The tech that came out was friendly and helpful. Prices are super fair. If something happens again and I need new windows, I will be a returning customer

I had a great experience with City Glass Spokane Inc. Everyone provided excellent guest service, from Dani on the telephone to the person who came and conducted the assessment and estimate, and the person who repaired the window was amazing. This company was able to assist me quickly and in a friendly and professional manner. Other companies I reached out to via email, voicemail, etc. never responded; or responded after City Glass had already resolved my issue. City Glass was also great in communicating via email and text, kept me informed, and was just fantastic.

We recently purchased a older home in Spokane Valley. Recently updated and remodeled. However the original single pane windows remained. We contacted city glass and others for estimates for replacement. City Glass was significantly better pricing.The owner and crew showed up with a complete portable workshop. Set up on tarps to protect the lawn. It was amazing to see the effecient progress of removeng and replacement of the old windows. They did a beautiful job. We are extremely happy with the results. New high quality windows that contain the new technology of self cleaning capability called neat glass. The whole crew was a delight and very accommodating.They left the property as if they were never there. Moved all furniture and blinds clear of the windows then replaced them. They actually vacuumed their way out of the house.If you need new windows or glass work, you need to contact City Glass. They were great.

All City Glass was fabulous to work with! They emailed me back right away and got the work done weeks before they thought they would. And it was super reasonable.

Only thing I can really say is I called to get glass, they dont tell you how to measure you cant bring the product in, so I heard good things about them but I myself have no use for them cuz Im not going to pay $100+ for glass that I dont even know if its going to fit or work..no it was very much your place of business (see photo) I called and I was told to bring piece of the glass in to make sure you guys had the right thickness and right kind, but not to bring the door it goes in because you do not mount or measure...I asked how I should measure it. Height and width or across like a window ...her answer was yes. So needless to say I did not find any of this very helpful when I was told the glass would be over $100 and deals with fire its not really something you want to guess on.

This company has replaced the door glass in my Bobcat twice. They do a great job, easy to deal with, and the price was very fair. If you want to deal with quality folks give them a call :)

What can i say about city glass. How about they will go out of there way to help you. Theyre probably the most honest glass shop in spokane period. My wife and i were repairing a home we were going to purchase. We had to so our VA home loan could go to underwriting so we could close n the home. Our dream home kinda deal. I broke a window while painting. Every other glass shop wanted 500 dollars. Some said that the window could not be repaired and they had to install a new window for over 1000 dollars. Not city glass. They said come on down well cut a piece of glass for you. bring the frame so we can take the proper measurements. We did. Not only was it like 100 dollars for a 48 wide by 60 piece of tempered glass. But they actually cleaned the inside of the frame and made it all kosher at no extra charge. Were now gonna close on our dream home. When nobody else stepped up to the plate, city glass knocked it out of the park. They helped make our dream happen. They are also polite, and just the type of honest people that are hard to find these days. Thank you city glass from the Hendley family. All seven of us are gonna live the dream because you helped when nobody else. Would.

This is my second project with City Glass. A few years ago we expanded our back deck and ordered the tempered glass panels from them. Everything was perfect, the price was better than anywhere else I could find, the project was completed.The next one was a bit trickier. For me, at least. We just remodeled our bathroom and ordered the shower surround (frameless glass) from City Glass. Only this time, there was a mix-up. The system that was delivered was not the one that was ordered. That can happen, sometimes.But what happened next was great. The two installers explained the situation and before going to their next installation, took the time to re-measure the project and reaffirm my order. I dont know if the company then put a rush on the re-order, but the new item was delivered quickly, the same two installers showed up as scheduled, and the now completed project looks even better than I had hoped.Through this mix-up, City Glass earned a lifetime customer. Excellent customer service, genuinely nice people who we have enjoyed working with! We had multiple companies come out and Beau gave us the most thorough and honest consult with fair pricing. Marcy always responds promptly to emails and phone calls. They and have been out to our house multiple times with out charging for additional service calls because I added additional windows and a door to our initial plan. We just had our windows and door installed today and everything went really well. Highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

Beau is amazing! I ordered a custom size mirror and a week later it was ready for me to pick up. Beau even fit it into the car for me. Very easy and reasonably priced.

Completely dissatisfied with there work! I had multiple pieces of glass cut with the same measurements and when i went to install the glass 2 of the pieces were to big and 1 was to small and only 1 pieces fit just right and on top of it one of the pieces was chipped! Also none of the pieces were dulled on the edges leaving it extremely sharp!

I have only been here this one time but the people were friendly and got my four pieces of glass cut in a timely manner. Do yourself and them a favor and make a thin stiff template exactly to your size. That’s what I did with some triangular curio cabinet shelving and they fit EXACTLY like the old shelves. A contractor brought in some screens to be repaired so they do that too. The cost seemed fair but I have not had glass made anywhere else to compare it to. The home center stores only CUT thin window glass and Do not shape or sand the edges. I called Lowe’s and Home Depot first and they said they only had one really thin thickness, but they weren’t even sure how thick it was. Lame. This is the place to go if you need anything custom cut.
