Despite closing down the retail storefront a year or so ago, they still answered my phone call and I can tell you that David and the staff know exactly what customer service is!!!!Its honestly been such a long time since Ive had someone offer to go out of their way, with no financial benefit to them, just to make sure I got what I needed. They had what I needed in stock and David made sure that I got it today, so he made it happen. Thanks so much you guys!!! I am so happy to see first hand, that people/companies do still appreciate customers and know what true customer service really is.I will refer and also use Radar electronics from this point forward for all of my electronics needs. This was an outstanding experience, I wish I could say more in praise!!!!

*Fantastic* store...years ago. Unfortunately, theyve shutdown their retail store front. Theyll still work with you (begrudgingly), but unless you know exactly what you want (make/model) _and_ it happens to be something their OEMs make use of and therefor have in stock or are willing to order, they just arent inclined to help you. Keep in mind I speak as a personal shopper, for low volume esoteric items, so Im sure larger businesses (OEMs, etc.) *still* consider them an exceptional store. That said, having searched high and low for locally sourceable, random electronic components, Radar gets my 2nd place award...in so far as there is no 3rd place or higher (hence the 3 star rating; otherwise it would be 1 or 2 stars). 1st place goes to Hobby Town up north, who is very willing to source any & everything you could possibly need (not much local inventory, and certainly not a local store, but at least have a local presence, which I appreciate).

David in sales was over the top on customer service, I wish he could do training for so many other businesses. 6stars.
