I just discovered Chic Sparrow in December. I have been so pleased with the products, I have 6 travelers notebooks from them in my possession and one more on the way. The customer service is spectacular. During an order I changed my mind on leather after I had added stitching to the edge. This accidentally cause two charges for stitching for one notebook. It was just a couple of dollars and I hadn’t even noticed it. The folks at Chic Sparrow caught it, fixed it, refunded my money, and let me know when it was all done. What great service. I am a fan forever!

Hands down the best site to buy American-made travelers notebooks. Faster shipping than any other maker Im aware of and consistently high-quality notebooks.

I don’t understand how they have so many positive reviews. I ordered a notebook and when a problem came up with how Chic Sparrow printed the shipping label I got an extremely snotty and rude response from their customer service team. The post office said that the item would be returned the Chic Sparrow because Chic Sparrow forgot to add part of the address to the barcode of the shipping label. When I called Chic Sparrow about the issue they told me I would have to pay a restocking fee and then pay shipping again to get my notebook. That is just unacceptable, why am I paying more for a mistake Chic Sparrow made? Then they said that they are not responsible for damage to the label in shipping. The label wasn’t damaged you were neglectful in your shipping process. The post office was kind enough to hold it at the distribution center and allow me to pick it up. But I had to go almost an hour out of my way to retrieve the package. I was so disgusted by the treatment of the customer service team I didn’t even use the notebook. I just turned around and sold it. I’ll never buy another product from Chic Sparrow again lesson learned.
