Melissa Barnhart is very professional & informative; her care is excellent. The staff is pleasant and receptive (especially Lori!); the process of getting glasses & contacts is seamless and doesn’t feel rushed, like at other optometrists

Dr. Jenna DeWald did a thorough eye exam and took the time to clearly explain the results, and some recent changes in my aging eyes. The office has excellent safety protocols for covid-19, and my wait time was less than 2 min. Ive purchased both Rx eyeglasses and sunglasses here in the past month. They have a great selection of quality frames and lenses, including major brands like Oakley and RayBan. Really appreciate the friendly and helpful office staff....Highly recommended!

Wow! What service! Fast and Friendly. I went in Spring 2020 after the Virus hit they are clean and aware of safety protocols! I decided to get a new coating for migraines and my eyes feel so much better. Fun environment and easy going. I would recommend this place for all your eye care needs!

I recently got contacts and was a bit nervous about the whole experience. I had worn them before like 30 years ago and had had many challenges adjusting to them. Dr. Zink and Anne-Marie were absolutely the best! They held my hand through the whole process as I wanted to try several pairs from different brands to make sure it would meet my needs. Yeah you can say I’m a high-maintenance client lol 😊But after a few months (yep months!), I finally got them ordered and am super duper happy with the results! Thank you Anna-Marie for your incredible patience and professionalism taking care of my vision needs. And thank you Dr Zink for all the time and recommendations! You two are the best on the planet! This has been the best experience in an Optometrist office I have ever had. From my doctor, Dr. Barnhart,OD to all of the staff that day. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and willing to go the extra mile to help me with my concerns and questions. I did not see the other doctors or all of the staff, but from my visit I am -5 stars sure- that they are all great and will treat you the very best. This is a 5 star review for sure.

I had my comprehensive exam done earlier this year--they make it so simple! Now, I had to pop back in for a contacts prescription and Jame was great! She was so thorough and kind---even let me try on a bunch of glasses that would have to be sanitized later! Fantastic place!

My glasses broke and Jane Alhayek has been so kind and so helpful with everything. She ordered me a new pair of glasses and set me up with a temporary frame will I wait for my new ones. Everyone at Franklin Park Vision is friendly and helpful but Jane always tries to make sure I am completely taken care of and happy when I leave the office. There was some confusion around what my appointment was about, which happens. But what followed was the front desk person arguing with me in front of customers.Then, when I was taken to a desk I could hear the woman continuing to talk about me. It was so strange and unprofessional. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable.

Franklin Park Vision was awesome with my kids today! They were patient and thorough with my childrens eye exams. Jane was kind, fast, and great at multitasking and Dr. Barnhart was helpful and explained a lot to us so that the kids could understand. A great experience! 🤓👓

When I called to schedule my appointment, which happened to be Jane, she took all the information they needed at that time to find out if my insurance was accepted. Upon arriving, I was greeted with smiles in a welcoming atmosphere & a very short wait even though it was pretty busy. Jane was the tech who did the eye tests before the initial exam. She was incredibly professional, caring, and detailed but quick. Once in the exam room, I was greeted by Dr. Barnhart. She was very kind & extremely knowledgeable. I will be coming back & I highly recommend this place. I also brought my dad in when he was asking about a place to get glasses.

I received excellent care from beginning to end. Every person I encountered was friendly and helpful. Things were explained to me and my questions were welcomed. My glasses were ready in a timely manner and even having them fitted and adjusted was enjoyable(Thanks Jane). I look forward to seeing them again.

I just took my teenage daughter here for the first time today. I called in Friday and they were able to get us in right away. The office was very nice. The assistant Jane, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!She was so kind, very thorough and had such a great accent. Being on state insurance, I have been to different places who seemed to look down onstate pay - not this place AT ALL.Jane and Dr. DeWald treated my daughter and I with such sincere, compassionate care. Have wonderful staff, that make you feel like family. They are great with kids as well as adults. They did a wonderful job with my physically disabled child, he was treated as the same as my other kids. Would recommend Franklin Vision to anyone needing a new eye doctor. I went to Franklin Park Vision for the first time in May 2019, and I had a great experience! Kevin helped with the initial exam and when I picked out lenses. He was so helpful and gracious. He explained the insurance and pricing clearly and made me feel confident that I was making good choices. Dr. DeWald was also kind. Highly recommend!

