Great place! Lots of books and reading material from maps, magazines, books, and lots of other items for every type of person and interest. They also have a Starbucks inside the store. Definitely a place to visit! Highly recommended.

Its a bigger chain than Id like, you can get much of the same from local establishments, but it works.

Perfect place to take a teenager and toddler. And obviously. The books 😂 lol and selection is kinda unbeatable. We always find foot books there.

So love this bookstore. Their is so much to choose from. Books of all sorts, magazines, games, music, movies and more. There is a Starbucks in here as well. A great place to browse, buy and chill.

A trip to the bookstore is always a joy. Barnes & Noble is one of my personal favorites. My only complaint is they rarely have bags to carry my purchases. Since they are located in a mall it means I must make an extra trip to the car.

The employees have always been nice everytime Ive gone here, from the Starbucks inside to the main floor employees. And I enjoy their book selections as well of course

Barnes and Noble has a cozy atmosphere and a huge selection. They offer Manga, which can be hard to find.

Great selection of Books, lots of toys for kids, they even sale music and movies!!! Also love the Starbucks inside! Always great service.

So, yeah, they have books, music, and a Starbucks.No clue on the coffee but the books read well and the music makes the correct noises.In reality a great place to zoom in and get a coffee table, instructional, or just pretty picture book of the recipients favorite stuff and get out again fast.

I love that Barnes and Noble has manga amongst its massive collection of books. I also enjoy the relaxing environment as it is well maintained.

Excellent place to find books for any age, preferences, gender, or taste. I enjoyed a great tasting coffee at Starbucks and the manager offered a chai frappuccino to try. The shop has a place dedicated to children.Excellent for any reader.

What a fantastic store, I love their selection and their staff is very helpful.

This is a great go to for new books and gifts.The selections werent as large as I remember from before Covid. Although, fun to browse whats available, and enough that a purchase needed to be made.(Note: smaller selections arent necessarily Barnes & Nobles fault. I remind myself of the broken chains of service that Covid brought to manufactories, trucking industries, and the hiring of employees. And, theft has risen.)

I LOVE this B&N. Its spacious and perfectly spread out - enough so you dont feel claustrophobic, yet not so much that you have to hike a mile just to get to what youre looking for. The sections are well organized. I found the books I was looking to buy for my daughter right away and came across the cutest Peppa Pig toy for her as well. Ive also bought hats and slippers here for myself and as gifts. They are cute, really nice quality, soft and warm.This store has a clean, comfortable atmosphere and the customer service is awesome! Ive only had to wait in line here once during the holidays and was only in line for maybe 90 seconds.The location in the mall is convenient. Its on the corner right next to a main entrance and parking lot so you dont have to walk through the mall to find it.

Only one person checking people out and two very slow people in front of us. It took 30 minutes to get through a line that we were 3rd in line for.

Im only giving 3 starts because of the huge selection of books and games. You dont really need to search elsewhere for what you want but their attitudes and customer service are so lacking I do go elsewhere if possible

Nice smaller store but great selection for all ages and interests

I would like to commend the staff at this store who rushed to the aide of a customer having an fainting spell. Especially the cashier who pulled the customers card out of the machine before a dishonest person could get a hold of it. Thank you for not only having the best Barnes & Noble store in Washington but for caring about your customers.

Everybody was hepful and very nice. Theres a little area kids can play and ready books. Theres also a storie time area and an for for crafts. Baby and me storie time is on Sundays and on Saturdays the do storie and crafts for older kids.

I love bookstores. This one also has a way to get your coffee! One of the major chains, but caffeine when you need it.

Barnes and Noble is always a great place to stop while youre at the mall. They have a HUGE variety of books, music, movies, and lots of other things you wouldnt expect to find in a book store. The prices are decent and competitive, and theyve got a coffee shop on the store so you can immediately sit down and start to enjoy your new book.Ive been to some larger Barnes and Noble that have wider selections, but this one does what they can with the space they are given.

Whats not to love about Barnes and Noble. They employees are always nice and helpful, they have just about everything you could need for yourself and for kids

Whether Im looking for books or other intellectual items, I have found what I was searching for at Barnes & Noble. Besides just Books; HanaYama Puzzles, Travel Journals, and books of All Kinds. So when a phone text comes through and you want to read it you can pull up a seat at the coffee spot with some small tables to manage noise, you can still mull over readings like the post that read... Knowledge can be power, it isnt always, yet, it can be.

There were a lot of people at Barnes and Noble today. I love seeing that so many people are reading. We loaded up on books for our granddaughter for Christmas and for ourselves.

Just visited the cafe. Young woman working (the only person on shift) was very friendly. They serve Starbucks coffee, but for some reason it tastes better at B&N than from an actual Starbucks.
