The employees were extremely friendly, and polite. But I would not recommend this store because it’s service was poor.My phone needed a battery change, and I was initially told my phone would get fixed within an hour. However when I returned after an hour and a half, and they told me to come back in another hour and a half. When they finally gave it back at the end of the day, it didn’t charge and restarted itself after a couple minutes use. It did this repeatedly, and was essentially unusable. I didn’t have time to take it back that same day, but I called back immediately (after my phone shutting off halfway through a call) to tell them the issue. When I came in the next morning, they told me “it must have been dropped” for a screw connected to the battery to come loose. It was an easy fix, but it was clearly their mistake, and I received no compensation. They did not even own up that it could have been a mistake of their techs. A little bit of honesty would go a long way. Their policy is that if you bring your phone back within 6 months with any issues, they’ll fix it no charge. This is a good policy, but I want to be able to trust techs to fix it correctly the first time. If I’m in Spokane in the future, I’d go elsewhere for cell phone repair.

Had a powerbank from my work with a dying battery inside that needed to be replaced very quickly. Noel took the unit apart and replaced the battery for me in 15 minutes, saving me hundreds of dollars from buying a new unit online or having to wait to get something shipped. Great service and very friendly. I will absolutely be recommending this store to my friends and employer for the future. You guys rock!

I want to give a shout-out to Gary. He saved the day!! My battery mower would not charge. Gary replaced the batteries that were fully charged. I got home and mower would not start. I called and was told to bring in the mower. Gary trouble-shooted and got it to working again!! My hero.

I needed a specialty bulb for a kitchen appliance. I was told that this store would have it. I took the bulb in and the employee who helped me tried his best to find what I needed. He said it was have to be special ordered and it would take several weeks and i would have to pay shipping etc. He said no one would have this bulb if they didnt have it. He said the best way to get it was to go online and order it. At least he tried. On the way home i stopped I stopped at ace hardware in deer park and guess what, yes they had the bulb hanging on the shelf.

The two guys who worked with us were professional, thorough and communicated well with us! We got our phones fixed quickly and they did a great job!

In December I brought my iPhone 11 in for a simple screen replacement. They had my phone ready in about an hour with the screen replaced. After the replacement I noticed my phone losing battery and charging slowly. The screen began to ghost or glitch to which I brought the phone back in. When the employee took apart my phone the battery was punctured when they put the new screen in. The employee admitted fault and said that this shouldn’t have happened and that I was lucky to have brought it in when I did. It took two weeks to get the battery replaced to which when I got the phone back I continued to have issues i.e. ghost touching, texting, and the faceID not working. After these issues occurred I brought the phone back to which the employee said he would talk to the manager to get a refund. After some time I contacted the manager, Rick, after the last phone “fix.” He was extremely rude and even though the employee admitted fault (both employees admitted fault) he claimed that someone else had been in my phone and it was not them that punctured the battery. That is not plausible as I have only ever had my phone be fixed there. Rick said I could bring in my phone to have it seen by corporate as a precautionary measure to see if they could replace my phone. Obviously we all know how stuff like that works. I now am having to buy an entirely new phone because of the hack job these guys did. This place’s management is incredibly horrible and would not recommend getting your phone fixed as they obviously do not take pride in their company.

They always have the answer. They never charge to check any type of battery. Highly recommend.

Another tech worked on my other phone and while he may not have been as experienced the work still came out great. I had walked in and asked if they could change my inner battery on my lap top. Since I did not have my laptop with me, they told me to call them with the model number. I did, and they said they could replace my battery. So I brought my laptop in, they did a quick inspection and told me that they WONT replace the battery until I get the plug in jack repaired. They directed me to a place where that could happen. Once I got that fixed, I brought my laptop in again. They ordered my battery, they called me as soon as it came in. Fixed it the same day as well as giving me cash back since it didnt cost as much as they originally charged me. Extremely great, honest service!

I would recommend batteries plus to anyone. I brought in an iPhone 8+ for a screen replacement, and they fixed it perfectly. For whatever reason, when I brought it home it somehow had gotten water damage and destroyed the phone. I brought it back the next day, spoke with Hunter and Bill, and they offered me a full refund. Thank you for your generous and honest work!

We brought I phone 7 for screen and battery replacement. When we got it back from store home button did not worked . We took it back to store they said we broken the home button and replaced the phone with new one . We were really surprised with that action. They were really polite and fast especially Ryan . Staff are knowledgeable and do not push unwanted or unneeded services. At one point the staff even recommended we go in a different direction because it would be more financially beneficial to us to do so. Every service weve had done has always been completed in a timely manner and done well. We have had car key fob batteries replaced phone batteries replaced as well as cell phone screen repair done. They are our first stop for all of our electronic needs even if they are not able to do them we always check with them first. We appreciate Batteries Plus Bulbs being a local company.

They always have what I want. They work hard to give each customer full service and not keep anyone waiting too long. Best to go early in the day as they are almost always busy.