Franklin Park Vision is an AWESOME place! Every staff member is always cheerful, glad to see you, and very helpful! Very modern and welcoming atmosphere with the latest equipment. Dr. Barnhart and Jane were friendly and took time to answer questions—which was nice because I had more than a few. Friendly, efficient staff, nice facility. I had been using Group Health/Kaiser in the past, and they were not bad, but overall I felt better cared for at Franklin Park Vision.

Would put NO Star, but had to to post comment. Made appointment online through my insurers website. They sent several texts and emails for appointment verification. When I arrived for my appointment, they tell me that they dont accept my insurance, and said they had called and couldnt leave a message (my message box was not full). Then said maybe we dialed the wrong number (REALLY???) If they truly couldnt reach me by phone (not likely) why didnt they text or email, I was getting plenty of confirmations? Bottom line I lost an hour of my workday to show up for nothing. Also receptionist made me feel like my insurance low rate. Will NEVER go back.

In these difficult times, I found only this Clinic to fulfill basic essential needs.Im a courier for a pharmacy, I lost my glasses and drive at night. This was the only Clinic that open their doors to help me gain my sight.I give special thanks to the technician Jane who worked on my behave and created my new set of glasses.

My family has now been to Franklin Park Vidion twice. I did my homework on Eye doctors. We previously had a bad experience with an Eye doctor treating my young daughter poorly because she was nervous. I was not about to put my family in that predicament again. Franklin Park had the best reviews I could find. Since we are coming from Liberty Lake, I make my whole families appointments at the same time. They handle us with ease. They are not pushy and are so great with my daughter! It is 100% worth the 30 minute drive for us!

I just took my 3 1/2 year old daughter for her very first eye exam!! My daughter is very shy and the employees here were absolutely fantastic with getting her to open up and feel comfortable! Excellent customer service, lovely (and professional) environment, great coffee, very nice taste in music (the kind thats pleasant to listen to, but also easily becomes light background music if youre not listening), and - far more importantly - excellent actual appointment. They have good equipment, and phenomenal people working there. The appointment was fast and professional, and my new glasses arrived a week earlier than I was told to expect. All round, a phenomenal experience.

If there were a lower rating I give it to them. One of the worse places to go on planet earth. Never take your child here, the female doctor has no heart or awareness of a childs feelings. Also she is one of the rudest people I have ever ran across, pompous, arrogant and rude. If you want to hear from a know it all who has her finger up her you know what, well this is a place for you. Also she will be happy to scare your children and give them nightmares after she sees them. They are great for all these things.

I had to switch eye doctors because spokane eye clinic stopped taking my insurance. Found this online and I am glad I chose it. Staff and doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. They have a new patient for life. I highly recommend them.

I have gone to Franklin Park Vision for about 45 years. The service is always great and friendly. I was so comfortable with Dr. Wavra, and honestly, didnt want to try someone new. Dr. Barnhart and her staff are all wonderful, and it is a good experience! Its a long drive/ride for me to get there, but worth it. I highly recommend them!!

Once upon a time, last week, I went to Franklin Park Vision and picked up my glasses. But guess what? I was a month late! You know why? Because life. Do you know how I remembered? They texted me love messages like, Hello Dawn, this is Franklin Park Vision. Your glasses order just arrived so please feel free to come by and pick them up anytime. We are here 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. M-F and on Fridays we are closed during lunch from 12-1:30.Is that amazing or what? To be fair tho, they sent me like two messages. I was apparently living the baller life, not caring about seeing the fun I was having. Just winging it, ya know? So when I went in to pick them up, I was expecting a bitter beer face to greet me. Instead it was, Hi Dawn! My you look so young and beautiful AND THIN! Ok, I may have paraphrased a little here, but Im sure it was close to that.They fit me fabulously, my glasses too, and then I was on my way! I felt like a newer, prettier, thinner me! I have been coming here for years for eye appointments....more recently seeing Dr. Barnhart. I cant say enough good things about the staff. They are friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Barnhart, Kevin and Amy recently problem solved an eye prescription issue. Kevin followed through and got back to me promptly a number of times. I just really appreciated their help and feel the care they have for the patients. The staff that work in billing and eyewear are also extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!

Excellant staff. Dr. Barnhart gave me all the attention that my eye problem needed. The Doctors peaceful manner reasured me. The entire staff did extensive diagnostics. Giving my eye a chance to heal, I was helped by Jane on a second visit. She patiently used extensive measuring tecnology to determine if my eyes were ready to make a prescription.
