It was great. Got the help we needed. Only had to wait about 35 minutes. Not bad for not having an appointment, especially at a phone store. The associate was smart, efficient and courteous.
Great customer service. I really liked how everyone was masked up. Professional but friendly
I had an appointment for the genius bar for my computer. I was seated, but then left to wait for over 30 minutes. So they started about 40 minutes late to my appointment time which I found very rude. Good thing I blocked out a large time to come to the store. No employee even bothered to stop by and ask if I was doing okay. And a lot of employees were standing around as they were not busy.I ended up having to bug them to help me.Also- i was sent to the store via apple’s help center to get a battery replacement. Only to be told those 40 mins later that they didnt have it in stock. Not the first time I’ve been sent to the store for them to be out of stock either…Disappointed overall in the experience with Apple’s service.
I had a crummy experience with a phone that my provider sold me. When the brand new phone stopped working my provider refused to help me, he directed me to the Apple store to try and get help. I was assisted by Ricky, he was so kind and helpful. He understood my complaints and even looked at the providers return policies with me. He was able to advocate for me and helped me get my issue taken care of. As am essentially single mom, in college, with two children, I needed that bit of kindness. I strongly recommended asking for Ricky to help you if you can. Thank you1
What a disgrace this store is.I came yesterday to schedule a appointment for today to fix my laptop, without a mask. ( I cannot wear one due to medical exemption.) the worker did not say anything and neither did the security. I was in there for about 5+ minutes & the worker simply scheduled my appointment and discussed with me about what I needed. Everything was fine and I felt relieved that I wasn’t frowned upon for not wearing one. Today, I come in for my appointment & a new worker greeted me today and I let him know I had a appointment. He handed me a mask and asked me to put it on. I didn’t & when he came back he let me know that I wouldn’t be able to be seen if I did not wear one. I informed him that I came yesterday without one and the worker did not mention this. Then he proceeded to get his “manager” and he said I could wait outside while they look at my laptop. I said that was fine, but then he changed his mind and said I could not. I don’t get why. It really made no sense.I told him I cannot wear one and why I am unable to and also what happened yesterday. He still said I cannot stay. I really don’t understand the reason. Did the manager have something against me ? I believe maybe it could’ve been because of my race (Asian) because why else would you treat me this way ?I don’t not care if any customers read this. This is simply for your team leaders to see.Are you guys okay with your “manager” trying to control me? It’s really upsetting to see such a great company hire such terrible workers. Workers that try and belittle customers who are just simple trying to fix their laptop? ( Mind you, I was already in the store for about 5 minutes at the point to leaving. They could’ve just taken the laptop already but they were to focused on making me cover my face) you see? They lost actual customer $ because they were to focused on other things. What a disappointment people have become.I truly hope you read this and not just ignore this.
Very busy place and hard to find. Guy said he help us but we waited for a while. He was talking to everyone came in the door. He was nice. I was at a parking meter 2 block away and was were about running out time. thank you for helping.
Terrible customer service long wait times was going to buy an iPhone 12 pro and cant even do it at the Apple store ran out of time was told to wait 30 min 40 min later I walk out no phone and no time kinda a waste. If I mean to help window shoppers instead of customers who are willing to buy that day its kind of a shock! So I bought it online.
Super awesome that they will check a macbook out for free that you are considering purchasing. Much appreciated and shows how well they stand behind their product
Very lazy team, made an appointment to upgrade phones and basically was told I should do it on my own online. No offer to help in store, not sure why there is a physical store since the team doesn’t want to help customers. Very disappointing.
Store was really clean, and they took great covid precautions. Appointment was taken on time and employee was very polite. They could have informed me on the phone when making the appointment that Apple products are not repairable. This cost me well over an hour of my time and 75 miles of driving to tell me they dont repair products. Would not recommend
Was in and out in minutes. Staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful
Have had multiple interactions with the staff here (trade in a Macbook Air, Apple watch for a family member, Pro for the another one, and most recently Iphone XR repair). Every interaction except one (staff was a little snotty, similar to when you call Support for an older Mac), has been a great experience. They do get a little backed up during peak hours which is to be expected in these times, but they make up for it with their service.
