Here’s to the rude staff that don’t want to work! Sephora has what I was looking for. You both specifically said they don’t have it on line! I will be shopping at a competitors. I was the only person in the store. I was asking for help, and you shut down every question I had without providing an alternative. That says to a customer you don’t want to help them. That says you would rather not have their business.
Victoria was awesome! She empowered my teenage sister and made her feel beautiful, even without makeup on 😭!She did a great job interacting and helping her with her first makeup experiences.
Today I made my first ever Sephora purchase. I took advantage of their amazing deal of a makeover with 50 dollars of in-store purchases; and I’ve never felt so flawlessly beautiful. I found a foundation that actually matches my skin tone (incredibly pale) and Alexis treated me like a queen. I would recommend this location and these ladies to anyone who wants to feel gorgeous. ❤️
I wish I could give a good review, but this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I came into Sephora to get new foundation and was going to ask a lady for help. She didn’t even look at me when I was trying to talk to her. I had to ask her for help multiple times because she wasn’t acknowledging me.There was no one else in the store and I still didn’t get good customer service. I didn’t even get a “Have a good day” or anything on my way out. Definitely not somewhere I want to spend my money if I’m not getting treated like a customer.
Worse service ever! Every time I go in the girls are too focused on putting their own make up that they could care less if anyone needs help. You wait at the counter and they say “are you ready” ring you up and don’t care to offer you any of your rewards gifts then hands you your bag and that’s it! So hard to say “have a good day” !!! If I am paying for high quality makeup I should get the service to go along with it....

I love this place (well specifically Alicia). Ive struggled with acne since I was 11, my skin is incredibly sensitive and Im always broken out. Its been a huge embarrassment my whole adult life... 15 minutes with Alicia did more for my skin than multiple dermatologists and every deliverable skin care gimmick could. She genuinely enjoys her work and is an absolute pleasure to spend time with in her chair. I dont need all this makeup anymore, but now I use it for fun!!
I walked into my Sephora local store and I automatically see a security man and several workers. As looked around I noticed workers staring at me suspiciously, I picked up a pair of lashes and walked around the store with them just Incase I saw something else I wanted to purchase. As I walked around I noticed the security man and a worker following my every move. No matter what brand display I had walked to they shuffled their way to me. Not only did I find this irritating but also very disrespectful. I understand they are doing their jobs and making sure there is no theft but it was a bit dramatic how obvious they were. I wanted to turn around and say something but it wasn’t worth getting kicked out. Please keep your eyes to yourself. Never follow a customer around so obviously and closely. Thanks
Sephora was at one point my favorite store. On my 4th attempt I was scheduled with my favorite associate. Time was limited as I was already booked for a previous appointment BUT since Id been waiting for an option to look into the new Huda Pallet since Christmas I took iy telling her I couldnt be there until 1230. I thought thats what I heard back. Got there today after rushing through another appointment to find it was 12. Instead of telling my associate I was there the lady I checked in with went and got another associate who I am praying is NOT in management. Poor customer service skills in a very needed environment. Basically was told appointment was at 12, we CANNOT work you in. I explained I had mentioned when I made appointment the previous appointment. Again, monotone could care less voice appointment was told appointment at noon and again since we had you booked for an hour cannot work you in. Maybe 2 to 3 people in store. No offer of an Im sorry there was a mix up in appointment or an offer to help me later or reschedule. If she is a manager explaines the bad results I see. I was told a couple trips in prior to schedule with a particular associate that they cannot advise people when certain staff are there for staff safety. Ummm how is one to book an appointment with an associate of their choice if you dont know when they will be available?? All I wanted to do was play in the Huda Naked pallet to see if I liked enough colors on me to purchase. Good thing my previous appointment was a birthday massage!!! I even calles as I was going to make a complaint at a higher level as this used to be a great Sephora. Was advised by the associate on the phone could only make a cpmplaint to her as she IS the manager!! Explains the terrible customer service I got! Customer service has gone down hill!!! If less than one star was an option thats what it would be. So no new birthday make up for me! Going to have to find a new make up spot. Any reccomendations??
I would have to say, the worst Sephora I have ever purchased from. Very RUDE young, cashier. Did not smile once, and treated me with disrespect. I still purchased my items, and spent over $140. I LOVE Sephora, but hated the service in this store. I will definitely go to the Sephora in Downtown Spokane and will not be coming back to this one. I really hope the manager will read this review and fix the costumer service issue.
Madeline was hands down the best beauty expect. She was adaptive to my needs. She went the extra mile. Madeline presented very well! Her makeup was on point! She knew her brands and understood more about the makeup world than I did! Which says alot! Madeline was so friendly and I would drive all the way to Spokane from Coeur d alene just to have her advice. Thank you!!!!
They did not tell me my gift card would not work online or at another store and then did nothing to fix the problem. I will never use this branch again. Spent alot of money to get told to bad we messed up and now you eat it.
I love Sephora but the service here is awful. I had a few bad experiences and the last time I went one of the ladies there made me cry and that was the last straw.
I wanted to buy foundation, a brow pencil and a contour and the gal would only show me how to apply one item. Said Sephora won’t let them demo / teach more that one product. So I left with foundation and will head to Mac for my contour and brows. Seems like a terrible customer service policy to enforce.
