My review is based on our experience with Culligan of Spokane! We have used their water service for about a year now, and its been hit and miss with getting our water bottles. Three times now the driver shows up with, No notification, No calls the night before. Twice I just happened to be outside and the Culligan truck was just sitting there. The first time he rolled down his window and said Im just sitting here looking for my delivery addresses, I looked at him and said its my house!I called and spoke to the local store and told them I was upset that I wasnt receiving a call the night before our delivery service and they proceeded to tell me they were updating there phones system. Fine I let that one go. This last time we got a call on 10/21 and it stated our driver would be out 10/22 and to have our bottles out. Well fast forward 10/25 and I called and left a message that our driver never showed up. I received a call a few hours later, and the woman on the phone very rudely stated your driver ran out of water and your delivery will be next Friday. No Im sorry for not calling you. Our, were sorry we didnt call to explain anything. Your just not getting your delivery until next week. And then she hung up. Im would not recommend this company! They make sure to take your money every month like clock work. But communication is not there at all.

My nephew Gary works here and knew I was buying bottled water so to save me money (& get cookies) he hooked me up with a wonderful account executive by the name of Curtis.Curtis is a true asset to Culligan. He did not simply disappear once he signed me up, hes continued working with me and making sure that we always have enough water.Thanks guys, you are awesome!

Not pushy to upgrade at all took me at my word with what was needed for our office space and was super easy to work with. What a joke, I called to get parts for our existing water softener, left several messages for there parts guy, only to find out he was out of the office. Called back today and was told I would absolutely receive a call from the manager, l’m still waiting. This 1 star is self inflicted, wish I could give a ZERO star, if this is how you treat people who aren’t even a costumer yet, all I can say is thank you for the heads up.

Great experience with this company! I currently have the bottled water delivery service and after comparing to other water services I found culligan to be the cheapest around! They also provide use of a water cooler for free with their service! Others i looked at charged a monthly fee or you had to purchase one. Very happy with my culligan water service!!!

Our house came with a culligan filtration set up. It took me 3 weeks to get in touch with anybody to purchase filters even with plenty of messages left, then the filters were damaged, which was not their fault, but on the reorder I got no tracking number or information, and a solid week of calling trying to find this info and never being called back, told they’ll be here in a couple days, hopefully. When it’s time for new filters I’m going with something different. It should take over a month to get filters.

The delivery is fast and convenient and Culligan works with the customers schedule. Billing is awesome, and the pricing is great! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. This drinking water is the best pure and great tasting with no chemicals. They also send customers the delivery schedule. The machine is easy to load the 5 gallon jugs, and has hot, cool, and cold level buttons to push on top of the front loaders. Highly recommend to everyone! Great job Culligan of Spokane.

***This review was intended to be posted months ago, but I just noticed it still sitting in my Drafts***First off, I find it interesting that they only reply to positive reviews. Apparently they have adopted a philosophy of ignore problems until they go away.So I signed up for water delivery and cooler rental at the county fair last year. At the time of signing the contract, I was lead to believe that I would be paying a total of $15/month for the cooler and 2 5-gallon bottles of water delivered. Well, for past year, I have been invoiced for $30/month. No big deal, I have them the benefit of the doubt that it was my misunderstanding.I did not receive a delivery at the end of my first month of service but was still charged for the month. Fast forward to June, and I received NO delivery, ran out of water, and was still invoiced for $30. I decided then to close my account, but things were hectic and I forgot. In August I see in my bank statement that I was double-charged for July. I mediately contact Culligan regarding the charge and was told that I was double-charged due to having 2 deliveries that month. Each delivery is done every 4 weeks and July was a long month so you fell into having 2 deliveries that month. Dubious explanation, that may be technically correct, but really stinks as a business practice. Why do they put payments for 2 separate monthly fees on the same invoice, at the same time, under a single charge? And as explained earlier, I received no delivers in June, and one, NOT TWO in July. Anyway, they apologize and offer a refund for one month of service. Despite the fact that they did NOT make two of the delivers that they claimed, I just wanted to get it over with, and accepted their offer.A few weeks later, I noticed that no refund appeared in my bank statement. So I contact them again and am told that the refund of less than $5 would be issued to me in 8 - 10 WEEKS! Wow. Oh well, lesson learned, and let my lesson be yours as well. Avoid doing business with shady companies that must employ dubious, deceptive tactics in order to stay afloat.

