Amazing. Didnt talk down to us and gave us financially sound options. We went in with PS4 problems beyond our abilities and although they havent done the repair yet we feel they will be the best choice to do so.

My favorite go-to retro game shop in the area! The owners and employees are super friendly and helpful, and they always have a fantastic selection at fantastic prices. I come here every week, and almost never leave empty-handed. Highly recommend to visit here to find something you need, or to find something you didnt know you needed at a great price!

Wouldnt get repairs done here. Shop seems relatively similar to every other game store so that is why that is, nothing special. They can’t explain what was actually wrong, they can only tell you what they did. Further, they have no clue if what they did even works and if it doesn’t? Not their problem. They are not responsible for failed repairs. Also, they transport your repairs from the north location to the valley and feel no need to let their customers know. So, if you’re like me and don’t trust the cardboard box your console may get tossed in with 7 others or the person driving? Just take your console to the valley, wait better yet, take your console somewhere else where they have techs that can explain what happened to your console. Be warned.

Nice place. Tucked off the road in a strip with other businesses. Easily missed if you are not paying attention. Plenty of games across most systems. They carry a large supply of collectibles too.

I bought an used PS2 slim. When I got home, they gave me the wrong power supply and A/V cables that had electrical tape on them. I had to return to the store two times until they gave me the correct power adapter. The customer service was great, but I suggest testing all used console purchases.

First time Ive visited this store. These guys are cool as hell, even when they had to tell the kids to stop playing with the decorative swords and knives. They got my Xbox up and running just on the diagnostic aspect.I would take my equipment there any time.

Love going in the place and checking out their stuff but their pricing is not very competitive. you can find pretty much every game that you want in the store on eBay for substantially less.I dont know what pricing guide theyre using but its pretty bad theyre going to lose a lot of business that way. theyre getting greedy.

A slightly bigger selection than the other game world, and a friendly staff. I over heard a guy say this was a place he took out of town guests to.Found a couple games I was looking for, and enjoyed seeing the selection. Don’t ever go here, or at least don’t engage in any type of transaction…they deleted all of my games and storage on my Xbox WITHOUT ASKING just so they could offer a trade in value lower than GAMESTOP! AND THEY DIDNT EVEN TEST MY XBOX TO SEE IF IT WAS WORKING FULLY! LIARS AND THIEFS!

Love this place that have old games and controller

I really didnt want to give this place a 1 star review. It kind of breaks my heart that I am because this place has a LOT of cool things. It has a lot of older games. The whole reason I am posting this is because of the fact that they are allowing counterfeit items on their shelves. Even then, I dont necessarily have an issue with counterfeit items. What I have an issue with is the fact that those counterfeits are not being separated from the real items themselves. Unfortunately, after what I saw recently, Im going to have to make sure to triple check any item I get from this store if I decide to shop here again. I might, but I feel like the staff need to be checking the items they order and get in stock. That being said, I cannot, in good faith, give this place anything but a 1 star rating, despite how much I like it.

Went and bought a “refurbished” ps4 controller, got home tested it out and the drag was terrible, traded it in for another ps4 “refurbished” controller, same thing. then i went and traded it in for a non sony controller (brand new) and i tested it out and the drag it TERRIBLE. DONT buy ps4 controllers here.

Got there just before they opened. The customer service guys were friendly and helpful. And after asking a few questions and getting helpful answers, I got what I was looking for and bought a game along with my purchase. Jahreal was a real help. ThanksI bought a used game system here a few days before Christmas. Although the system worked, it was slow or didnt boot-up sometimes. So the day after Christmas I returned with the unit. Again their customer service was impressive. They took back the old one and found one that worked better, freed up more memory space, and updated the system. This was more than I expected and I really appreciate the attention to details. Thanks go to Randy and all the guys there.

The past few weeks I’ve been going through pawn shop after pawn shop to find my childhood video games until one worker finally recommended me to Gameworld. I walked in and my jaw DROPPED. They have EVERYTHING here and multiples of it. I almost cried seeing everything I grew up right in front of me AND for prices you can’t beat. This is my new favorite place and I will recommend this place to all my gamer loving friends. Thank you for existing 😍😍😍

I called to see if i could trade my card game for one of there games they said yes but as soon as i come in they tell me they will only give me six dollers now and wont do the trade this happens almost everytime. It sad i used to love this store but it seems to just be another game store that doesnt care for its paterons

All of the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the store itself is super cool and unique with great prices. Chad helped me when I traded in my PS4 and offered double what GameStop had quoted me, and he was also very quick to answer any questions I had. As a local company i try hard to buy from them but time and time again i have gotten faulty merchandise or poor customer service. Just got told they couldnt get me a game because it was too hard. Then the woman laughed on the phone, like its funny you cant preform yhe service you where hired for. Called Game Stop right after and my game will be at my door Tuesday. Really let down been in this town sence Trade A Game. They used to be cool.

Very nice... Good customer service... Doesnt have the selection of N64 games i wanted, but had a GIANT selection of ps2 through ps4 games with some ps1 and ps5 games. Lots and lots of wii games.... Nice place. Would like to see more N64 games but that is not a reason to rate them badly. If you need more modern games come here.... Also trade in is really good

It was a good store. Lots of games and friendly employees. But me and my fiance came in today bought a ton of games amd went home. Half of the games worked great. But the others kept saying unreadable disk. We were very disappointed as we would of liked to know wr were buying a non working game.

