I was told to leave the store because I did not have a mask. I am fully vaccinated, and I have been coming here for three years as a tradition with my five children to buy them each a toy. My children were terrified when they called the police in to make me leave the store. This is terrible customer service in a time where you would think they would be happy that somebody is coming to spend money in their store.

Worker today long blondehair in certain spot. Was rude bout having ice cream and I didnt see a sign and then he got a attitude because my mask was off because my drink and ice cream.. I was planning on spending 300 dollars in lab experiments but he was really rude so you there go lost a good customer. Wonder how many more you are also losing

Very cool store. Couldve spent hours in it with my 6 yr old daughter, but we got theyre very close to closing time. Definitely going back. Only had time to grab a book and a Breyer Horse. Wide selection of toys and books. Cant wait to go back and check out the rest of the fun stuff in there!

Stopped by last week on my birthday, and I had an absolute blast. The store was incredibly inviting, and every item came with its own sense of wonder; exploring the store was like stepping into the embodiment of childhood nostalgia. The staff was welcoming and very helpful, they truly brought the whole experience together. Although I wasnt planning on picking I ended up getting a feathered velociraptor for my work desk, whom I named Alan. Overall, an amazing experience at what is hands down one of the best stores in all of Spokane. If youre in need of gifts for the holidays, or if youre curious about whats inside, this store is definitely for you.

If youre looking for something you cant find at most department stores...this is it. Lots of puzzles, games, beanie boos and Melissa & Doug items. Great for finding toys that incorporate learning and fun.

Awesome. Will be going back. There is toy there that is being discontinued by the manufacturer and will need a fee more for my collection.

This is such a great store! We take our kids there with their birthday money every year. Always so many great toys, crafts, puzzles, games, dress up, stuffies, science kits etc to pick from. Locally owned too 👍

Model cars are marked up 50-65% from every competitor. I asked if they price match; they said no, if they price matched they would go out of business.Well, let me know when you liquidate maybe then you will get my business ☺️

Awesome store to kids shop! I found a wooden train set for our son. It is the neatest little set i have purchased yet. They have so many things for children I don’t even know where to start. I just recommend taking a stroll through the next time a birthday or holiday comes around.

BBB should have some words with this business. On their webpage, one of the first paragraphs says you can expect to find BRIO products. They had none. NONE!Labeling laws require main Ingredients to be listed first. Why not require businesses to do the same? If the website stated there would be a slim chance of funding BRIO products then I probably would not have visited there misleading store.

This is a fun store to shop with the kids. A lot of variety and quality toys. Staff is helpful and the merchandise leans towards educational... And excellent science section!

The man and woman in this store had no idea of what was in stock. They had no clue. I asked about an educational toy for a five year old. They offered a box of slime as educational. I said it would just end up all over the furniture. So they offered a block of plaster with a plastic dinosaur inside, that you break open. Educational? All they could do was stand there and stare at the wall of products and scratch their heads. They had no idea what they were doing. I thought about getting a robot. I saw one like it on Ebay for $37 with free shipping. Theirs was $86. Stay away from this place.

I never buy anything because the prices are fairly high, but my youngest likes to window shop here.

Small store with no wasted space. Good variety of plushes, toys, baby stuff, board games, a lot I didnt look at, and they sell nanoblocks for the same price as buying directly from the company. Ill be back, both for the nanoblocks kits and to be tempted by a large panda push that I want but dont need

Great selection, fun toys of all kinds like games, cards and trains, stuffed animals and costumes. Just be prepared for your child to want to live there for the rest of their life.

Love this place, we always take our kids there when we are at the mall. Prices are comparable to Amazon, etc. Good local place to support and keep in business!