Needed a battery for my hubbys cell phone. The phone company we called for his phone told us to go there to get a battery for his phone. It worked great. Then about two months later it didnt work and called them and they said to bring it back and theyd get us a new one. Had to get it from elsewhere and have it sent to us the next day. No charge for having it sent to us and its working fine now.

I previously worked here and also am a customer as well. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and just generally helpful. They will take the extra step to help customers, even when they may not have the exact bulb or battery needed. Every staff member is required to take an online class regarding batteries that provided them with more knowledge than other stores. I highly recommend going to Batteries Plus Bulbs for lights, batteries, and the few odds and ends that are there as well.The company is also a great business to work for. Competitive pay, great work atmosphere, and can present a challenge for those that desire it. Batteries and bulbs are constantly changing, so this company always has to stay up to date on the latest technology and how it will affect everyone else. As soon as a technology was presented, Batteries Plus Bulbs would have pages of reading on the topic to help not only the employees, but also the customers as well. I would recommend working here as well.

I called earlier in the morning to see if they had a certain battery and they said they had 3, and I scheduled an appt. drove 45 minutes to their store, and they informed me they had zero, and said that I gave them the wrong phone number, so they didn’t call me. The younger kid was extremely rude and brash. I ended up going to a different store for my issue, and a different store were amazing! Never again will I go to this store.

I thought I would walk into a shop that was all about retail of Batteries and Bulbs. But, they have so much more. Its a great resource for information and service of cellphones, digital cameras, products that contain batteries and products that are unique. Customer service is great and even though there may be a line, they move through as quick as possible.

I used the online tool to select the correct battery for my motorcycle. Be warned if you own a 2016 Kawasaki Vulcan S ABS it will list only one battery; the wrong one for this bike! The first pic is the wrong battery, the 2nd pic [the Z10S] is the correct one). I called the store and luckily they had the correct battery in stock, $10 more, but at least I got my bike running again! I deducted one star due to the website search tool error but the guys at my local store were great!

I got a screen replacement for my iPhone 7. The service was fine, it wasn’t anything special. But what I’m upset about is the screen I have now. It’s a much lower quality screen than what comes from factory. The colors are not vivid like they used to be. In fact you could say they are dull. It’s almost like they turned down the contrast on the phone. Not sure when they started using poor quality screens, as I got a different phone screen replaced a few years ago and was fine. Very dissatisfied.

I went in to get my iPhone battery replace. It went fine. My new battery worked...but only for 3 weeks. Now my phone battery is doing the same thing as it did last time... dying really fast. But other then that I love the store, the employees are super helpful and nice.

Very easy transaction, wasnt crazy about the man behind the counter hair had knots and he looked gray in the face I was worried if he was ok, I was not sure if it was makeup but it didnt look good, he acted like he knew more about my battery situation that I did I know how the battery was situated and he seemed to be a little know it all but he was nice.

I used the online service to review specific types of batteries. The Specifications were listed and the website easy to get around. I ordered the batteries in the middle of the night and they were ready within 1 hour after store opened. Very convenient service. The Employees have always served me well.

I came in about a week ago to have my iPhone 8 screen replaced; it was fixed in about an hour and a half, but once I brought it home, it was glitching out. I waited a few days, but it would type wrong characters, skip characters, randomly start spazzing out, and opening apps up on its own - so annoying! I left a less than satisfactory review, and Rick immediately reached out to me to help fix the problem. He personally put a new screen on it without re-charging me the $109, put a new screen protector on it, and even delivered it to my work personally. Their customer service is through the roof, and I am so thankful Rick is in charge over there!

We purchased a battery for my wifes mobility chair. We bought a charger a few days later. It still didnt help. I returned both to the store, along with my receipts, and received a full refund no questions asked.

As employment, Id steer far from this place. Here is why, you have rules to follow that are stated in paper form however, management will break every rule directly in front of associates. You have soliciting strangers to by goods not sold on property, using store closets to store baby clothes and phones to sell on store hours. Imagine not being able to find your manager because he is outside selling his babies clothes to strangers on Craigslist.On top of that you have children playing on store hours in a back room next to hazardous wastes like battery acid which is mind you about 2 feet from your food station where you have to prepare your lunch as well. Children that dont belong on property but the owners decide to pick and choose who follows rules in store. Owners are rude and inconsiderate and will pick on you if you dont bow to them as they enter a building. Mind you, you could be working with actual customers making THEM money yet if you dont stop and salute them, you will get spoken to. I find this place to be extremely inconsiderate to customers as Ive seen one customer come more than 3 times for a phone she brought to be repaired that they broke and had to buy her a new device while others are waiting more than 2 weeks for a product they ordered and management could careless. Associates are asked to go on golf courses and repair 70lb batteries on their second day of work, offer them no water in the heat, so owners can charge customers for batteries they didnt need. This customer only needed 2 batteries but owner said well he has money so just do all four on batteries that cost 300 each. Scamming customers for a quick buck while they pay their associates minimum wage. As you can see, theres a lot of issues here with management so steer clear.