Great experience and really good service: went to buy some accessories and they were fast, accurate and helpful. When I came back to change some a product, they call me by my name and were really nice and friendly. My experience was really good. When I showed interest in the new products they gave recommendations and advices. I don’t remember names but all the personal that I talked to were amazing. I hope that other costumers get the same service and attention to details.
My support app doesn’t work so i can’t make an appoint i go in with help for just replacing the phone through warranty and nobody can tell me how to do it? nobody is on the same page? i had to ask five times for a manager since the guy helping me kept telling me no, when i got the manager i told him i had a case number he disregarded that told me that i have to go make an appointment for help WITH AN APP THAT DOESNT WORK nor did i want help i wanted to replace this over warranty. apple will literaly hire anyone, you should be embarrassed to work there.
The staff was so helpful and really took in what I said and helped me make the best decisions for what I bought
Great customer support! Very patient and employees work hard to do the job correctly. Today I was in the store with my son and our tech was determined to get his iPhone screen protector perfectly placed! Now this doesn’t seem like a big deal to most but the time and effort they put in has me impressed.
Yesh didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need and mom made it easy for Yesh to do so! All the people there are courteous and knowledgeable. Will be back!!!
Called ahead to get an iPhone fixed since I didnt want to void the warranty. Had to schedule an appointment, except they had no availabilites. Not like nothing available today but like nothing available at all.I already dislike apple products but my wife adores them. Figure if you have a store that supposedly fixes these things you should probably just let people come in and do it.
This is one of the best service store I have been to. The immediate stores in the greater Seattle area were not offering help at the time. I drove all the way from the westside of the state to this apple store. I wanted to purchase a iPhone and this team went over and beyond. There was a slight issue with AT&T to get the phone added. They team worked with me 2 + hours to ensure to got resolved and went home with my new iPhone Pro Max. I would definitely visit this store if I lived in the Spokane area. Great service, great experience! Thank you to all the team members that had helped me. I truly appreciate it!
Ordered online and pick up was fast!!
Lots of shops. Convenient parking. Not too crowded.
My mom needed to pick up her new phone to replace her broken one. She was unable to go into the store because shes dying of congestive heart failure. They refused to release the phone to me or come out to the car to verify her ID. Literally denied her the ability to keep in touch with loved ones at the end of her life.
I had an appointment to have my MacBook camera looked at. The tech said we can send it off for $425 and they will go through the whole computer and fix everything. Or you can trade it in and get half the value for the computer and put it towards a new one. He went through the process of how to trade it in and then handed me off to another employee who brought me the new computer. She went through her process and gave me a total and said when I mail in my old computer Apple will credit my credit card for the trade in. I’m already to sign on the line and I ask how much will Apple give me for the trade in and then she pulled up a their trade in website I had to answer if the camera was working and I said no. So then I was told I can’t trade in the lap top. They knew my computer didn’t qualify but they told me it would. I was ready to walk out the door with a new computer thinking I would get money back from my old computer. It’s bait and trap, dishonest, and unprofessional. I spoke with the manager and she didn’t see anything wrong with what they did. I’ll skip the Apple store next time and look for service/purchasing elsewhere.
Really great customer service experienced at this store.
Honestly... Hate to write a bad review because I am a huge apple fan. But shopping at this store is honestly a really poor experience. There is no reason in the world I should have to wait for 20 minutes to buy something. If I know what I want let me buy it!!! Don’t put me in line with 15 people who have questions about cords. What’s frustrating is they know I don’t really have a choice but to wait... so they maximize on those of us who “need” something vs those who “want” something. They really need a better system:-:
Always excellent. Friendly. Amazing.
They refused to accommodate my medical condition. Why are they forcing everyone to comply with arbitrary policy? They dont own me, but their attitude says they think otherwise. They have the most inconvenient customer service, and are always trying to trick people into new purchases.
Awesome place lots of shops always an amazing atmosphere
Ordered a NEW MacBook in January (from Apple, not a reseller). Apple accidentally sent a non-working refurb. 20+ hours of customer service phone time and over 2 months later and I still dont have my replacement. All of their departments dont work together so Customer Service is not connected with Billing, etc., so if you find yourself in this situation, good luck. There will be no one to help you. And the Apple store employees will only make it worse.
