I used the online order pick up service. They made it so easy and so smooth. My order was ready early and when I checked in at the pick up location they came out immediately with my order. I definitely recommend shopping here for quality products and even better service.

Found what we wanted and got to explore their newest shots. The bottles are adorable and the drink itself was not bad. Lots of choices and all the workers were really nice.

Everything was great except for the customer service. The ladies checking us out were very rude and dont know state or their own companies policies. The main one was Shayla.. I recommend avoiding her line or even just take a nice drive out to the store on the valley. I definitely wont be going back to this location.

I have only visited one other Total Wine store and this blew the other store out of the water. Super nice and organized on the inside. Very friendly staff. I was ecstatic when I found my particular Gin that I thought was only available in Europe!

Manager and staff very knowledgeable help me locate exactly what I needed in a short amount of time. Explain the absorbent liver tax in the state of Washington. Which by the way almost caused a cardiac arrest.

We were on the hunt for NA (non-alcoholic) beer since we have become used to some of the higher-quality NA selections at home (AK) and were not finding the in local grocery stores. The selection here was amazing and we found our favorite!

Giving two stars instead of 1 because every interaction with employees has been absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and take time to help you find a great match.My issue is not at all with the employees themselves or even the store as they have a great selection my problem lies with the female manager. I am not sure if shes a newer manager there but the last two times I have been there she has as well.As a preface, I am a real estate agent and frequent this location for gifts for clients or other industry professionals. I typically spend about $500.00 per month here.My first interaction with the female manager she very aggressively offered me a mask (I had one and it just happened to slip down over my nose) when I told her I had one and adjusted my mask she stood there glaring at me for probably about 5 seconds. She then proceeded to follow me after I had checked out and waited near an empty check out stand while the rest of those I was there with were finishing checking out as if I was attempting to steal something. Saying oh well if you are waiting for someone then you wouldnt mind if I paged them would you? She was extremely condescending and I felt as though I was being profiled (maybe because I have tattoos?)My second interaction just a couple days later was similar in her behavior. Very passive aggressive and disrespectful on her end all while I am just attempting to find some clients who closed on their house that day a nice bottle of their favorite drinks.I did not catch her name, but unfortunately. I will not be returning to this location as long as she is in charge of it. If you end up reading this I would like to tell you the following.You are an extremely unprofessional, passive aggressive, and demoralizing woman, it is very clear you are a boss and not a leader at this establishment. A leader would never conduct themselves in the way that you have in my only two interactions with you. I am absolutely mortified that there are individuals who have to report to you and can only imagine how you would treat them should you treat a random consumer the way you have in these two instances.I would rather purchase all the needed materials and learn to distill my own alcohol than to ever interact with you again. You are an absolute detriment to your store and I am sure I am not the only customer who will not be returning due to you.Again, all of the other employees I have ever had dealings with have been absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. But this bad egg was baf enough to ruin this store for me personally.

As long as you ignore the staff that is paid to push Sheridan wine it is a great place to buy wine and spirits.

This place is big, lots of selection, although their rating system for whether or not beer is good is suspect. A group of our friends did a blind taste test and the wines that had high scores in store were at the bottom of the list. Other than that its a great place to get some good wine, and beer.

Now this is the place to buy your drinks! They have everything imaginable and then some! Not to mention that the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Great atmosphere as well! When I shop here I hardly want to leave. Seriously ... BEST LIQUOR STORE EVER! I wont shop anywhere else if I can help it.

This place has always been very good, but I just have to shoutout Jon who was super helpful tonight!

Store is cleaned and organized but there covid 19 rules are beyond even that of Costco. Also be prepared to be harassed when you get in the checkout line. It’s not just your ID, it’s how you unload your cart, it’s about how you touched something, and if your not fast enough it is about your ID. I would much rather go to the valley store and enjoy my shopping experience.

I absolutely love this place. The people there are very knowledgeable and very nice. There is Soooo much to choose from.

I told the cashier I had three separate orders in my cart, and needed to sort them before purchase. She insisted on scanning them all in the cart, with no way to sort them. Can you guess what happened? 10 mins of shopping, 30 mins of bs at the check stand. Never again.

We stopped by to find a new wine we could enjoy together. Marc was the first employee we saw to ask for recommendations. He was very helpful and thorough in helping us find great selections. We later found out he was the manager which was no surprise by the level of knowledge he gave us. We generally buy our alcohol on base since it is more affordable but this experience makes me eager to visit this store again. Great experience so we will be back again. Thanks!

You guys are super helpful here & really knowledgeable. Its fun just walking through the aisles and looking at all the different wines that there are. As well as all the different other drinks. They have a really cool chiller for your champagne or white wines or red wines if you prefer cold red wines. Really big footprint and lots to choose from.

Total Wine is all about selection and customer service. If there is a rare Spirit you want, ask anybody behind the counter. Theyll let you know if its a possibility. Their beer selection is amazing and theyve got a lot of it cold! Lots of the more popular beer in kegs in the walk-in and Special order kegs available!

Store is super cool, mask monitor is extremely aggressive so make sure you have it pulled all the way up.

Great variety, only thing missing is Swede Hill cherry. But they accommodated me very well, kudos!
