I bet shopping here would be awesome! Sadly, I’ll never be able to because of their hours of operation. I would love to support this local business, but I would have to take time off of work. That’s unreasonable. I know I will pay more to support local and it may be a little less convenient but come on. Change your hours or hire more workers.

Maria is a gift from meat heaven. You need spices and she has them. You need a tool to do x, y or z in meat processing and she has that too. I go here for all my butchery needs. The prices are very competitive, you have NO reason not to support local!!!

I love just walking into this store! The spice smells are intoxicating. I needed a low salt rub for some pork ribs I was going to smoke and the staff, two gals were very helpful. In addition, the prices are very reasonable for spices. They have every spice I can get image anyone could use.

Michlitch is a fantastic place! They have a very large selection, and a great knowledge base. Lots of food smoking supplies, knives, wrapping paper etc. Like their sign out front says, everything but the meat!

Good products and great service

What a great place to find for anyone that likes to cook. And if you process your own food, farm raised,wild game or fish this place has the spices and cures you want to bring out the best possible flavor. I was blown away with the selection of spices and rubs available, from smokey BBQ rubs to chile lime flavored seasonings for fajitas or if you like roasted potatoes... thats covered too. The best part is the staff are very friendly and samples are available to help you home in on exactly what you are looking for flavor wise. They have everything you could possibly need to process meat, sausage, bacon, salami, jerky smoked fish, knives,casings etc. They are a real hidden gem I wish I knew about sooner and I will definitely be back when my supply runs low !

We are hunters and prefer to process our own venison. This place had everything we need to consistently make great Italian, brautwurst, and breakfast sausage. I have purchased knives, meat grinders, and spice mixes with very consistent results. My wife has a buck hanging in the shop now, so we are heading in today for casings and mix.

Love this place. I get my sasauge making supplies here, have for years. The staff is super cool and fun to chat with. They carry a full line of sasauge casings from fresh to man-made. Lots of different blended spices and high temp cheese for your snack sticks.

Unfortunately, their gluten free bakery had to be closed but, they still carry gluten free dry mixes from Snacktivist. You can take home and bake Falafel, Focaccia, pizza, cookie, brownie and muffin dry mixes.
