Excellent staff, very good customer service - made a very clear effort to get my Blizzard (New York Cheesecake w/ strawberries) made *just right*, even voluntarily remaking it when the first was too messy.Unfortunately, halfway through, I bit into lump of cheesecake, and tasted nothing but MOLD, and had to throw the rest away.Again, the ladies working behind the counter were lovely and deserve top stars... but maybe clean/sanitize the garnish stations a bit better next time?

Employees need more training and prices are over inflated.Purchased a small sundae and ended up getting a sundae with a non-existent size. You might as well call it a half-small as it was half the size of a small. Displayed on the wall next to the front are figures showing the various sizes. How an employee could miss that (if they have no clue what the sizes are supposed to look like) is beyond belief.What made it worse is being charged (roughly $5) for a size that you didnt even get as the prices here are already over inflated compared to a standalone DQ not part of the mall.It still tasted like DQ sundaes which is the only redeeming thing.

It was good shouldve just got the flavor I usually get seemed a little bit on the sweet side for being the healthier light ones but Ill keep going there. And hire some people that speak English better

My daughter and I visit this DQ pretty regularly. Typically once a week after fun at the play center or park. I prefer this DQ over any other, friendly staff and places always looks clean. We get the regular lady who opens and shes very friendly and quick.

The girls working behind the counter spent 15 minutes socializing with friends, blocking access for others to order, instead of helping the 13 other people in line.

Went there a couple weeks ago and ordered ice cream for three people. The ice cream was sour. Not entirely sure how you manage to have sour ice cream, but I worked for DQ 10 years ago in high school and its not hard to clean those machines. Do your guys not care if you get someone sick?

7:24pm i was told we are shut down all ready for the night. I was then told that the mall closes at 8. Maybe the manager should only pay them when the machines are actually on. I hope with sears closing that you are leaving as well. Your Garbage.

Horrible service. On multiple occasions in a three month period. I would attempt to order the premium fruit smoothie. Every single time they would ring me up for a Julius and thats what I would get. I would flat out tell them I didnt want the Julius at checkout pointing at what I wanted and they ignored what I said and did whatever they wanted to do. How the hell are these people still employed and why hasnt Orange Julius/Dairy Queen taken pride in training of their employees?

I got a medium DQ cone today. As soon as I tasted it I knew something tasted funny. I talked with the girl and told her to taste it. She didnt! She said she turms the machine on and off to stop it from getting to much air. There was nothing she could do! I said, it was sore. She said, there was nothimg she could do Well I was a night manager for DQ for 5 yrs, the ice cream was sore!

Always love a good ice cream. This place gives you just that.

The employee called my coworker a dumbass in spanish thinking she couldt understand her. This place sucks I would never go back. They are overpriced, just go down the street to 917 e wellesley that dairy queen is like 1/3 the price. Not to mention the fact that they are owned by the same people that are forcing Pretzel Maker out of the mall. I will NEVER eat Wetzels Pretzels or Dairy Queen/Orange Julius again. When I personally ate the soft serve it tasted like it was contaminated. Do not give these people your business!!!!

Mexican lady with all the makeup was on her phone litterely the whole time while making my Julius drink.. then proceeded to put it in a small cup when I purchased a medium. Terrible service, and she didnt even get talked to. The other lady just took over and made it right.

Man, the OJ Julius and Polish sausage sublime goodness for quick lunch or snack.

Was very disappointed when I went to this location at 7:24 and was told that they arent serving Ice cream because it was almost 8. I thought a store is supposed to close at posted hours not 40 minutes before. Wont be visiting again.

Staff didnt seem to want me there, but I did get what I asked for without much wait.
