I like the selection and the fact that they carry airbrush equipment on hand. I wish their selection was a bit better in that particular area, but they do have quite a bit of stuff. And the prices are pretty good.

Janice in the fabric department was beyond amazing! She went above in beyond in helping explain and educate me on how to design our wedding backdrop. I came in with a photo and measurements and she knew exactly what to do and how to make this stressful process easy! She even had tips on how to measure the background with yarn and to use that yarn to help with measuring for cutting the fabric! I am beyond thankful that Janice was working and that she was willing to help and make this process easy and happy! Thank you Janice!!!!

It is ok if you need craft stuff. I dont like that they use price stickers instead of UPC codes. Two of the same item, but maybe in a different color, with the same exact UPC code, may cost two different prices.

Its great, love to walk around. Amazing finds but so very overpriced. Because items are so expensive And no coupons... ever, makes it hard to purchase the things you love. So, I just stay away.

Having been to Hobby Lobbys all over the country, Im surprised to have found the largest I can recall in Spokane. This location is both massive and clean. The only minor complaint I might have is the near impossibility of finding any employee other than the checkout lanes. The simple fact, though, is that the relative low number of employees is probably part of the companys quest to keep prices as low as possible. All in all a great location.

Good weather and enjoyed the park. Peaceful, quiet except the sounds from the falls but those sounds are relaxing. Suggestion, those with pets need to leash and/or tighter leash. Some folks are fearful of animals too close. Ruins peaceful walk.

I usually have good things to say about Hobby Lobby a couple of days ago I asked someone to help me to find sterling silver wire, this person did not work in that area and did not know what I was asking for. I make jewelry oh, so I asked if they can get someone that would help me, I was completely disappointed in the service.came to hobby lobby specifically to get a metal container to hold my debit card or ID. There was a manager standing by the door I asked where I could find those items he pointed to the middle aisle and said down that way towards office supplies, I went all the way down by where they do the picture frames, because that was the only person I could find that was semi-free to help me with my question and where the office supplies were. She sent me to a totally different area which I understand it was okay on her part she was busy, I went back to the manager after spending 15 minutes looking for the item and I asked him if he could please show me where it was. His response was Im not supposed to leave my post and abruptly showed me where the two aisles were down the middle and pointed at them very harshly with his hands right here and then left. I cannot believe being treated that way by a manager of all people who is supposed to show the example that everyone there. Even a customer said theres the manager, and I said I already asked him what I was looking for. Extremely frustrating!!!!!!!

After looking all over and settling on some towel hooks as I thought they were 50% off( they were on an end cap that was marked table decor 50% off.) The cashier was very rude informing me that they were wall decor not table and therefore regular price. I asked why are they then displayed on a 50% off endcap, if not on sale. Its kinda misleading. She made me feel like an idiot because I didnt know how they classified items and I should have clearly realized they were wall not table decor and they display both together in themes. She was really condescending. I wont be back.

This place definitely has a lot of what you might need but the employees are rude and have that Im better than you aura. They dont have their 40% off coupon anymore either.

I easily lose track of time in Hobby Lobby. I love that its so easy to find what you need as everything is well organized into sections that make sense and if you ever cant find something; the employees are knowledgeable in where things are and more than willing to help.

No floor staff. Had to stand in line at the register and wait to ask my question. Was not acknowledged until after the clerk cleaned the counter after the previous customer. I appreciate that they are trying to be careful, but some customer service training would be beneficial. Additional floor staff would be even better.

Honey Luby has a variety of beautiful things for the home arts and crafts and most of the time they have sales.I meinly biuy yarn and hooks, but they had a 40 % off sale on furniture and got a side table for 27.99 its white made with wood and metal. The store is friendly and clean . I highly recommend and look out for their end of season sales where you can find all kinds of items up to 90% off.
