I had 70 feet of fence installed after it blew down from a storm earlier in the year. All-Star Fence communicated well with me and showed up at the beginning of June as originally promised. Every step of the way, they were very professional and the end result was absolutely perfect. We receive compliments on our fence all the time. High recommend!

Luis and his crew were on time and managed to get my fence up in a weeks time with demolition and installation..im very happy with the communication by the team to let me know things before they did anything that would make things difficult....big ups for these guys as I watched them every day and they didnt miss a beat..the price of lumber was up there but turned out well worth it.

The whole point of having them come install our fence was to align it correctly on the property line. They came out to have a look, took some notes, then installed it incorrectly, not on the property line at all. The new fence was placed just as our old fence had been. They lack communication amongst themselves.We offered to pay extra money to have them come out again and fix it but received no further communication after December 2020. We have the emails from Ben the owner to prove it. Sadly, they continue to deny this.Since we paid 100% of the total BEFORE they started work (not the 50% they asked for), we didnt have any leverage to get them to come back to fix it.Please review their profile on Better Business Bureau. The only way we got a response since December is through this review.Poor customer service, unethical and unprofessional.

We elected to use vinyl with spacing between the slats for the sides, and ornamental iron on the front of the house.Within a couple of days we had neighbors comment how the new fence substantially enhanced the look of our house. I needed a section of wood fence replaced with vinyl to install a gate and match my neighbors existing fence on that side.All-Star had a guy out to give me a quote within a day or two of me contacting them. Havent even had our fence for 6 months and 2of our posts are loose. Called several times and the lady on the phone said they would call me back, this was 2 months ago and still havent heard from them. Today one of our gates broke. They also cut through 3 of our sprinkler lines and I know they arent responsible for that but still. We were a small job but they could at least call me back! All Star Fence Company gave us a very competitive bid for our 800ft replacement fence project, which included the complete teardown and removal of the old wooden fence. Ben was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and continued to communicate well with us throughout the entire project. The crew was very friendly and professional. At one point we needed a slight adjustment, which they did without any issues. They also kept the site clean and tidy the entire time. I sprinkler line was damaged while installing my neighbors fence. I received a call from the owner and they sent someone out to fix it the next day. While its never ideal to deal with a busted sprinkler, they took responsibility and fixed the problem, quickly.

This place has some quality product. HD commercial built for homeowner price. Conducting business with them was quick and they made right, on a slight miscommunication ( I was heavy on the fault ) and they made the deal happen for me anyway. There are many fence places but for the same price or better I like their gate design better than another well known place. And it is built stout!

We had a great experience with all star from the beginning. They are quick to respond. Everyone has been great even down to the lady who schedules you. We had a couple bids done, they were a tad bit more expensive then a few places but you get what you pay for and good turn around time. We had Lazaro and his crew knock out our fence in 2 days. Really nice great guys! Couldn’t have asked for a better job. Ben the owner is lucky to have those guys work for him. It’s hard to find good quality workers these days.

These guys built a beautiful wood fence in January snow! They were professional and always responsive via email, phone, or text. Quick and friendly with an estimate. I confirmed an installation timeframe 2.5 months later with Ben, communicated about materials, and when I emailed to get a more specific installation date they didnt even have me on the schedule. Ben stated that I didnt respond to his last email (which was his response to my email, with no questions for me to respond to) so therefore he ASSUMED I went elsewhere and took me off the schedule - no call, no email, no apology... just poor business. Go elsewhere.