Many accessories for all gaming consoles as well as collectibles from all sorts of genres of tv, movies and gaming. Staff super welcoming and knowledgeable of the product. I left with everything I looked for and more due to the exceptional selection!

The selection of games from new to old is expansive. I got some good old N64 games from them and their resin countertop with games and consoles in it is always cool to look at

They fixed my Xbox One X. Very patient and helpful. I cant remember the young womans name that helped me (Britney?) I drove all the way from Colville, and they fixed it in one day! Very highly recommended, but of course call and make and appointment, as some things could take days (or weeks) to fix

The store employees were friendly and helpful; however, they were not wearing their masks properly.When I first stepped into the store there was a gentleman working one of the cash registers and at first he had his mask on properly (covering both his nose and mouth) but after about 10 minutes when I saw him again his mask was down under his chin, exposing his nose & mouth. A young woman who was helping my friend, at first had her mask on, but under her nose. When we got to the register another gentleman rang up our purchase, his mask was all the way down.When you wear a mask, you are protecting everyone you come into contact with. I am immuno-comprimized, meaning that if I were to catch Covid19, it would, most likely, kill me in a couple of days.Even though masks are an inconvenience and uncomfortable to wear, I wear mine every time I have to leave home, just in case I have contracted Covid and am unaware of it because I dont want to risk the lives of people I encounter.Wear your mask, practice social distancing and wash your hands often. This the best way to protect your acquaintances/customers, friends and family. You might just save the life of someone you love.

This place is a total scam. They have signs all over the place saying that because of the store closure, the price that is marked may not be the actual price of the game. Let me translate that for you....the price of the game you want to buy is twice the price that they have marked it at. All the employee did was go on Ebay and see what the game was selling for, then tried to charge me the same price instead of what they had the game priced at. Neither of these stores will ever get my business again. Trade A Game is so much better and the owner is honest. The price he has labeled on the game is what he sells it for. STAY AWAY FROM GAME WORLD!!! You would think that because the store was closed for a while, the people at Game World would have gone in and took that time to adjust their prices. Well they didnt and instead double the price when you get to the register.

Great Customer Service. They helped me over the phone set up a Xbox One Disney Infinity 3.0 set for my daughter. They got all the pieces together and sent them over from their valley store. Very well priced too. This was my first time using them and will definitely use them again for all my gaming needs.

I have an Xbox one s, it started making a noise when I inserted discs, however, it still worked. I decided to go get it fixed since I didnt want a bigger issue to happen. 2 weeks later I received a call that it was fixed and ready and that it was at the valley store, I said I would wait till the next day as he informed me it would be delivered to the north store in the morning. I go to pick it up and it is not there. Took about 10 min to find it and it was at the valley store still. Ok... drove out to the valley store and brought it home. They told me they had ran it for 28 hours to verify it works. Seemed alot figuring it was only the disc drive. Bring it home plug it in and the only thing that would show up is an E100 error and it would not work. So I take it back, they tell me it will be fixed for free. While filling out paperwork, I notice a dent on one of the corners, i tell the employee and explained it looked like someone has dropped it. He apologized and said they would replace the case for free as well. Ok... I then wait 2 more weeks and call, they tell me its still being worked on. I call again 4 more days later and the employee tells me they have it but they are unable to fix my Xbox. He doesnt even offer anything to rectify the situation. I was very upset and confused. I simply brought it in for a disc drive issue and now it wont even turn on.... the manager tells me they might be able to issue a partial refund. NO WAY! So he calls the owner and calls me back and says their offer is to apply what I paid them for the repair to a refurbished unit from them and they would like to keep my unit. So I would have to pay them $174 for the replacement. The manager I spoke to (Wade) was trying to explain how the tech who worked on it and the business was losing money because of the discount the are offering me. So we settled with me paying them an additional $110 on top of the original repair, plus they keep my unit. I go to pick it up and they only had a 500g instead of the 1tb mine was. Waited 30 min so he could switch my hard drive into the other one. Then come to find out,, i read the notes on my xbox, the tech was done with my xbox on August 3rd, it is now the 18th, so when I called earlier it had been put aside this whole time.. All around horrible customer service and I just feel like I got ripped off. Needless to say, Ill never give them my business again.

Huge selection of retro games, whenever were in town this is one of our stops to see if theyve got a retro game Im looking for. The workers are friendly and will do what they can to see if they can find what youre looking for. Im usually able to find at least one or two titles Im looking for. Theres also a good selection of stickers and other mercy which are great for little gift ideas. I recommend checking this place out!

Game World is the only place I go for anything game related. They do repairs(so they have any little part usually in stock you might need) they buy used systems or just parts old or new. I’ve never felt ripped off when I brought in a old system I was done with which was a first for me. F.Y.I. U get twice as much if u go for in store credit. Staff is knowledgeable friendly and helpful. U will need to wait a bit when u r bring in old game systems so they can check it out but best place I’ve been in town by far.

My fiance and I went to buy a ds xl limited edition mario bros hand held console. Price on it was 59.99 and we get up to the counter it suddenly becomes 110? How do you miss mark something that is supposedly double the price? Used and out of a box on Ebay is 59.99 about. This is a rip off and not the first time something has been miss marked. I will not come here again.
