Silver Safari is my go-to place for piercing. They are always clean, professional and friendly and give you total confidence they know exactly what theyre doing. My experience has been so good at this location both my mother and brother-in-law have gone to Silver Safari to get piercings done when they were visiting from out of town.

Efficient quick service and piercers are professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend their services. Best to go weekdays for quickest service but theres lots to look at while you wait too.

I was told by the girl at the counter they were guaranteed not to turn blue, but it did pretty fast. When I called and asked about it they said there was no guarantee they wouldnt turn blue. So...what is it? Felt like I was lied to, to get a purchase. Cheap quality and high prices.

My daughter had ear piercings done and they did an excellent job. They are organized, friendly and the prices are good. This was our second visit to Silver Safari after the first when my daughter had her nose pierced at The Spokane Valley location (another great experience.) We are really happy with them and would recommend them to anyone seeking a piercing.

My piercer was very good. I did let her know that I might be a bleeder ( I drink too much caffeine). But I didnt bleed but a drop. She also had a wall hanging in her area that I was interested in and it didnt have a price. But she went and found out for me. I would definitely use her again.

Went in to get a piercing done, they got the piercing done. Exactly where and how I wanted it. The store was clean, as a broke POS the prices are respectable, they actually take the time after piercing you to explain proper care give you a cleaning solution, and the staff are friendly.

I wish I could write a good review in good conscience, but unfortunately given my experiences from multiple piercings here, I cannot. I do quite enjoy the customer service and environment, but the quality of work is not reflected in that.Ive provided 2 images, one when I first got my right rook on June 7th, 2021 and another 3 months later, on September 7th 2021. I have had irritation problems with my piercing for about a month, despite religiously following the care instructions I was given. I had similar issues with both my left and right helix, which unfortunately I no longer have due to severe infections in both. I do still have this, however I went to another piercing shop and got different jewelry approx. 24hrs after I got my nostril done. I still have minor issues with it exactly 6 months later.The sanitization methods used at Silver Safari are far below the standard I wish to see at a piercing shop as far as jewelry goes- when the area youre getting pierced gets disinfected by your piercer, they use the same pad to disinfect your jewelry. Id like to see a second pad used to disinfect the jewelry, or better, a machine dedicated to disinfecting jewelry.For those who know more about piercings, I was pierced with hoop jewelry in my helixes and nostril, and my rook has externally threaded jewelry currently, which was purchased at Silver Safari. Their jewelry also appears to be cheaply made and plated, as opposed to being made of high quality materials.I by no means wish to slander a business, but unless or until I personally see improvement in these areas I will not be able to, in good conscience, leave a high quality review. I sincerely hope that in the future I can change my review for the better.

This is a great place for a piercing. My friends and I came in for piercings. I got a septum and they got both lobes and then an industrial. The piercers are very professional, they take their time to make sure it’s lined up and ready to go, they talk you through it and don’t surprise you before you’re ready, and they give you very clear aftercare instructions with cleaner. I won’t go anywhere else for piercings.

No clue when or where as I discovered at end of day. Could not put a regular earring in and when I tried calling (3times) no one answered. So now that piercing is completely closed.

Get there early! The girls are very detailed from filling out your cards to payments. I got there at opening time and there was a 45 min wait no problem they call you when ready. Check out their website for the monthly specials. My only downfall was the jewelery selection for my conch but if you have any replacements they will do it for you. Our piercer was amazing she made sure to tell me all details about pain and recovery=)

Wonderful experience at Silver Safari. My husband and I came in to each get one ear pierced with our diamond earrings to commemorate our 50 years together(ie.a perfect pair!). Five of my friends and I all went this last weekend to silver Safari to get piercings. We didnt have reservations or anything but they were able to get us all in. We signed out the forms and then they let us know about how long the wait it would be and called us when they were ready for us so we could keep shopping at the mall. They were very professional and made sure that the kids we brought with us felt comfortable as well. none of us have any infections and we are all very glad to have our new piercings. The staff was friendly and professional and prompt.

I had my septum pierced at a tattoo shop about 2 yrs ago and it was so painful because it was pierced too high, straight through the cartilage. I was hesitant to do it again, but SS did a great job with my daughters nostril, so I gave it a shot. I am so happy with the results! It was way less painful and looks great!!!

My daughter had her ears pierced done, with no proper instructions to clean or how to take care of it. I had to keep asking of what to do to maintain it. After then she got a severe infection, swelling, redness and severe pain leading to a stressful procedure removing the earrings and the skin that completely covered it. Taking all kinds of medication, antibiotics and painkillers to get rid of the bacteria and catching it before reaching the cartilage! Can’t describe the disappointment with this experience!

Went to this location by recommendation and they were quite quick to address customers who had to wait outside the store due to covid regulations. They were also timely when it came to piercings I didnt have to wait but two minutes for my piercer to rally up a station for me. She also clearly explained what steps to take to for the overall care of my piercing. It was overall a great experience for me and my sister and the price was that much better. I would recommend this location they do a variety of piecing options. I always recommend calling ahead or checking out their web page to be sure of there services though.

The lady I worked with was very nice, and my septum piercing placement was done very well despite my deviated septum! Would go back again and get pierced in a different area. The starter jewelry also feels very nice and like good quality.

Both my children have gotten their first piercings here! (12 years and 4 years old) They were quick and kind. No crying. And no issues with aftercare. The staff is nice and kept the kiddos calm. I like the separate space away from the flow of the store for piercings. I like the type of studs they pierce with. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

We got my teenage daughter the piercings for migraines. My daughter’s body didn’t react well to the second piercing and the young lady who did her piercing was wonderful. Not only was our piercer very patient in giving my daughter time to recover, she already had juice and a garbage can waiting (both of which were needed). The piercings were very well done and have absolutely helped with my daughter’s headaches. They have healed well without any issues. We would highly recommend.

