If you are a zag fan this is your place to go. If for some reason you cant be there on campus and enjoy the experience in the shop itself theres always the online experience. Staff was friendly staff was extremely helpful.

Great selection, eve. with school being out. Staff was informed, friendly a d what one would expect near campus. Prices in line with college bookstores, and lots of items on sale. I try to visit at least once a year to get my Zag fix

Awesome store with huge selection. A little on pricey side but so happy to find a head warmer band to wear since it was freezing and only had wardrobe for Hawaii! Aloha from Maui!! Always a quick and easy process.

Good shop, big and spacious. Locals love to see each other in zag clothes, my neighbor especially. I came in here last week, there were nice t-shirts on sale. Bought one for me and one for my neighbor, Hal. We laughed when we wear them on the same day.

It was okay but I was already in a bad mood when I went there to pick up a package because the UPS driver couldnt figure out how to use a phone or look at the delivery instructions where I provided my phone number and instructions saying the building was a locked building. The staff in the store were nice. I was just in a bad mood by the time I got there. If I wanted to go somewhere to buy something I wouldve done that and bought it at a store. Again the staff was nice, its the UPS driver that pisses me off.

Ive been going into the zagshop everyday for the past two weeks to see if my textbook has arrived that I ordered weeks ago. They tell me every time that it will be here tomorrow. The college students working the first desk by the books have always been helpful and friendly. However, the woman at the textbook desk was rude, very snappy toward me, and didnt make an effort to be helpful when I asked questions about the arrival of the book. Im not sure why they have someone working there who has such a negative attitude toward the customers.

There were a lot of options. It is family weekend so it was pretty crowded. The prices seemed really high in comparison to other college locations. The staff was really nice.

The people were great. I was on a quick visit from Boise and everyone was very nice. Only complaint was a lack of lacrosse swag.

Pure and simple review: The destination for all things Gonzaga! Yeah, they want your $$ but its a store and its a great opportunity to purchase items to show off your Zag pride in my work. Gonzaga-branded watches? Who would have thought? Worth the visit if/when youre in Spokane.

My nephew wanted some souvenirs for himself and his family.He seemed quite happy with the Zag shirts he purchased!

Ultimate fan shopping! They have anything Gonzaga youd ever want. Their prices arent bad either. Plus, you get friendly student staff members! Bonus: staff and faculty get a discount! GO ZAGS!

This store is great! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about everything in store. On top of that they know everything going on around campus and give great recommendations on local places to visit.

Great for fan gear (although highly overpriced). Do not ever get books here. Overpriced and the staff and management is dishonest, unhelpful, and rude. You will save hundreds by using Amazon or Chegg. HORRIBLE customer service :( My card on file was charged for a book that I never bought and they did nothing to make it right.

The merchandise is excellent quality & the store is very organized.Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Astonishingly bad customer service, currently spending the first week and a half of classes borrowing the only text I needed because someone accidentally cancelled my order, and I was told the only way to rectify the situation was to either come in and buy the book in person, or re-order the book. I re-ordered the book to be told that someone stole the last copy, and I wouldn’t be able to get said book until “early next week.” If you actually need your “required text” just use amazon or chegg.

If you are a Gonzaga fan, this place has all of the best apparel & memorabilia. We love wearing our Zags shirts during basketball season while in Arizona!!

Massively bigger than the previous bookstore a decade ago, this bright and open shop has nearly everything you could hope for Zag related. Naturally, as the official store, it is a bit pricey but the merch is authentic, high quality, and vast in its types. While pricier than a regular store it was, however, far less expensive than expected; I have been to pro-baseball team stores that make this store look like a bargain warehouse.Ultimately, this is a great place to get high-quality Zags merch.

Loves this place. You can find any type of Gonzaga shirts, jackets, souvenirs, coffee cups, etc.You can also buy your text books and other school necessities.As a tourist I ended up with a tshirt and a mug showing my love of Gonzaga. I will be back next trip to Spokane.

I went here to get some Zags shirts for my parents and my girlfriend for Christmas. The shirts were a little on the expensive side, but the layout was organized and the female cashier was friendly.
