Came in to appraise some old and odd coins we had found. The young man who helped us was very friendly and informative. The other people working were friendly as well. While we didnt discover that our coins were super rare, I did find a collector coin from a longstanding area restaurant that I bought because one of the founding brothers is a close family friend. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and how everything is displayed. Would definitely recommend to others and return with any other coin queries.

I had the pleasure of working with these folks for an FFL transfer/sale, and the experience was awesome! Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. I spent about 20 minutes there filling out paperwork, and when I returned about 10 days later they remembered my name and welcomed me back as I walked through the door. My husband and I shop at Coin Corner for 95% of our coins. Nick and his family are friendly and cordial and they go out of their way to get special coins that we cant find anywhere else. They take a personal interest in their customers and I have never seen them be anything but polite and helpful. We are customers for life.

I started dealing with Coin Corner about a month ago. Nick, the owner, and his family all have been really good to deal with. I am a CEO of a non-profit organization which has various collectable items donated. Some items we sell on our own and other items, such as silver and gold for melt and some old coins, go to Coin Corner. I can sell a lot of things there quickly and it is nearly as good as selling on eBay, especially when you take into account all the fees. This saves our organization time and money. I watch Nick as he interfaces with customers when they come in and he deals honestly with each one—me included.

I have been buying coins from Nick for over 10 years and he is always courteous and helpful. He goes above and beyond to get me what I want and always has the latest prices. He and his family know what customer service is all about. There is a sign at the front door that says no sunglasses to be worn in the store along with other restrictions. Follow the posted rules and you wont have a problem. I recommend them to friends and family and have never heard anything but good things.

I presented Nick with a substantial coin collection that required a detailed appraisal, right in the middle of the holidays--with a looming tax deadline for added anxiety. He answered preliminary questions during and after his work hours and completed the formal appraisal within a day, all while running the business with the able help of his son and daughter-in-law. Nick is a true professional; he has both the expertise and the high ethics one looks for in an appraiser and dealer in valuable coins.

My friend took in a small collection to get some prices of their value.. it took the owners time and trouble to put a value on the coins and he did that so fairly and was so kind. He didn’t ask for any payment to do that !!! Unbelievably kind!! I have purchased special silver coins and have had them engraved for kids as a special gift.. and they were awesome also!! I went in to sell some silver because it was really close to my house, and the price they gave me was fair and the same every other coin dealer was quoting... but what caused me to write the review was the service they provided! Both gentlemen who assisted me were very polite and genial. I went in only to sell some silver bullion, but, since I was there, I asked if they fixed jewelry. It so happened that they do, and I took my necklace off and showed him that the clasp had broken. Nick looked at it and took it to the back while Mark and I were conducting the transaction with the bullion. He fixed my necklace for free and they gave me a fair price for the silver I sold.. Growing up as a Coin-Geek, Coin Corner was the closest coin shop to where I lived. I started going into CC at the age of 7. By the time I was 12, I would ride my bike 15 miles to the Valley to go look at coins.The thing that matters most about this company is its roots. Ray Crocker was simply an amazing man. Old-school to the bone with a wicked grin over his glasses. I remember so many stories about fishing in Neah Bay. He taught me that it wasnt wrong to pursue what you love, whether coins or fishing.I cut my teeth as a young coin dealer at Coin Corner and will always be better for it.Once, I discovered a rare variety of a coin in their stock. I was excited about it and showed it to Ray. It was something he wasnt aware of, but he was so impressed that he purchased it from me (after I bought it from him) for significantly more than it was worth at the time.Growing up I didnt have support from my folks in what I was passionate about, but it was a couple of guys in Spokane like Ray that kept my passion burning. Ray encouraged me to educate myself and pursue my dream. As a result, I retired at the age of 30 after doing well for a number of years in the coin business. We still buy and sell, but we dont have to work hard for a living.Thank you Ray and Gayle, youll be remembered for as long as I live.

I went in about 15 minutes to close and was treated like a small child selling scrap coins. They barely looked at them and offered me scrap value. Not to mention he tore the wrappers instead of just un folding them. Super short, boarder line rude and zero respect for old coins.
