The owner is a jerk. Called and asked if his company flushed lawn movers. Flushing meaning change the gas and oil out just like how you flush an engine to a car right. He made me feel incompetent and was not very professional. I will not take my small engine here and suggest you dont give money to this condescending man and business. Go to Mikes mowers! Way to loose even more money and customers South Hill small engine!

Could not be more helpful in diagnosing the potential issues with the mower not starting, over the phone. Comes and picks up the mower, and will bring it back when done. Cant ask for more than that...
