Steve has been our landscaper for 15 plus years. He has put in retaining walls, fixed sprinkler systems, added plants, moved plants, he does it all. My husband and I just moved here and were recommended this landscaping company to install a paver stone patio in our backyard. We inquired, had a gentleman come out to give an estimate, preliminary conversations led us to think it would be in the $4k range, which was expected, but we were told they would work up a bid and email it to us. 2 weeks pass, never got an email with a bid, so I called and left 2 messages. No response. I emailed the company from the email address listed on their website, no response.So I cant speak to the quality of work, because they couldnt be bothered to return a phone call or email, which is a terrible and unprofessional business practice. Dont waste your time calling, they might decide your yard isnt worth their time.

Very unprofessional. Poor work ethic. Go with anyone else. Beware of NW Christmas as well. Same company, terrible service.
