Great customer service! My husband and I were there to have his ring fixed. While he was being served I was greeted twice and offered a beverage. The inventory was full and beautiful!!! So many different types of jewelry in so many styles! The coolest thing I saw was pendants that can be made in the shape of any lake!! Such a unique gift idea. The selection of mens rings was pretty impressive!! Traditional metals, hammered metals and even wood. I will definitely be back!

While I waited for my ring to be serviced I was checking out the many lovely pieces in the cases and a lovely woman, didn’t catch her name, asked if I need help or wanted to see anything and even though I wasn’t purchasing that day she showed me some beautiful pieces while I waited. Went in because I saw a salmon ring on their outside sign and found out that it was single custom ring. But Karl said that they could literally make anything into a ring so we decided on a ling cod. A week later Karl showed me the rendering and it was absolutely incredible. I couldnt have asked for anything better. A week after that I came to pick up my ring and it was even more incredible than the rendering! Im so happy with it and it fits perfectly. My fiancé and I went in weeks ago to try and find him a wedding ring that he loved, wasn’t too expensive and would LAST! Ashley helped us out in finding one, she was nothing short of amazing! I bought a new ring here and got one fixed at the same time. I had been looking online for a new ring for a while, but everything is so expensive and you cant really tell the beauty of jewelry in a photo online. I had a look around and found a gorgeous ring, and they sold it to me for a very reasonable price! They even sized it for me! They also fixed my Moms ring after it lost a diamond. Upon further inspection, it had other diamonds in it that were fractured. They called me telling me what they found and they gave me the option to choose if I wanted them to go ahead and replace it or just wait until it fell out. I chose to fix it now. When I went to pick up the ring it looked so beautiful! So shiny and looked like new! My Mom was so happy I got it fixed also. Everyone is very nice, and I was very pleased with the service and expertise.

I had a sure fit clasp on my wedding ring. After years the hinge would come open if I clapped my hands or made a big jester with my hand. Matt, at the Jewelry Design Center understood the issue ( he had seen it before) and told me he thought he knew just what needed to be done. My ring was a little top heavy in Its original setting. All I can say is WOW..the finished product took my breath away.
