofa. Received it today (their delivery men were very considerate and careful in placing it exactly where we wanted it) and are thrilled with the design and quality of our new Omnia sofa.We were so pleased with how they handled what could have been an extremely disappointing outcome, that we subsequently ordered a new recliner from them. Cant wait to receive it and take an afternoon nap! We highly recommend Tin Roof for anyone looking for quality furniture and service from a company that stands behind what they sell.

Good customer service and great unusual things, check them out from decor to bedroom furniture

Went by to check out their “big sale” only to find out they close at 5pm. I walked through an unlocked door and was treated very poorly by the bitchy blonde manager. When are people who work M-F 8-5 supposed to shop here? Well she isn’t the owner she said so she couldn’t possibly be helpful or kind. Right? Would love to shop here but am not interested in a company that only caters to the non-working class???? Absolutely ridiculous and won’t be back.

I never leave reviews online, but Lynne and the team at the Tin Roof went above and beyond to provided us with exceptional customer service.

My husband and I needed new chairs and a rug for a den we are remodeling so we decided to check Tin Roof. We were pleasantly surprised to find two chairs, an ottoman, and a rug in our price range. Interior designer Julia was a great help in picking out a color pallette for the room. The only downside was the estimated 6-8 weeks for delivery due to the furniture being custom made. Again, expectations exceeded when the furniture showed up weeks sooner than expected. The great thing about TIn Roof is the options. You can pick out a style of furniture and customize the color/fabric to your preference. Great store, great experience, and Julia was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this store for all your decorating needs.

Lynn was absolutely fantastic she helped with decisions and changing around my whole kitchen refurnishing three rooms fantastic recommendations with furniture selection fabrics and accessories we could not be happier look forward to working with Tin Roof again and especially Lynn what a fantastic lady.