Love the staff always so friendly and helpful
I had an appointment and still had to wait over a half hour for help.
I talked to apple support twice before setting up an appointment at the River Park Square store. The support team ultimately confirmed that I could get my macbook battery replaced within an hour at the store for $129.I got to the store at my appointment time, and the Genius Bar told me Id have to wait 2 days and pay $208. I cannot go without my laptop that long, so it was a complete waste of time. I had driven 1.5 hours to get to the store.Apple support overall is terrible. They took forever to communicate with me via phone and gave the wrong information. Because of this experience, I will never buy Apple again.
Probably a nice store, but the COVID pickup policies are draconian at best. Drove over an hour to pickup my prepaid $2k order and because I hadnt received a qr code during my prearranged pickup time, I had to come back later, even though I had the receipt and they had the merchandise on the shelf. Wasted two business days to pick up an order that should have taken 10 minutes.
Great service. Caleb did a great job.
Good customer service. I also appreciate how seriously they are taking the pandemic, with scheduled pickup times.
Walked up yesterday planning to look at new iPads for possible purchase. Sales staff standing around with nothing to do and security guard tells us we can’t go in unless we have an appointment and will buy something. Said we needed to look at them to determine our needs and he repeated himself. Guess we are shopping elsewhere.
I went to purchase an iPhone. The salesman said, You are allowed 15 minutes in the store. This is not a shopping experience. You must know what you want before you come in. Fortunately, I knew what I wanted. (They refused to assist with Verizon activation.) Unfortunately, I have a low opinion of their attitudes and sales technique.
Besides having to have an appointment to go, quick to get in and get service. Friendly, helpful staff. Will not go back to secondary place again!
Every time you go into this store for assistance with an Apple product, you are told that you will need to make an appointment - typically 7 to 10 days out. Whereas, if you want to buy something they get someone to assist you right away. In short - customer service AFTER a purchase is made sucks. They need to hire more people to assist with product issues.
Fantastic, responsive staff.
Amazing staff willing to help... A bit pricey though! Yikes. I love you apple but darn you are not cheap thats for sure. You will get an amazing product for the price though! I really enjoy that they hold workshops to teach garage band here. How awesome is that?! What a service! Thanks Apple for being there for your customers :)
Hard to get in, you have set an appointment out for at least five days out or have a 2 or 3 hour walk-in wait time. This really hard when you work a normal work week and try to run down on a lunch hour. Apple you can do better, especially since this is the only service store in Spokane and North Idaho.
My 70 year old father made an appointment, waited over a week to get in for the appointment, arrives only to literally be turned him away on helping him setup his new phone. Who does that?! Where is the customer service? Is your sales unit so focused on new sales only that they cant show human compassion and help someone setup their new phone which would have literally taken a few minutes of their time? Isnt that their job? How can your institution call yourself customer-oriented when your staff refuse to actually do their jobs?
I took my laptop in to be repaired on Friday and was promised that it would be done within 2-3 days. The employee told me they had the part in stock which would speed up the process. I emphasized that I am a college student taking Zoom classes and would try to be as patient as possible. It is now Wednesday and the store has not contacted me about my laptop at all. Calling the number for the store plays a message saying it’s closed which I understand because of the air quality; however, the store should have contacted me and let me know there would a 3 day delay. This is impacting my ability to complete my coursework. I’m extremely frustrated and would not recommend taking your device to this store.
Worst customer service I ever received and I brought $3,000 with me to purchase a Mac desktop today and they couldn’t even be responsible enough to win the sale, they are so CRASS about everything
Fixed a software issue quickly. Staff was great.
I guess the store is closed. They have had my phone since Friday evening for repair. There was a wreck on the freeway and I couldnt get there to pick it up. Now the are mysteriously closed until further notice! Covid related? No info out there about the reason and every day, they say they will be open tomorrow... Super frustrating for my husband who has health issues and needs the phone.
