I had a trampoline tear that needed repair and they were kind, timely, and very accommodating with their customer service. I’m very impressed with this company and their capabilities in upholstery. The staff was very friendly, great turn around time, always kept me up to date on my project. My 1998 Dodge Ram 3500 headliner turned out great. Ill be back to get my front seats done.

The owner of this place doesnt do upholstery at all. The new guy he has working for him isnt as good as the pictures they show youll see if you stop in with your car but dont bother. Try C&b upholstery Mild to wild upholstery or Hot rod upholstery for something nicely done.

I had a challenging project for the guys at Sure Fit. I had an old, gunslinger style motorcycle seat that was very uncomfortable for my passengers. Namely my wife!! They took off the old vinyl, reconfigured the entire seat, re-padded it (making it thicker and more plush) and re-upholstered with excellent diamond pattern stitching per my instructions. The result? An outstanding, highly functional and beautiful motorcycle seat!! Greg is a true craftsman and Kelley is professional and personable!Overall excellent experience and would recommend them to all of my friends and family!!

I chose this company because of the owners response to the previous review. I found the owner to be extremely responsive to my request for service. It was accomplished within 4 hours of my project delivery to his shop. I was unable to pick up my project (seat repair on my pickup truck) until the next day. He kept my truck locked up in his shop until I arrived the next morning. The work was very satisfactory, and fairly priced. I will definitely do business with this company again.

Have a set of covers on my 20 year old crewcab that these folks installed when I bought it new. The covers and Surefit are still going strong.

Rick is full of bologna. I drove all the way down from Kettle Falls to, Rick has a nice looking web site with nice looking pictures but when you get there its a flea bitten place and nothing looks like the pictures on his web site. What a wast of time I was angry. From there I went to C&B upholstery they looked pretty good ten Crosley upholstery The guy there was so drunk I thought he was going to fall on me. and then the shop you bad mouth Rick, Hotrod upholstery they where doing a 1933 ford and it was the nicest interior by far. so I had Jen make me an appointment and I only have wait 17 days to get my car in. COOL SHOP MAN.

I had a very specific problem that they don’t specialize in solving. Kelly not only referred me to a different place, he also took the time to explain more about possible solutions and things to look out for. He didn’t have to as he’d already referred me to someone else, but I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Seat covers are comfortable to sit on however not easy to install.

They were expensive and couldnt show me anything up to my standards. I took my truck elsewhere.

Rude and very high prices.
