Ordered on 9/5, and same as other people - payment was taken, order # given, order will ship in 5-7 days. Its now 9/22 and I still havent heard anything. May adjust if i actually receive the one small thing I ordered.EDIT: They did respond promptly and and tell me that the item had been discontinued, and refunded my money. Why this did not happen as soon as my order was placed - Ill never know. Why it took me reaching out for anything to get done - another mystery. I guess just follow up your order with an email to this guy I guess.

Despite a few differences and miscommunications, the boat vent louvers I purchased were refunded once returned. They were returned because they were different in size than expected. These guys offer a lot of great products for boats though!

Order confirmation eMail received same day, payment accepted same day, supposed shipping by air 3 to 5 days. 2 weeks later nothing. After finally receiving the tracking number 5 days after leaving phone message, 4 days after 1st eMail and 3 days after 2nd eMail, it was quiet evident the package was mailed out after my phone message. However Jamie could not even own up to the mistake and lied about package possibly being stuck at customs. Dont know if my order will ever arrive it has no been over 3 weeks and the advertised 3 to 5 days air shipping is already 6 to 4 days over due from actual shipping date.To make a long story short: Terrible service

I ordered a few things on Nov. 7, 2013 with shipping in 5 to 7 days. Money was debited from my account at the time of the order. Here it is Nov. 19, 2013 and I still havent received my order. Got an e-mail confirmation with an Order # but no Tracking #. Tried to contact them by phone, got answering machine that said Please leave a message, didnt even identify themselves.