If I could give this company a NO STAR..... I would. It has nothing to do with their water, prices, and/or delivery. It is their customer service on the phone. I had their service for almost 5 years. When I cancelled, that is when they got an attitude and would not come to pick up my dispenser from my home and from where my Mom lived. For the last year of my Moms life, I had a dispenser put in my Moms home. I wanted her to have access to great, cold drinking water plus the convenience of the hot water. I finally went off on them on the phone and they picked up mine but not my Moms. Then they charged my account 50.00 and said, its yours. ?????? Again, love their water..... However, their customer service could use some work.

The local people are just fine, but dealing with the big national scheduler is not. After youve set an appointment, you get a call from an unidentified 800 # to confirm the appointment. If you dont answer, they leave a voice message, which doesnt identify the company. If you dont confirm the appointment, they wont show up. Who answers an unidentified 800#?

The product and delivery have always been flawless. If you have any customer care issues expect to be on hold for at least an hour, transferred between 6 departments, and be told they cant help you and you need to speak to another person at another department. When you are finally getting to the person who is able to help you get transferred back to the beginning answering system.

Im glad we decided to replace the old and non-functioning Culligan system when we bought our house two years ago. The customer service has been great. I love the scheduled delivery of salt, and the delivery driver even carried the bags of salt down our steep basement stairs for me!

We have a dual filtration tank system AND a softer. if you need service, stand by for the cleaners. $60. to show up, then $90 per hour - all to reset a clock on the timer = $150. A ten minute process for a disabled vet with hands that dont work. Service? Not really. Think about this before your purchase. We are looking for another system.Now the under the counter water filtration system that is about 6 months old is leaking. No response from Culligan when I advised them and asked for assistance. This was a $1400. unit with multi filters that will last for years.

Very friendly. I had a delivery scheduled but unfortunately our delivery guy had a family emergency of course it was the one time I finished all 5 of my bottles so when the associate called to let me know I may have to wait a couple days I explained how I had no water. She reached out to another delivery guy who Im sure already had a full days worth of work and I ended up getting my delivery as scheduled. I was very impressed and so happy I didnt have to go get any other water. Culligan is my favorite water. I love the way it taste. Thank you so much. Im a breast feeding mother and water is life!

Have a water leak involving the filtration system in well house.Called and asked them to come and fix the leak, they sent a Salesman who seemed only interested in giving me a sales pitch of buying some multi thousand-dollar unit.When I declined asking that they fix the leak they lost complete interest while dragging me along with unfulfilled promises that they would send a tech out after they ordered the parts needed then proceeded with a keystone cop ineptitude 2 week long of excuses.All the while I have the water leak thinking and trusting that I am dealing with a reputable business.So now when I was planning on budgeting a water softener it wont be with these guys.

The delivery driver is nice but I never see him Ive only had service with Culligan for about 2 months and live in an apartment building (which he knew because he installed us originally). I cant put my water bottles outside my door. So instead of knocking, he just skipped the delivery all together. When I called, they said they cant add any more delivery times because of the plan Im on. I dont want extra. Just the one will do. I pay $30 month for water and I cant get any of it? I have to wait an entire month until my next delivery date. Unbelievable. They dont skip charging my account for the water I didnt get, though. Im not happy and do not recommend this service to anyone

So far the product we purchased and had installed is working okay. Time will tell us if the unit is worth the money we invested in it. When the unit was first installed there was a component (Control Unit) in the new unit that was not working properly and had to be replaced. This took a week to complete although the unit did operate OK during this time. We are very pleased with the two people we dealt with in purchasing and installing the unit. Both were very knowledgeable and professional . Your installer did and excellent job of installation and set up, and was very thorough in providing us with the information and direction we needed on the unit. Overall at this point we are very satisfied.

