This is the 2nd time I came to this store. Both times I couldnt shop here because they was closing for 15 min. They will never get me on this again. I recommend to shop somewhere else.

Just left here and on a road trip. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Paid with credit card for gas and while my friend was at the pump went in to ask to use the bathroom and the woman behind the counter said “it’s for customers only” I said “I’m a paying customer I’m pumping gas” and she then stated the bathroom was broken. Went back to my car and they stopped my pump at 27.77 instead of letting me fill up. Not sure what’s up with this place. Go elsewhere.

Actually left without buying anything because cashier was yelling at a customer and was acting extremely unprofessional. I understand that its a rough area of town but he knew that when he chose to work there.

If i could give neg stars i would. They dont rotate anything. Food is old and alot of times out dated. But the over all worst part of stopping their is how rude and hateful the employees are they are def not professional, given whete its located its par for the course. Shame on you corp. 7 eleven for allowing them to drag your name through the mud. I suggest not stopping unless you absolutely have to and just dont expect too much as you will leave mad.

Open 24 hours? Haha. Not tonight. They were closed at 9:45pm....while they cleaned the floors. Another nearby store clerk told me this was standard practice for them. This 7-Eleven lost my business. Today and in the future. Dont waste your time stopping here!

Has excellent gas prices, but the homeless hang out there and 7 eleven has installed a high pitched siren to drive them away. It doesnt work and is just irritating.

I have been here several times, and each time, they are swamped. This time, one of the employees was walking around, saw the check out line and did nothing, until a manager came in and tols her to help on an empty register.I asked the check out person for some hot food, and he got it for me. It didnt look like he got the correct taquitos, and I asked him what he got. He assured me that he got the correct.The first two were not what I had asked for. The last three were right. Which means what I thought I saw, from the register, was correct. He apparently, was not paying attention.This store almost always has homeless people outside. It is very close to the elevated freeway that people sleep under, and not far from a homeless shelter, so this is not the stores fault by any means.As well, there are often people drinking in the parking lot.

Been in 4 times in the last week for taquitos, they looked absolutely disgusting everytime. The box says to change every 3 hours. This store changes our product maybe once every 8-12 hours by my count. Dont buy the food here. The pizza was bad too.

This was the absolute worst gas station I have ever been to. I was a delivery driver and have been to many gas stations in Washington State and this is by far the worst. I put my soda down and walked out it was so bad. Ill never make that mistake again.

Even though its constantly filled with homeless people who are trying to argue prices and they are slammed every time I have been there the main guy I believe is always very nice. I admire his patience and composure when dealing with what he does on the daily basis...

The staff at this location are the rudest, least professional, and most offensive that I have ever encountered- anywhere. The slurpee machines are consistently mislabeled and at any given time it is impossible to obtain a slurpee in any desired flavor and consistency; unless you desire mystery flavored sugar water and want to be yelled at while you get it and accused of shoplifting before you leave.This place is an Outpost of hell.

The prices are high, theres a lot of seedy people that go there or hang around outside. Theres also a lot of rude workers, some of them are nice but that seems to be the exception rather than the rule. Ive had to go there quite a few times. I would avoid it if you can.

Good selection reasonable price

I stopped and bought what I thought was a Diet Pepsi fountain drink and it wasnt a diet drink.at all. I got home checked the sugar level in the pop it was 555. Im a diabetic and it raised my sugars aton. So becareful. The owner dont care at all. Buyers beware. Could be dangerous for your health. It could of cost me my life or anyone elses that cant have regular pop. He refused to check his lines on the machine. Also there was so much stocking garbage on the floor you had to go out of your way to get where you needed to be.Good luck to others in the future.

This 711 is by far the best one to visit in the city of Spokane. In fact, Mohammed always provides good customer services.

They have an alarm going off non-stop outside their store intentionally in an attempt to drive away the homeless. Its a depressingly unsurprising gesture. It really shows how lacking in empathy and decency the owners are. Terrible business and terrible people who own and manage it.

This 7-11 is perfect if you are looking to score some meth. Otherwise, steer clear.

Only one employee speaks english, the drink machine dispenses the wrong drinks, the slurpee machines are always empty, and there are always homeless people/drug addicts touching you/cutting you in line. Only one employee that’s actually helpful, the other ones barely speak ANY english. Only come here when necessary.

Absolutely the worst store I have ever seen. More homeless panhandling drug dealing punks and hookers and bottom feeders hanging around than all of downtown Detroit. Its like Spokane law enforcement is totally blind to this area. Its just a damn shame on Spokane.

Employees are nice but the people that come to this store are very sketchy. I only went to get a coffee and gas. Will not return.

This place would be great if the customer service was OK.

My friends phone got stolen here and when they asked to see the ATM camera tapes they cussed my friend out. And after they went into the store and tried to get the tapes in person an employee gave the phone back with all the data WIPED from the phone. They totally tried to steal it! They are planning on calling crime check. Dont trust the employees here, theyre dirty lying thieves.

My credit card failed the seller was very angry, very loud yelling and told me not to come here anymore. I think he has very old equipment he spares money on.

7-11 stores are not what they used to be but this one is especially disgusting.

Tried to tell me my ID was fake even after I showed multiple forms of ID. Then every time I returned after that the same employee created a scene and screamed at me, and even harassed me by following me around the store and even outside after I purchased what I needed and left. He then proceeded to watch me drive away, and I could see him go back inside and point at my car and scream in front of all of the customers and at employees. Every time I’ve gone here this employee is there, and harasses me. It is always an extremely uncomfortable, and unnecessary situation every time I’ve gone, so I have stopped going to this 7/11.

Needs better pass-along logs for shift changes. Not sure of their ability to count and Voom machine is erratic.

Average 7-11. Homeless population hanging out in the parking lot is a bit sketchy. Once inside I was hit up to pay for one if the homeless guys fountain drink. Cashier didnt bat an eye. I wont return.

This is Spokane they dont clean it up the police dont do their job they dont clean up any nstuff the store is a mess lazy people

Owner/cashier treats loyal customers like everyone is an addict or transient trying to steal when in reality you just want to support the store and bring A positive vibe to the store I wont try that ever again he can keep dealing with the negative people his store seems to attract.

Well when the cashiers arent yelling at someone because they dont feel like doing their job theres always some crackhead outside asking you for money yes do not go there unless you absolutely have to and I would like to start a petition to close the store down because its a worthless store
