Buying process with Pacific Coast was mediocre. The seller was pretty knowledgeable in general and had a decent attitude. What I will say is that their website needs a good amount of work. I bought a part from their site, thinking it was in stock, because there was nothing to show that it was on back order or anything. Turns out there was about a 3-4 week back order on the product due to manufacturer delay. Pacific needs to accurately reflect product availability on their site. I had to then call Pacific to find out that it was back ordered. Once the part was back in stock(that I had to find out myself from manufacturer), I got back in touch with Pacific, he didn’t even realize the part was restocked. I had to reach out to Pacific multiple times for tracking info and was never sent anything. I again called the manufacturer myself and was able to obtain the order confirmation and tracking information. Seems like Pacific is a small scale dealer of parts that has a hard time keeping up with the influx of orders they receive, resulting in poor communication and leaving customers with questions that they have to get answered themselves. Next time I’d just buy from the manufacturer directly.
Purchased from them many times. Sometimes it takes longer than others, but thats because they are not selling the same HD parts as everyone else. So parts can be more difficult to get, and I understand that. But Ive always gotten parts that exceeded my expectations, and Greg has spent plenty of time answering all my tech questions. 👍
Worst customer service. I would not recommend this company. I placed an order in March. I ordered 6 items and still have not received 2 of them. I have been calling and emailing for months now requesting a refund since I have not received my items.
Im from Canada and if you are thinking of ordering from this company internationally, I strongly recommend against it. Other US websites include shipping and taxes in the final price at checkout. I paid for the items in my cart and I assumed that was the final price. Then 5 days later I was charged 100 dollars for the shipping to Canada. THEN when I went to pick up the item from the post office, there was another 100 dollars in taxes waiting for me. Shipping was also very slow. Took almost 2 weeks. There are much better websites out there for ordering across the boarder.
We ordered several parts from this website and never recieved 2 of them. We have called, and emailed for months now trying to get a response or a refund and have not had any luck. I would not recommend this site to anyon and will never order from them again wich it to bad because they are one the only ones that have parts for our motorcycle.

Steer clear of this business! Before I ordered a rear hugger fender, I called them to confirm if this would fit my motorcycle or not. They assured me it would. When I received the rear hugger fender, I brought my motorcycle to a local mechanic shop and found out that the rear hugger fender will not fit because it is half an inch too small. If you try to stretch the sides of a fiberglass fender to make it fit, it would crack/break. I would not take that risk so I had to ship it back which cost me $202.88 for shipping & the fender was $250. After losing my money on this product, this dishonest business has lost my respect.
I see now why your rating is this low. Ive been very patient this company with my orders. My order number 16113. I ordered a few parts with this order. One was taking too long so I cancelled and asked for a refund. Ive spoke with a rep 3 times within 3 week span and was informed it will be taken care of. With the past few days I cannot get in contact with anyone. Ive left a message. Ive sent an email. No replies. Customer service is garbage. I have emails and phone calls for proof. Now try to make an excuse on this one pacific coast cruisers, just like all the excuses Ive read on this review platform. How hard is it and how long does it take to give someone a refund. I need a refund for the progressive shocks. Next step will be BBB. Maybe youll reply to this one over the multiple phone calls and emails you guys have ignored.
Terrible service! Extremely long handling time. Overcharged on postage after the fact as I was sent an invoice for an additional $100.00 USD! Buyers beware. Check other negative feedback prior to purchasing and dont make the mistake I did.Follow up: Do your research. The reviews and forum posts speak for themselves. Im actually surprised this company is still in business.Word of advice: If you do for some reason purchase from this company, make sure you use PayPal. A PayPal case does a world of wonders : )

I bought a potato chip seat from this company and it was awful it bruised my tailbone on an hour ride. So I called the company several times I’ve emailed several times and no response. They supposedly have a first ride guarantee that if you don’t like it they will refund your money. Still nothing from the company it has been over a month of trying to get ahold of them.I have a guarantee for them I will never buy anything from them again.Do not use this company!!!!!!!
I live in Oklahoma. I ordered a set of throttle cables. The parts guy was had good customer service even after I hit the mute button on accident, called right back and picked up where we left off. He gave me a rough estimate on how long it would take to make the cables and when to expect them at the door. I will be doing future business with them.
Ordered 2 weeks ago, still no tracking - called 5 times over the past week left a message with a call back number each time on the shipping mailbox and still no return call or any update on product. Kept calling and finally got a hold of someone. Now to wait for the item to come.

I worked with Josh over the phone and through text messaging, on having a seat for my motorcycle recovered from black to tan. I live in Illinois and they are based in Washington state. A long way for me to send my seat to have recovered. Josh communicated with me every step of the way and always responded via text when I messaged him. When I received the seat, I was extremely impressed with the quality of work he did. Looks absolutely amazing!!!! I just put in another order with them to do some tan grips for my handlebars and he has already got the design ready to go. Will recommend them to anyone I can, and will continue to do business with them.