My review would be a repeat of most people on here. These guys are good at their job. The cost was a little more than other but they are worth it because of the guys doing the job. First day they came to set posts the crew introduced themselves to me before they started. Really happy with their work. What a top notch job. We were so impressed by the quality of their work. They showed up when they said explained what they were doing and then did exactly what they promised. Due to the wind storm last year, the wind turned my backyard fence into a boardwalk. I have a dog, who is definitely part of my family, that loves to be out in our fenced backyard, but was deprived of the freedom due to our fence being waylaid. I called numerous fencing companies to get bids. They were all, understandably, several months out due to the high demand of fence repairs in the area from the storm. I called All Star Fence and was met with excellent customer service and sympathy for my situation (which was appreciated at the time after being displaced from my home for a week due to the loss of power in my home and having to share close quarters with a 6 year-old. All Star Fence met me as soon as they could for a bid, which was by far sooner than the other fence companies. To my surprise, the bid was very reasonable considering people would pay just about anything and fencing companies could gouge based upon demand if they wanted. I immediately agreed to the work being done. A few weeks later, the two workers from All Star fence came out and build the fence within a day. My wife happened to be at home that day and ran into the workers outside as they were working. She commented to me that they were very nice and polite to her. The final product was outstanding and I would highly recommend All Star Fence to anyone who wants a quality, affordable fence that comes with outstanding customer service!

All Star Fencing installed our new fence in March, we still had at least two feet of snow on the ground and it was a very wet day! They did an awesome job and came back two days later to finish once the posts had set. They hauled off all the old materials and the new fence looks great! The installers offered advice on the direction the gate should swing. Im so glad we listened! The All Star fence folks did a super job on installing our fence and stand behind their work if any issues arise, like the 70 mph winds we were hit with causing slight damage to a corner, which they fixed for free.

We lost a good chunk of our fence in the wind storm and we called All Star fence to come take a look and get a quote. We paid a few thousand dollars to have them come and “fix” our fence. I was told by the estimator that a fair number of the posts needed to be replaced, and the some sections of the fence that were broken in the storm would be repaired. However I was called by my wife on the first day they had arrived that the men who came where playing golf with my son’s golf club that he leaves in our back yard and that the good parts of our fence that were not damaged in the storm were being taken down and a new fence was being put in its place. After starting the work and tearing down most of the fence leaving my backyard exposed on our corner lot they didn’t return for about a week and we had to call and find out when they would return. They spent 3 more days working on the fence however, we never knew when they were coming and had to continually call the office to inquire. One of the days they were working on the fence we were told that they would come the next day however they didn’t return for several days. Now that they are done working on my fence the sections that we talked about repairing have been repaired however, the sections that were still in good shape have been upgraded to a new fence. Since we are on a corner lot from the outside the fence looks pretty good but from within the yard we have two different styles of fences. We have now called twice to inquire and see what we can do about it and have yet to hear back. I am bummed that I spent over $2,500 with this company knowing my money could have been better spent somewhere else.

Ben and All-Star Fence were great to work with. They were quick to respond to my request for a bid, and were able to schedule the time to come out and talk about my project right away (within 2 days, but only cause I couldnt meet that day).I asked for several different bids with different configurations of fence and Ben was very accommodating and able to give me all the different quotes I requested in a very short amount of time.Payment was in the form of half down and half on completion. Ben also obtained the permit from the city to do the work.We were able to schedule the installation just a couple of weeks out from when I made the decision to purchase the fence. The installation took place over a period of three days, with one day in the middle for the poles to settle into the concrete (80 lbs of concrete per pole). The crew showed up at 8:10 in the morning, we discussed the project and they got right to work. They were able to remove 150 ft of chain link fence and install all the poles for the vinyl fence in the same day, then came back out two days later and finished the installation. They took the majority of the old fence and poles with them, which I appreciated.All-Star fence got the job done in a very quality way in a very short time frame, I couldnt have asked for more.

Our back neighbor has huge gaps in their fence so that was a big concern of ours and they told us that would not happen, and on our final walk through I talked to one of the workers and he had told me they looked at their shop to see if they had colors to match our neighbors fence to fix the gap. They were not able too, but I was super impressed by their willingness to fix a problem that we never asked them to fix. Our fence looks great. No gaps, affordable. Everything we could have asked for.