Yuk. I had an appointment here that I had to wait over a week for and still had to wait in line and was told the battery that I needed for my phone might not be in stock. They didn’t even know what my appointment was for and when I asked them about my Apple AirPods Pro they told me I could only take care of one thing for my appointment. They did a “special favor” for me and put the battery in my phone anyway. However, I had to come back in a few hours to pick it up. How lame is that. Then when I went there without an appointment they said I had to come back in 3 1/2 hours and wouldn’t help me. When I asked if I could look around they said no. There are four guards at the door that you have to go through and it is very intimidating. My wife had her mask below her nose at one point. A guard immediately walked up and told her to pull her mask up over her nose. We weren’t even close to anyone.I would never shop here again even after Covid. They are so snooty.
Spokane WA Apple Store (Apple Products is amazing your staffs at the Spokane WA store Are hideous and lazy)
Efficiently gave me the phone I bought online, with all the comforting COVID precautions in place and enforced.
After trying twice to make an appointment, following directions from the phone number when I called to get a text, I received no response to either text. I decided to go to the store today since I needed help with my computer. At the store today, I did not have to wait in line, went right in, and the young lady who asked what I needed told me that I could take care of my problem on line and that there wasnt enough staff to help me. I saw five tables in use--looked like a staff person with a customer each. I asked if I could wait for an opening. She repeated the same words--no, not today, make an appointment. I told her I would really like to speak to someone before using my computer again for fear of being hacked, losing information--that I was not skilled in computer repair issues. She refused to let me stay in line--kept saying go online to solve my own problem. I was humiliated, sad, feeling as though I never wanted to come to this store again. I bought my computer here, my phone, and I fell like I never want to come to this store again. One person ruined my day and my future with Apple. Sorry Apple. I dont want to ever go through an experience like this again.
Great atmosphere and people are very friendly.
I have tried and tried to make an appointment to the store in downtown Spokane for 3 days now and no one can make me the appointment or help me find someone who can. I have had some of the worst customer service if you want to call it that in my life from Apple in the last 3 days. You guys make so much money I guess you dont have to worry about customer service any more. If I could give you - stars I would. The way your system is set up is Cultish at best and your business model of F the little people should change. You have to hate yourself to work for this company.2 weeks later and still cannot contact anyone in the store and they still cannot pull their heads outta what ever orfice it is stuck in and get me an appointment. They also still have not shipped the phone i ordered over 2 weeks ago. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!
Im not a Apple user at all, but I needed a gift for my son. The experience was different but enjoyable. The wait for service was a little longer then one might like. The store was busy to be fair. I still wont buy Apple products for moral reason with lack of 3rd party apps like Android offers. The lack of sd card support is the biggest issue for me to ever considard switching to Iphone.
On of my favorite places to visit and get out of the house
So I made the appointment on line. Got through the parking garage. Showed up 5 minutes early. Then stood in line while the gate keeper spent 5 minutes taking to one customer while the rest of us waited in 90* heat just to get into the store.Upon getting to the gate keeper, who said he was also the store manager which was doubtful, Im informed that my appointment is going to be a little late. OK, How late. Two Hours! R U kidding me. I have another personal appointment in one hour. So now Ive got to go back thru the parking garage, pay, and leave. This is Apple. Why no text msg. No email. they have my contact info.Very condescending manager. This store does not value you as a customer. Not in the least.
Roberto was the best rep. I was sitting in the Apple store for 4 hours, 3 of which were on the phone with Verizon (who made me jump through a million hoops). My Representative was tentative, helpful, patient, and exercised amazing critical thinking skills. Ultimately I left with a new Apple Watch, and I went to set it up with Verizon, and followed what the Apple rep told me to do at Verizon. I now have an Apple Watch that works.
Front end greeting was great as expected. I was asked to stand to the side after entering the store. I was told someone would be with me in a moment. Six people waiting for their next assigned customer, and no one came over to me. After 5 minutes I walked out. I was in town traveling wanting to see the pro series as I want to replace my MacBook. Very unexpected poor service.