If your looking for good quality parts and good customer service go elsewhere. This people are horrible! You can never get them on the phone for help. They take forever to ship and their stiff is poor quality. I had a set of hand grips break while the bike was on the lift. It took multiple days to get them on the phone and they stated they wouild replace them. That was March. This is now October and they refuse to answer my calls or emails. They are no help. Do not use this company. Save your money and go to motorcycle super store. Way better quality and customer service!
Honestly, I do not know what some of the bad reviewers expect. This is not Amazon! These are custom parts for motorcycles. Some may be ready to ship, others likely need additional fabrication for fitment.My experience was great, not only that but they sent my order to my travel location (a hotel). Im going to be ordering more from this place in the future; because they sell quality and provide reasonable prices for machined parts.
Could not be happier with my experience.After reading the reviews I was admittedly anxious but I cant help but feel the 1 stars are rough.Purchased V&H slip on exhausts for my V-STAR Custom, they gave great communication as to the process and the delivery to NZ was surprisingly quick, the longest delay was with NZ Customs.Cannot fault them, will definitely do further business with them.
OK so in all fairness to these guys, they are personable guys that will talk to you on the phone. They are knowledgeable and really do know their S%#@ about bikes, performance tuning, mods etc. (hence the 2 stars instead of one) .However, their shipping process and tech support leave much to be desired. Matter of fact, their tech support is virtually non existent when you need it. It also seems impossible to get them to answer you back on Fridays or any type of Postal/Gov holiday like MLK day ?? Seriously. The other ironic fact is that they advertise Tech support as some sort of virtuous try at gaining a potential buyers confidence. But unfortunately, they fail miserably at the pitiful attempt. RE the shipping situation, they charge you what I would consider a premium shipping price however, the wait time and /or handling time is a bit excessive considering the cost. So, with that said, they need to step it up in those two areas. If they can improve those aspects, I would buy again from them in the future. But for now, I will shop with the competition.Cheers ! AN
One star because of there lack of communication skills. I can not get an update on my order from PCC. Per there website they have an e-mail address and a text number. They do not respond, I called on Wednesday and was told they would call me that afternoon, its Monday still nothing. They sent me someone elses part, from the time I notified them it took 2 weeks for them to send me a label so this Military person overseas could get there part. Not good customer service. I understand the part is being made, I order this part Sept 29th its now Nov 18, other then blaming Progressive Suspension maybe they could get me a better update. I wouldnt have even done this review if they communicated with me.
I am only giving a one star review do to the fact that I cant give a review with out giving at least one star I order over 1100.00 dollars worth of parts over 4 weeks ago and cant get them to tell me when it will ship or if it has shipped tracking numbers or anything everytime I call they curse and talk to me like Im trash a I want is my money back so I can go elsewhere to get my parts I would not use these theives for anything or recommend them to anyone
After having read many positive reviews of Pacific Coast Star on various motorcycle forums, I contacted Josh, their seat department manager, to discuss options for a new drivers seat on my V Star 1300. We agreed upon a custom faux ostrich in their potato chip configuration. I received the seat in less than a week! I have been so impressed by the quality of workmanship, excellent communication and risk free100% ride it first satisfaction guarantee -Includes a Pre Paid Return shipping labelpolicy that I have ordered a drivers seat back cushion and rear fender bib in matching ostrich. I cant say enough good about this company. All manufacturers should have this much pride in product and integrity. Five stars all the way!
Do not buy exhaust pipes from this company. I repeat, DO NOT buy pipes. Their coating quality is very poor. There are multiple accounts other than mine of their ceramic coating coming off in less than 100 miles. When you contact customer service, Cary Edwards will immediately blame you for not having your bike tuned, even when it is. He will fight you every step of the way only saying that the bike is running too lean. I refuse to spend more money sending my pipes back to PCS and have them determine whether or not the coating came off due to poor manufacturing or the bike running lean.I regret spending my money with PCS. I could have had a custom set made and coated for less than what these pipes are costing me now. I am getting them re-coated from a professional ceramic coating company. Now I know the coat will last.

Ordered from them for my Yamaha XVS1100 Custom the ThugStar Turnout exhaust with 2 ring baffle and Drag Bar as well. It was not the fastest delivery experience to Australia. Installed the exhaust and tested it for the noise, 85 db peak and idling at 75 db. Taking into account the cost of after market pipes in Australia, these pipes are bargain. Dyno revealed about 11 hp improvement over the stock pipes and my ear gets the most pleasure in hearing these while I am riding. The only complaint is Pacific Coast Cruisers staff are a bit slow in email communication. Just installed Drag Bar and man what a difference, awesome chrome and quality, great stuff, very happy with the purchase, will buy from them again :-)

Please understand that I am not the type of person to normally post issues or complaints.. but this is note worthy...I placed an order on july 13th... I naturally anticipated the order to not be processed until the 14th so had no issues not receiving any confirmation email right then. However come July 17th there was still no email. I called and left a message. My call was returned quite quickly and I was told that my parts were being picked up from powder coat and would be mailed out the next day (July 18th) and to expect an email with a tracking number... cool... im ok with that... DAYS go by and no email... It is July 24th at this point.. I call and get no answer so I email... I do get an apologetic reply stating that my products were being shipped out that day (with no reason for the delay mentioned) on JULY 24th AND a tracking number... The tracking number they sent me via email 2 days ago now still says the lable was created (on july 19th) and my package is STILL waiting to be sent to usps... I emailed again today asking for some clarification.. no response... to say I am unimpressed is an understatement