I have had the privilege to work with All-Star fencing when the storm came through our area this winter. My insurance sent out a person to quote the fence replacement which was actually not the company that was going to be doing work. When I asked who he suggests I hire for the work he said definitely All-Star fencing theyre the best around and they have the best reputation. Because it was Insurance work I wanted to get more than just one quote and did.All-Star was in the middle of the quotes that I received. The reason I did not go with the cheaper quote is because they wanted me to sign off on three pages of how if anything goes wrong even if its their fault I will be charge for it. This scared me and made me a bit skeptical to say the least.Once I contacted All-Star to schedule a date to start the work they were right on top of things.And stayed on top of things until the job was done.I was not hit for extra charges because they had to work hard in the ice and snow to put in my new fence. They found a broken sprinkler pipe and repaired it and no extra charge. And no they did not break it.They were able to complete the job in two days one day to set the posts and then they came back and finish putting the fence up. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves and left my property in better shape than what they found it.I love my new fence it was designed exactly how I asked them to do it. The use materials they used are not substandard. The price was fair. I think if you hired this company you will be more than pleased with their work, their workers and their integrity.Something that is sometimes hard to find out there.

I give this company one star because the only thing they managed to do that impressed me was show up for the free estimate early. As far as following up and making arrangements to schedule and complete the work, I give them a 0. The guy that showed up to look at my fence was very professional and gave me two vague quotes to repair my driveway gates. He then went on to explain why so high of an estimate and why the minimum fee for the repair was $500 even though he believed all it needed was for the corners to welded. I assumed I had no other choice so when he advised me that they would get an estimate made up and emailed to me that Monday I checked my computer multiple times on Monday, and then on Tuesday, and then Wednesday, for an entire week no emails from this company. Why would I wait so long? I gave them the benefit of the doubt considering it was the Fourth of July Weekend so maybe they were behind a little. Two weeks later I called them up and politely reminded them of the pending estimate. The lady that answered said she would pass on the message to the tech that would be doing the job and said the email would arrive later that day. Its now August 12th still no email. I have moved on to a new fence repair company, who sadly will also be getting a poor review from me as well, but thats another story. Lets just say that like the brochure the original guy gave me that did show, is now being tossed into my burn box, so to shall any future business with this company go.

I would love to leave two reviews, one for the less than delightful woman answering and scheduling the jobs and one for the guys who come out and actually do the work. She, was less than adequate and was basically worthless, they were great and did a phenomenal job. Paid the deposit and signed paperwork september and was informed my small job would be scheduled early november. Being patient i waited for a scheduling call which never happened so I called November 14th and was quizzed on whether or not I had paid my deposit which I had, was then put on hold and then told they would be out the next morning without confirming if that was a good time. Rescheduled for later, then they cancelled and rescheduled for the next week. Guys that came out were amazing and offered to handle another fence problem I had but due to the remarkable service i recieved from the woman on the phone I chose not to give them any more of my money. I recommend this company if they ever actually come out based upon what must be jacked up schedule .waited over two and a half months for them to come after a no show the first time.

Ordered a black chainlink fence with a regular man gate and 19 sliding gate in front of the driveway for my front yard and 6 tall down one side of my home. The team is very professional, friendly, and genuine! They did an amazing job!Upon completion I sent an email to Phil and complimented him and his team on a great job...with one exception. The man gate did not fit quite right. Phil assured me that hell send his team back out to correct it. They determined that the gate was a couple of inches too big, so they replaced it. I am now a 100% satisfied customer!Lastly, I had other bids done and Allstar Fence provided by far the fairest price! I rate Allstar all five stars and 2 big thumbs up! Costomer service didnt relay the message that i didnt want to remove a fence my wife wanted to i found out when i saw them started to take the fence down and it was still almost$400 more than they bided without taking the fence down and costomer service can not awser any questions about your project but they did the job and i liked the installers just needs mostly work on costomer service and bids