Down with Big Brother
I do not even had an Apple in my country but in the USA iPhone are cheap,in my country the 12 mini IS 900$
Bought a MacBook Pro here in late 2017. Came in to have a display replaced due to a broken webcam. The tech in the store informed me the keyboard was a manufacturer defect and would be replaced for free. While inspecting the computer, he also found that the battery wasn’t working properly. I hadn’t noticed any issues with my computer except the webcam, but they replaced ALL OF THESE THINGS. For FREE. This is why I buy apple products
They did not answer phone when inquiring about repair service; 4 attempts. Drove 70 miles round-trip only to be told that appointment is required. Made appointment for replacement of battery. Arrived at store opening time, as suggested. Technician finally available over 30 mins. after appointment. Told the part is not in stock. Five hours and another 70 miles wasted. Will try one more time, then no more Apple if not fixed. (They did give replacement phone under warranty, a few months ago. Sheesh.)This experience makes BlackBerry look like better choice.Update: On 3rd visit for repairs, they said the phone is ineligible for repair, however it will be reinstated -- takes 48 hours. This is unbelievable. I wish there was a rating with negative stars, or the skulls shown on poisonous chemicals. They have earned 3 skulls so far.Final update: it took 4 visits to get battery replaced. Drove total of almost 300 miles and invested approximately 12 (driving and waiting) time. This could have been much better handled by Apple. The people meant well and were courteous, however they are unable to manage their roles and environment in order to satisfy customers.Final grading:Smiling and friendly staff -- yesMeet THEIR schedules -- noParts in stock as committed -- noOverall grade: D-Overall customer satisfaction: 0 (zero, zed, nada)
Great knowledgeable people to support your Apple products. Thanks Apple for being in Spokane.
We left our Macbook with them for a couple of hours, had lunch, shopped a bit and it was fixed.
Its a good place to buy stuff and I take my iPad to be looked at.
Friendly knowledgeable staff safe
Just like any Apple store, the staff was super helpful. The store was super busy, people everywhere, and someone still asked me if I needed any help right away. After telling them I simply needed an Apple Watch charging stand, another employee went and grabbed exactly what I needed and was able to check me out without having to crawl through the sea of people in the store. It was so convenient, and the staff was so friendly. I’ve been in many Apple stores, and this was easily one of the most friendly and efficient ones out there!
My air pods weren’t working so I drove an hour to come get them either fixed or replaced. The gentleman that helped us regretted to inform us that the new pods that we received would need to be opened a certain way in order for them to pair correctly. We got all the way home and the next morning called the Apple tech people. The lady I spoke with had no clue what the issue was and told us to go back into the store. So here we are driving another hour in traffic just to get here and have the 1st gentleman we talked to open and paid them without hesitation. If he had mentioned that we needed to open them a certain way this situation could’ve been avoided. Instead we wasted our time AND gas money trying to figure out this ridiculous issue. Apple tech employees have no idea what they are talking about and are clearly not fit to be working for the company. I am very displeased that no one here is even trying to extend something like a free year of Apple care in exchange for our horrifying experience. I thought Apple cared about their customers and we have been customers since the very first IPod came out. This is utterly ridiculous and the store along with the company are not capable of pleasing their customers. I will not be getting air pods again even though I really enjoy the headphones themselves. Apple needs to seriously re-evaluate their customer service because it sucked. Plain and simple.
Ok other than they phone shamed me lol. My iPhone 6 is to ancient to consider fixing the charger port....
The gentleman that helped me yesterday was extremely helpful and explained any questions I had in detail. I spent probably over 30 minutes asking him various questions, all which he answered clearly and patiently. He even convinced me to downgrade to a different computer than I was considering because he explained that it would be overkill in my situation, saving me $700+!
Shout out to JT for excellent customer service. I hope that in the future Apple store does appointment only the customer service experience is way better with employees that are not such in a hurry to help someone that been waiting for an hour or more. You can tell how happy Apple store employee are now.
Actually awesome.
I honestly didn’t want to write a bad review because I’m a really big Apple fan but this store gave me a really bad experience. I waited 3 hours in downtown for my service appointment. When I finally came in, the associate inspected my phone, ran a few tests, and said that my XS Max needed to be replaced and it was going to cost $599 because I don’t have AppleCare. I tried explaining to her that I did, in fact, have AppleCare. I tried to look for my receipt online but she said that “due to Covid” I was going to have to leave the store and look for my receipt outside.I finally found the receipt and it turns out I did purchase AppleCare with my phone and unfortunately, I have to go back here tomorrow and go through this process all over again.I would recommend avoiding this store because it’s obvious that they don’t value you as a customer.
One cannot call the store directly for an appointment, but the scheduler was pleasant and efficient. The tech support we received at the store was excellent!
