My wife and I have worked with Alex Sanchez for the last few automobiles we have purchased and he has been terrific. Personable and knowledgeable -- Alex is the best. We have and will continue to recommend him to our friends and colleagues.
Thanks again guys: Ken, Shane, Nate and Kevin; for another great buying experience. We bought our 4th vehicle from Wendle and our second Infiniti. Ken was able to answer all my wifes questions perfectly, and with far more patience than me. Shane gave us a fair deal for our trade in (I think I should have pushed harder) and Kevin worked his magic in finance. These guys work hard to make sure your experience is truly a premium car buying experience. I have recommended their dealership many times to our friends and family.
I had a breakdown while on a road trip. I had the car towed to Wendle Infiniti and Josh and his colleagues got me back on the road as soon as they could at a reasonable cost. Very good service. Thank you
Ive been too busy to stop in so Ive called about 7 times and got forwarded to the service department. All I wanted to ask was how much it was for a transmission oil change. I have left countless messages and have never recieved a call back at all. Im assuming that you guys do not want my business and would not take good care of my car if you guys cant even answer the phone or give me a call back. What kind of customer service is that?
Randy in the service department is an absolute dynamite guy!! I have long owned and loved Infinitis... living in Montana though you are limited to any sort of help or service. Randy has patiently taken all of my calls, answered a bazillion questions and has remarkable knowledge of these vehicles. I felt like Randy cared and was sincere about taking care of me. As a woman you can sometimes be taken advantage of in the car business and he never once made me feel like that. I will forever share his contact information with anyone I know and because of him I have no doubt my next car will come from Wendle.Thank you!! Annelise from Montana
Wendle motors in Spokane advertised a Toyota Tacoma 2011 4x4 4door truck for sale. I have been looking for a specific truck for a long time. I was willing to drive down from Tacoma WA to get it. My application was approved and I was told on July 20th they put a Sold sign on it and it was mine when I get there on July 21. They knew I was taking the day off work unpaid to come look at it. On July 21 I got a call at noon (when I was on my way) that they had just sold it. A couple days later I saw it posted for sale on July 23rd. I called about it and they told me it was for sale. As soon as I told them who I was they changed their story and said it had been sent to auction on July 20th. They are advertising trucks they dont have to get people to come to their lot. As far as Im concerned they owe me a days worth of pay and the gas I spent driving. I spoke with Jim and Don Morris.
My wife and I purchased a 2013 G37x sedan from Jeremiah. He was wonderful, very patient while we discussed and decided. Even afterwards when I had questions about the car, he was very helpful and did everything I could imagine to make sure I was satisfied.
Just made my second Infiniti purchase this year from the great folks at Wendle Infiniti. They are very friendly and professional. My thanks to Randy (Service) Ken, Nate, (Sales) and Kevin (Finance) for another super buying experience. Ill be back.....LOL!
Ken Leavitt provided a great buying experience. Straightforward, no hassle, and extremely informative. Keep up the great work!
We have purchased 2 Infiniti cars from Ken Leavitt of Wendle. Both of the experiences were very positive as we went through the purchase process. We continue to be in touch with Ken as we learn about the cars. Ken drops everything to help us. We admire his way of operating with a high degree of professionalism with a sincere attitude of honestly caring for our individual needs.Thank you Ken for your continued support.Sincerely, Norm and Linda Goodmanson
Our salesman, Ken Leavitt, was great in getting us the vehicle we wanted. Our sales process was easy and we now own our second Infiniti, a QX50. Thanks to all at Wendle Infiniti.
Isaac OBannan and Lee Cardella were very helpful and courteous to all my needs.
Just purchased an Infiniti Q50 Sport from Faheem at Wendle Infiniti and had a great experience. Faheem, along with Bill in Sales and Ammon in Finance, made the process smooth and stress free. We live in Portland, Oregon and this is the second time weve purchased an Infiniti from Wendle. Its worth leaving home for! We did the entire deal over the phone, drove up on Tuesday and drove the car home on Wednesday. Beautiful drive in a great car! Thanks Faheem, Bill and Ammon - it was truly a pleasure doing business with you.
My recent experience with Ken Leavitt was not the greatest, to say the least. Well, I visited the dealership after doing an online finance application, and finding the car of my wifes dreams. Ken and I took a test drive in the pearl white infiniti, came back to the showroom, discussed numbers, and he took off to the finance guy. He came back with a good deal, so I signed off on it, and he suggested that I take the car overnight, so that my wife might see it. I took the car home, and she instantly fell in love with it. She loved every detail about it. So, we went to the showroom the next day to sign the paperwork to close the deal, and he then told me that he cant do the deal that I signed off on just the day before. He came back with this outrageous number, and we told him that we cant afford that. He gets an attitude with us, asking us why cant we do it. Then he tells us that he stuck his neck out on the line for us, trying to make me feel as if he was doing us a favor in raising the monthly payment to something that we didnt want to pay. So, my wife, with tears in her eyes, just said, hey we arent going to pay that, and we will took our honda pilot and left. I was in distress because she was so sad. She didnt say a word for the rest of that night. The next morning, I visited the Audi dealer, and they were so nice. They did everything to get us into an Audi Q7, and we love them for that. So, we bought the Audi. It wasnt everything my wife wanted in a car, but she did love it. Later on, Ken called me with new numbers, which I entertained. I drove back to the Infiniti dealer, and when I arrived, I spoke to Ken, and he quoted me a price, and I asked if this included the gap insurance, and he said no it doesnt. All of the quotes that he gave me before then included the gap insurance. So, I said ok, Ill give it some thought. He then tells me that this is a one time deal, only for tonight, pressuring me into a decision. The dealership was closing in 10 minutes. I just left in my Audi, and was happy. So, then Ken called again with a better deal, and I was tied up with different obligations that I had to meet, so I told him that I would come and buy the car, but I didnt make it. His boss calls me, telling me that Ken was waiting on me until 7pm, and made it seem like I was inconsiderate. I apologized, but I dont have all the time in the world to waste at a car dealer. I work in the medical field, and we have meetings, we are on call, etc..... Besides, obviously Ken or the manager didnt care about my family, and how it made my wife feel when they backed out on the deal we had initially agreed on. If they would have honored that deal, even if it were a mistake, we would not have gone through all of the trouble we dealt with in the first place. My wife hated Kens guts, and she said that she loved the car, but didnt want to buy it from him. We searched for another infiniti dealer, and we almost went to Kirkland to get one from them. We almost went to Idaho to get a Nissan Pathfinder with the same features as the Infiniti before we bought the Audi. They were so nice. I wish they sold Infiniti vehicles. So, Ken had the same Pathfinder that we wanted to buy in Idaho on his lot. I told Ken that we were going to the Idaho dealer to look at the Pathfinder, and he tells me that they are not getting my car to sell to you. Little did he know that they already found us a Pathfinder just like the one he had on his lot. But, the attitude, wow! So, reluctantly, I took the Audi back, and bought his car, because my wife loved it more, and they gave us a new salesman. Isaac was excellent! Cant give him enough praise for his service, professionalism, and kindness to my wife and I. I would actually buy another car from this place, only because of Isaac. Ken didnt sell that car. It sold itself, and Isaac assisted wonderfully.
The service department damaged my vehicle while it was being serviced and refuse to accept responsibility and refused to fix the damage. They basically called me a liar when I told them the damage was not there when it went in but was there when I got it back, their service guy said he didnt do it and they believed him, not me, end of discussion.
