Cy and Taylor are great. I made several purchases to build my home gym from them. Quality of their products are great and customer service outstanding. I was able to get a beautiful set of powerblock dumbbells through them when I was unable to track them down anywhere else, including online. Highly recommend!

Cy has now helped me out with a full power rack, bars, benches, plates, and mats, and he and Taylor have always been patient, helpful, and more than accommodating. Their customer service, knowledge about equipment applications/manufacturing/uses, and attitude have been outstanding, and theyre just a pleasure to work with, not to mention they were the only place stocked with bumper plates during this shutdown. Best service and always have gym equipment in stock even during the shutdowns. This place is awesome and the employees are incredibly nice. Built a home gym in Jan 2020. Had questions about dumbells they had. I needed 2 90s 2 30s and 1 45 lb dumbells. I was quoted 280 and asked if they could beat it.. the guy I talked to told me how that is a great deal and as much as they would love my business they recommend I take that deal. Honestly these guys are all about helping you out and making sure you get the best deals. Hard to find people like them. 5/5 recommend. Plus they have such nice equipment

Gary and Amber are wonderful people to work with. My wife and I purchased a peice of equipment that had factory flaws in it. Amber spent many hours on the phone with the companies customer service, and after getting no where, Gary offered to take it back and replace it with a different machine. He even offered to have the new one delivered and take the other one away. I highly recommend Spokane Exercise Equipment as they have friendly staff, excellent customer service, and stand by the products that they sell.