I would recommend going to the Silver Valley Mall rather than the North Town location. My friend and I went in together to get our piercings, we were told that we would have a 10 minute wait at the time we checked out. We waited for about 2 hours before we actually were able to get our piercings done. My friend got 2 done and I just got my tragus done. We hadnt even left the mall and my friend had to go to the bathroom to clean out her ear of all the blood they had missed. We got home and went to clean our piercings and the ball that closed the hoop on the earing fell out because it hadnt been put in properly. Ive never had any issues with the Silver valley location and would absolutely recommend getting pierced there, if there is any kind of wait they will let you know right away and will even give you an appointment so you can leave and come back when its your turn.

I got Tanner as my piercer, and he was great. Friendly, professional, and he made it clear he wanted to do the best job he possibly could with the piercing, even going so far as to say he was being picky when getting everything lined up to pierce.I went in on a Tuesday, so I got $10 off, which I would highly recommend. My piercing looks and feels great, and I would highly recommend asking for Tanner specifically. He is the only guy in there, so if you can’t remember his name, you could even just ask for the guy, and they should be able to get you to the right person.All in all a good experience, and I plan to get more piercings from Tanner in the future!

I went in to get my first non gun piercing, which was my nose and the lady I got was very sweet and knowledgeable, and very understanding that I was nervous. She also let me sit for a few minutes because I got dizzy, and she gave me all the information about cleaning, what to watch for, how often ect. And when I got word of my MRI they switched out my surgical steel for something MRI safe for no cost ( I had to buy the jewelry but she changed it for free.) And they checked to make sure there was no infection. Overall they are professional, extremely clean and stay sanitized, helpful, sweet and patient. I recommend any of my friends and family to go here.

This was my first time getting my ears pierced, and at 17 years old it felt a little awkward but the staff, especially Alarah, were extremely professional and really helpful regarding the choices I made for my piercings. The girls were great! I told them I had some old ear piercings that may have closed up due to my Psoriasis I had a few years ago. They initially charged me for 4 piercings, then found out the holes were still there! They reimbursed me and just charged for the earrings. I went in on 6/12/21 for a nose piercing for a birthday present. Despite being busy, they were quick to take my information, help me choose jewelry, and to process my payment. The piercer followed cleanliness protocols and explained the process well, and there was minimal pain with both the piercing and the nose stud insertion. So while Taner, the assistant manager was very friendly, he was not honest and did a very poor piercing and tried to play it off as because my face wasnt symmetrical...it was obviously EXTREMELY crooked and was taken out less than 2 hours later and I was given a refund. Will not be back and would not recommend...however the blonde who pierced my moms nose was quick, efficient, and had good placement. She would do well at a more professional shop.

Recently got my medusa done at the north point location and unfortunately it is crooked and unless I want to take it out, let it heal and redo it, Im screwed. It is not center, like we agreed on. She missed the spot she marked. It was put in at about a 45 degree slant, causing the inside of the ring to dig into my lip 😔

Each visit I have had to Silver Safari (NorthTown Mall), has been amazing. The service is stellar and my piercings have all been healing perfectly with no reactions. They keep their store very clean and even with the current restrictions, it was an easy and convenient process for getting a piercing.

My nose ring fell out two nights ago and I couldn’t get it back in. I called them and they told me to come in and they could fix it. It was only 3 dollars. It took a little while but they were very patient and were able to get it back in. Everyone in there was so friendly :) thank you guys again.

Everything was great except the wait. I wasn’t able to get any other shopping done because first I had to wait to get into the store, that’s fine. Then after I’ve paid I’m told to go wait outside the store to be called back for my piercing. There were 7 people ahead of me and they weren’t sure how long the wait would be. It would be nice if instead the called your phone or text you that you’re next on the list so you can still get other things done while you’re waiting.

I came in the day before I got my septum my re-pierced as I had some concerns after having a deviated septum.Alarah took me to the back and checked the piercing area to make sure there would be no problems. She made sure her area was clean and was very personable when I relayed my concerns.The next day, I went back to get the actual piercing done and requested to have her pierce me. While there was a wait, as to be expected on the weekends without an appointment, they had a process that was quick and efficient to ensure everyone was helped in the order they arrived in.When it was my turn to be pierced, Alarah called me back. After explaining that I came in the day prior to have my septum checked, she instantly remembered who I was and remembered almost every detail of our conversation. Mind you, she must have seen at least, and this is a low ball, 50 people since she spoke to me the day before.Alarah is exceptional in customer service, in memory, and in covering the details of how the piercing will proceed.Thank you Alarah, and the rest of the team, for being extremely helpful and so efficient on such busy days!

Went in to the store, excited for a new piercings. Was told to grab a number, waited and was never greeted. When we were finally called to the counter, they told us they were done with piercings for they evening WHILE piercings one of their OWN employees. Becky is the only person I will ever go back and see at this store. Otherwise, I plan on never coming back. Service is terrible.

I just got a cartilage piercing for my 18th birthday at Silver Safari! My experience was great!! Right away they started asking me questions and helped me figure everything out with what kind of metal would be best for me and what kind of bead. I felt super comfortable and asked a lot of my own questions which were answered honestly and professionally. They were so sweet and I only had to wait a couple minutes to get the piercing done right there. It was so quick and easy and I absolutely love how it turned out. Miranda pierced my ear and she was super, super sweet! She let me know that if I wanted it to be higher or lower just to say something, she explained exactly what she would do and was super friendly and calm. My piercing has not gotten infected at all, I’ve had no problems with it. It is healing up nicely and looks great. I would totally recommend going to Silver Safari to get piercings done.