Consumer Beware! I’m amazed these thieves are still in business. I can’t tell you how many people have told me how bad they are and how they had an experience similar to ours. Yet when they placed a negative yet accurate review about how they were cheated by this company, somehow all those negative reviews jut seem to disappear! Coincidence? I don’t think so...crooked cheaters...absolutely! Don’t walk away...RUN! Sad to say but true. Never do business with them as an individual or as a company! NEVER! I gave them a one star because I can’t go lower!

I was not impressed. I rented a water softener for my carpet cleaning setup. When.i brought it back to cancel I was told I was good to go. Culligans water is very refreshing, clean, and affordable. I was so relieved to be a Culligan water customer during the recent Airway Heights contaminated water issues. It was nice to know I had a backup right there in my kitchen when my husband and I (and our pets) couldnt use our own faucet for cooking and/or drinking. I once forgot to put out my empty containers out on water day and instead of driving by, they stopped anyway and left me two bottles. I was very grateful for this. I have a bad back, so I asked one of the delivery drivers to always make sure I was delivered the bottles with handles for easier movement. Theyve delivered bottles with handles every time since. Signing on with Culligan was one of the best spending decisions Ive ever made. Dont know why it took me so long to get on board, but now that I am, Im not going anywhere.

Culligan is about as good as Comcast. Their customer service is non existent. We called because the dispenser was leaking quite heavily and they said they wouldnt come until the following Thursday, a week later! They will now be getting the bill for the carpet cleaning and repairs. Also been finding plastic debris in the water for the past 3 bottles. Terrible!!!!

Do NOT use this company! Took them 4 months to alert me my card wasnt working. They demanded payment as if it was my fault. My husband had gone in and picked up water because we missed our delivery and they said nothing, just collected $50 they said he needed to pay. Nothing about my card not working ( I got new one) Needless to say I paid them off, gave them my water machine ( by force after 4 years as a paying customer they wouldnt continue to service me) After all this I recieve another bill for $3.70...apparently that wasnt included in my final balance the driver had when he showed up to collect my machine!Is that pathetic or what? I think so! Bad business practices!!!

They over bill, run payments incorrectly month after month, refuse to deliver on time or regularly, and if you call, you get put on endless hold and transferred over and over to people who know nothing. I’m afraid I have to revise my original review. When I bought my new $8000 system from Culligan I was very happy. The salesman I was dealing with was so nice and lead me to believe that I was in the best of hands. Sadly he made a bunch of promises that Culligan did not follow thru with. I suggest anyone considering dealing with this company make sure you get everything in writing. They certainly talk a good talk... but that’s all you get a lotta talk. You see it’s been almost a year since I was sold that overpriced boat anchor of a system. I was told I would be put on their VIP program... for about -$20-$25 a month and that they would take care of anything I needed. I was fine with that as I do have a complex system and a lot of iron in our well water. I felt like after spending that much money for such a complicated system it was worth a monthly fee to always have piece of mind that we would have water.However, The company said no that they would not honor that. Too bad so sad. They also unhooked a chlorination pump that was keeping the iron bacteria under control when they put their new system in. So guess what? The bacteria went rampant and all the sudden was in everything toilets, bathtub everywhere!!! Of course not their equipment so Culligan would not fix it. When I called super frustrated because all my water was brown ... They told me the only way they could fix it was if I bought another $8000 worth of equipment!!! Lol Are you kidding me??? The first $8000 in equip didn’t fix the problem. They would not pull it out and give me my money back because it was past the 30 days although it has not worked right for a consecutive 30 days since they put it in! When I called them sometimes it took a week or more to get a response as they were between offices or some other BS excuse. Three weeks ago I called Becky the “regional manager” she did not even bother to return my call. I had a plumber out and he told me the the overpriced softener I bought from them is not working properly. (water is not getting in to it like in should be to be softened) they still have not returned my call for service on that either.They make a lot of promises but do not follow thru. Once they have your money you are no longer VIP they treat you more like you are a PITA! Do yourself a favor. Get several bids.. and if you do decide to do business with Culligan get it all detailed in writing and signed off on by management. I would hate to see anyone else lose this much time and money and still not have water for thei family.