Visited Apple with my teen. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had to pay $5 for parking because there was no on street parking. Big store and it was busy but they have a good system in place for helping customers. The prices in the store are the same as online. The only thing I dont like is that no prices are listed on any of their electronics. Seems shady to me.
I have had a lot of issues and it took a lot of time, but it was worth the wait and time I spent to get my phone fixed. Nathan’s customer service is above and beyond and I really appreciate him taking the time and effort into helping me and getting me a new phone that works! He not only helped us with our issue but took the time to understand our situation with not only the phone, but our travels to get to a city that has an Apple store. Great place, people and products!
A little bit of a lengthy wait (30 minutes), even with an appointment. However, they were busy. Once I got to the rep, they were very helpful and speedy in accessing and repairing my older Iphone. Overall, it was a good visit and experience.
If you do to mind the busy atmosphere and wait, its worth it! Apple takes care of your issues, good care! They are informative, and resourceful. They dont judge you. You can. E an educated IT person like myself, or know nothing, and they will treat you with respect and adjust their technical level to match. Highly recommended.
Best apple store I’ve ever been to! Always helped right when I walk through the door and my wait times usually aren’t very long even without an appointment! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and good selection of product in stock.
Aaron patiently assisted my husband and I to troubleshoot our computer and phone issues. His communication skills paired with his knowledge base really helped us work through and solve our problems. Thanks again!
I love them soo nice quick friendly
Very knowledgeable staff friendly and quick service and things done right
Nice Store
I was very disappointed with my visit to this store. At first it went very well. I didn’t have an appointment and was quoted a wait time of about an hour. They were able to see me after about 20 minutes. The young man who helped me was very polite and easily assessed the problem and gave me a plan of attack. A part just needed to be replaced in the camera which would take about 2 hours. Before I handed over my phone I specifically asked if this would make me lose any information. I was told that the process wouldn’t do anything like that and in any case my phone was backed up. I gave him my phone trusting that I was told the truth. When I came back I was informed that there had been an issue with my phone. It has “sparked” while they were fixing it and they had had to put sand over it and put it in a fire proof safe (or so I was told). They were able to save my SIM card but the phone was destroyed. To cut to the chase, my phone was not fully backed up and I lost all of my videos and photos for the last 9 months. I understand that accidents happen. I absolutely should have taken whatever steps needed to have just backed up my phone. I trusted what the “expert” told me, though, and I think it is unacceptable that I was lied to. My phone itself was working and if I had been told all of my items weren’t backed up I could have backed them up and avoided this issue. As it is, I am now out almost a third of my three year old’s pictures. In particular, when I told a co-worker about this she thought it was weird because when she lived in Boise she said that every time she went into an Apple store they would physically show her that her files and everything were backed up. This makes me wonder about management at he Spokane store either not training their team members adequately or perhaps other stores just care to take more time to ensure these issues don’t negatively impact heir customers.
Helpful staff and good customer service.
Caleb at the Genius Bar was very condescending, my parents phone has been dropping calls and we have gone it about 3 times so far this month. One of the was to replace the old phone with a new one. This time we got assurances from management at the New York office, that we would get a new phone with no fuss. We walk into our appointment and Caleb is having us do the same tests we’ve already done two other times. We explained the situation and then Caleb blamed the manager from New York of agreeing with our problem even though the phone was “probably fine but with a hard or software glitch”, and said that the person at our phone provider also was agreeing with us saying that one of our phones dropped calls even though our other phone on the same phone provider doesn’t show dropping calls. After doing the same diagnostic test and seeing that roughly half the time calls where dropped, he agreed that there was a problem and didn’t make any form of apology towards my parent and I even though he basically said that there wasn’t an issue on the phone. Throughout the whole transaction his attitude was snarky and even after our problem was confirmed no apology was fourth coming. I had to leave part way through the conversation because his arguing with us got so bad that I couldn’t handle being told that we needed to reset the software which we already did twice. If a person wasn’t as technologically savvy as my dad and I then this transaction would have been monstrous because his rude, pushy attitude, and the need to blame other people of agreeing with us when he thought the problem was non existent, along with his lack of empathy after realizing this was a legitimate problem we have been going through. People like him in positions like that are the reason why some people accept dropped calls, software glitches and Hardware failures because they believe that they are complaining over nothing.
