This place always has great items and has significantly helped my wife and I explore our passions (let ur freak flag fly 😮). Seriously though, when looking for specific niche items the staff is always super helpful and informative. This place is great and feels very classy, an excellent stop anytime but especially date night.

I have always had amazing customer service at this location. I came in tonight looking for somethings and they helped me but also let me look around. I was at the valley location yesterday and the customer service wasnt the best. I will for sure be doing all my shopping at this location!

This is a great to place to shop for yourselves or gifts for special occasions. I just came home from purchasing a few things for a bridal shower and am so glad this was the place I chose to go. The store is immaculate and organized beautifully!! Arranged by colors, so pleasing to my eyes and brain plus it made it super easy to look at items of my favorite color! Better than that is the friendly knowledgeable staff who are eager to help answer questions and give personal insight!! I love this store and it’s now my go to for all my fun needs and desires!! Lovers has a great selection for all types of play, whether youre just starting out or know exactly what you want. The staff is extremely friendly, but not overbearing where youre uncomfortable. Everything is organized in an easily identifiable way, so if you dont feel comfortable talking with someone, you could probably find what youre looking for on your own. The employees do have great recommendations if youre not shy! They also have pretty dank sales often, and offer a rewards system that saves you money on future purchases. A specific instance inspired this review though. A couple weeks ago a friend of mine ordered a toy online, without reading the dimensions. Needless to say, it was NOT what she wanted. She reached out to the online team and was told she could exchange it in store, as long as it was unopened and such. However when we get there, the employees were told not to do any exchanges. Instead of turning us away, they listened to what happened, read the email from customer service, and then made it work for us. And not only that, since she couldnt reimburse for shipping (which we were fine with!) she gave us a discount, and let us each use it! (3 orders total). She was so accommodating as was the entire staff, and it really made me want to continue to support this business, and encourage others to too. So whether youre brand new, or an expert in the area, this lovers is for you.

Love the staff, they do always make sure to speak to you on your way in. It may embarrass some people, but the more Ive been to the store, the more comfortable it has gotten. Super professional and helpful, and are willing to give their OWN recommendations on products so you save money, for you know, maybe a purchase you cant return if you dont like it? Went in not knowing at all what I wanted, right away I was welcomed and directed to a range of items that I didn’t even know existed. Let me tell you this place knows what they are doing when they hired their employees. Sweet, kind, considerate, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I went home confident with what I learned, and impressed that I could share the knowledge with my wife about our new toys.I will be shopping at lovers from now on. I dont remember the girl working, but she had a red heart tattoo by her ear, SHE WAS FANTASTIC, she helped me find everything I needed and showed me all the sales and was so fun and kind, I have to go back after the expirence I had. every time I go to lovers I have a fantastic time, if you need anything related to sex definitely go with lovers

But every single staff member Ive talked to has offered kind and helpful advice!Why four stars? Sometimes the prices of their products can be much higher than online or at competitors stores, but the service and insight definitely makes up for it.

I cant say enough great things about the shop. I was on a day trip shopping from the Tri-cities with a friend during my first visit. The second visit I drove up just to come to the shop. The selection of lingerie is wonderful. Plus so many toys to choose from. Mackenzie has helped me both times I went in (she even remembered me the second visit). Not only is she friendly, but she actually remembers what it is youre looking for and helps you accordingly. She listens to your wants and needs. I must thank her for her recommendation of the Lelo Sona 2.... It was amazing!!!!! And did exactly what we had discussed.

Great store and great service. Everything feels comfortable here but I wish the selection was larger... And I do mean larger. Not much in the way of big toys here, but they do have a nice beginner selection of most things youd be looking for.

They literally would not return an unopened box with original seals in place when it was bought for Christmas 6 days ago. They will however return worn lingerie as long as you have tags. Bad customer service especially when you make someones wife cry.

Terrible customer service and products I was sold something broken and went in to see if there was anything I could do about it and they were rude and unprofessional. The people working didn’t ask me for help when I walked in and instead continued to talk to each other and I had to interrupt to get help. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t waste your time here there are better places to go than this one.

I spend at least $100 every time I shop at lovers and the division employees roll their eyes at me when I ask questions and flat out refuse help me. They then explain why they wont help me when all I want to do is leave after such a terrible experience. Visit the valley lovers instead.

Didnt realize the whole no clothes, no service was enforced at places other than restaurants. great toys tho. would consider going back. maybe this time with pants on.

She then took me to the highest price item in the category of what we work looking at. She made a every uncomfortable statmenst about THREE TIMES. Due to their insane policy of checking everyones ID when they enter the store, when someone is obviously over the age of 18. I will never shop there again. I have spent a lot of money there. But never again.
