Chandler at Perfection PC was sensational. He was able to walk me through a quick-fix on my malfunctioning keyboard over the phone. And at no charge! This company is going to be the place I go to for any computer problems from here on out. I highly recommend these guys.

Super nice place that has twice extended the lifespan of a PC I purchased in 2008. There is no other computer repair service that I would recommend. Their rates are reasonable, diagnostic fees are credited to cost of repair and since they know what theyre doing, you wont have to go back again and again over the same issue. Through and through, a very easy and pleasant experience.

My laptop was running slow so decided to take it in. After I got it back it was still slow and the employees were very helpful I brought it back and they fixed it up. It needed a new hard drive.

I was getting whea uncorrectable error on my gaming pc I brought it into this shop and chandler told me after I paid him that they normally dont work on gaming PCs. I paid them $90 plus another $40 to have them work on it the same day. Chandler the young man who helped me after jealous of my rtx 2070 and proceeded to poke it while it was on along with the rest of my hardware like it was a hot steak on the grill then thought the graphics card was too hot from poking despite the fact I had hwmonitor that showed the graphics card operating at normal temperature ranges. Chandler proceeded to install a graphics driver then poked my graphics again and assumed the problem was fixed only for it to persist when I got home. I fixed the problem over the weekend myself because they werent open on weekends.

I had the good fortune to have Ryan recommended by one of my landscape clients. I asked him to assist me in making a backup system for my nursery and photography business. Since my photography generates terabytes of material, I did not want to use a cloud backup. He installed a sophisticated backup system that allows me to have 1. A backup hard drive internal to the computer in addition to the internal drives already in place 2. A hard drive backup external to the computer on site and 3. A hard drive backup external to the computer off site. With 3 complete backups and one of those kept at another address, my backup is assured. Though it is complex software/hardware it is easy to use and his service has been most helpful.If theres a downside, hes busy and may not be immediately available. However, that is just what I was looking for...a personal relationship with my computer consultant. Not just another client of a squad. And, if you want one consultant who knows you and your system, wouldnt you worry if he/she was never busy? Of course a successful business will be busy. I probably cant install your landscape the day you contact me about a project, we have other clients, but were worth the short wait. Sos Ryan. I think youll be glad you chose him.Addendum: I had a sudden complete loss of ability to boot my computer (BIOS issue) and Ryan had me bring it in and I was back with my business in contact and working Internet in less than an hour. Inexpensive and great service even when in a time crunch with the business. Id give them 6 stars if I could.

I called to find out how old the PC they rebuilt for me is. Though it is a vintage 7-yr-old machine with maxed out RAM, Tom said that it should still be a good PC and it IS! My only issue is that my overloaded game plays too slowly, crashes now and then, freezes up, etc. It absolutely has nothing to do with the PC spec requirements for the game because mine are more than ample. And I routinely maintain my system so thats not the problem either. I simply have too much content in the game by adding more to it which is entirely MY fault. Live and learn!Perfection PC has been my PC shop of choice for many years and as long as they are in business Ill remain a loyal customer and fan. When/if I can afford it again, they will be the ones to rebuild another and heftier one for me.THANK YOU Perfection PC! ♥

They always save the day!! Smoke was pouring out of the back of my computer, and I thought all was lost. But, Shane and his crew found all my data, built a new fast-and-furious solid state drive computer, and restored all my work onto the new computer. They made recommendations for a back-up system, and made sure Im never in this spot again. I probably have more backup than I need, but who can afford to not be sure? They are always SUPER helpful, polite, and priced fairly. They have a customer for life, should I ever need their help again.