AVOID: Save your time and go to a real Apple store. Spokane is shady alone and this store represents the city. I wanted to get my screen replaced since it wasn’t turning on. The computer worked since I connected to an external display. The manager of this store told me that she would have to replace parts inside the computer that were working already. The manager didn’t know about my background and was quickly embarrassed about how I knew my computer was working fine minus, with a broken display on the laptop. This store tried to get an extra $400 from me for parts that were working. I went back to the store near my university and had my screen replaced for $200. This is the only Apple store in Spokane therefore the manager knows she could charge whatever for my repair.
I am typically a very calm person, but I have been going through it with a phone issue of mine. Back and forth between Best Buy, Apple and Verizon. After the second time of coming back to the Apple Store after 3 weeks of my phone not worker (whether it was the old one, or the loaner the apple store gave me), I returned extremely mad but collected. I was extremely tense with them, without acting out or being disrespectful. I was irate for around 45 minutes, and three gentleman helped me extremely well. They managed to get the real issue figured out even with me being not fun to talk to. Just wanted to note their effective customer service. Gabriel, a technician with a military background (very helpful), and the supervisor on shift were all very good to me. Though my phone issue was complicated, I appreciated how much they tried to get me taken care of.
They have pretty friendly and helpful staff. And they have a very modern and futuristic look and fengshui to with a place. But an average rating because Apple products yeaya!$🐺📱
Great knowledge.
We went to the River Park Square store shortly before Christmas and bought an Apple Watch as a gift. We asked about customizing the watch and swapping out bands. The salesman said, “No problem! We can trade for any standard band.” We saw a salesman do a band swap in five seconds, removing a band from a drawer that had almost all the possible bands. That easy! Today we returned with the gift recipient to change bands. The Woman who waited on us told us that a band swap was not possible. “We don’t do that.” Contradicting the first salesman. She than became rude, “you’re not listening to what I said. We don’t do that.” Then she rudely turned her back and walked away, leaving us standing there. We will not be back.
Apples customer service is top notch, on the phone and in person. I rate them infinity stars. The very best in the business. Thank you Apple. You rock!!! ....Brett Williams.....
We had an issue with our 6s plus and this store was amazing!! They not only took care of our issue, they helped us get the new phone loaded and ready to go!! I was truly amazed at their care and concern of our issue! Apple has always been great but this was above and beyond !
Wow this place is great the staff are wonderful. I got there on a Sunday (2/15/15) at like 5:57 I had just got off work but really wanted to get some protection for my new iPhone 6 plus as I was looking Danny came over and helped me pick out a case and screen protector and also informed me on Apple protection insurance for a one time fee. He was so nice and knowledgeable even thou they closed at 6 pm he was super patient and even took the time to put on my screen protector flawlessly I really appreciate that kind of customer service thank you Danny!
This location did ok. We got what we were looking for but it took way to long. First we ordered it through a specialist through the phone, then we went to the Apple store to pick up our order. When we got there they said we had to do a 2nd verification. So we tried. I was on the phone with at least 7 different people just to pick up an Apple Watch. Eventually we just canceled the order because it was ridiculous how complex they were making a order pick up. Then we just bought it there. It looks so unprofessional for such a large company to have such a flawed system. The employees though were very helpful and tried there best to resolve the situation.
Super quick service and friendly staff.
Very helpful and nice place to shop :)
After calling Apple support I was told Id need to bring in my ipad to have a tech look at it. Im pretty busy so I scheduled an appointment over a week out. I was greeted after entering and told to wait for the next tech. After some time another greeter checked on me and told me I would be helped soon. I looked at her tablet and saw I was next on the list. I then waited for about 20 minutes at which time I asked the greeter when I would be helped. The same greeter said I was next on the list. About 10 minutes later I was finally approached by a tech. Overall I waited over an hour before talking to a tech for an appointment I had made over a week ago.Unfortunately apple has you over a barrel for using their store. If you do have to go in then be sure to ask the greeter who the techs are. Then find a tech and stick close. They obviously have no problems skipping people in line.
Always a super long wait... my phones face recognition has not been functioning for almost 6 months and I’m still putting off fixing it because of the wait
