The people here are very friendly and helpful! Dawn got my partners cpap machine out to her quickly and talked to her until she was comfortable with it! I will be getting one as well so it helps to know that help with it is available!
Really professional help when you need in home medical equipment. Adam was wonderful; professional and caring. Highly recommended.
Came in to get my mom a Walker. The staff was prompt to greet me and take care of my needs. Mom is good to go now with a quality Walker. Not a heavy junky Walmart one. Thanks guys!
After dealing with another vendor with no results, we turned to Norco. Dawn in the Spokane office took care of us & we had our equipment that very day. Great service & follow through.
They are awesome! I was with another company that did not take care of my needs and were very rude. My machine quit working properly with the other company and they would do nothing. Norco took care of me as quick as they could. They have helped me before . . . I will never go any where else except for Norco.
Courteous, understanding people that teach as they go, not just sell machine and abandon me.
Thank You Norco. I really appreciate you helping me to understand what was going on with my supplies. You reaching out & get my problem solved. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Once again Norco Spokane. Thank You so much getting my supplies to me right away.
Great customer service and awesome equipment
I had to get an oxygen concentrator and Christine at Norco was one of the few people who took time to talk with me and find out what I needed. The rental price they quoted was the best in town. I highly recommend Norco Spokane for medical oxygen needs.
I was helped by Cindy N. And Ed (I missed his last name/initial) when I came in the other day to get various items to make day-to-day living for my father-in-law easier once he got home from a triple bypass surgery. Not only did they have everything I needed, Cindy helped me think of other venues where he could benefit from utilizing a tool they provided. I was able to accurately choose which walker with a carry case I should pick for a man of my father in laws stature (thank you, Ed, for the assistance!), find the right bathroom aids to ease using those facilities, and loaded me up with options of bandaging he might be able to use while his incisions are recovering.Huge help, I’m brainless sometimes and they both really assisted in making my purchasing significantly easier than I was expecting.wonderful service, and I look forward to bragging about my experience with other people (more than I already have since I left the store!)Thanks again!
We Have been using norco for a couple years and all of a sudden our bill is over $5000.00 and that’s after our insurance has been paying and me too. I was told I would own the machine after a certain amount was charged out, now I’m being told we don’t own the machine and they charge $1500.00 a month. They changed our mailing address with out me and then sent me into collections when I didn’t receive a bill. I’ll be looking for a new company. It was fine but all of a sudden it got crazy. My son shouldn’t have to deal with this type of stuff to stay alive.
Ryan covers alot of area as a medical equipment person. He has always been respectful and prompt when he makes appointments with my husband. Very knowledgeable also.Absolutely enjoy dealing with him.
Excellent customer service.
Cant get supplies. Update they called me this morning and left a message. I will call them immediately. I should have clarified it was not this store specifically but the Norcoinc website I had used to try and get my supplies. I will just start using this store instead of online. Thank you Norco on foothills!!
Horrible phone/billing department. Ive have called 4 times put on hold for next csr held for over 15-20 each time NO ONE ever answered !! This is total B.S .
Always have the best experience here. Ive been coming here for over a year now And I have sleep apnea so Ive been trying different mask and I finally found the right one Through out the year Dawn Has answered all my questions and help me with everything. She is amazing at what she does. She takes of me. I feel very lucky to have this local And be able to drive there and get my questions answered and concerns taking care of thank you .
Very kind staff
Lovely company. Sends an email for you to reorder Bi-PAP/C-PAP supplies though a portal instead of having to call. So easy and convenient.A little hard to reach to pay a bill over the phone if you are calling during peak hours, but easily the best DME provider Ive ever worked with.
I was out of town and needed a part for my CPAP went into store staff not only helped immediately they saved me $40.00 from a local competitor . highly recommend them.
Junior, (ATP) came and repaired my clients walker and electric w/c this morning. He was extremely efficient and professional as he did a great job repairing both. My client and I are very pleased with the service she received from Norco Medical Services of Spokane. We will highly recommend Norco to others. Thank you, Mary Obermeyer and client😀
I cannot say enough good things about Norco’s technicians, particularly David Hamilton. My insurance company chose Norco to order a new wheelchair for me, and while I was skeptical at first, David did a fantastic job. He and another tech named Junior took their time evaluating my needs and answering my questions, and when the wheelchair arrived, David was patient and understanding when it came to making many, many adjustments. In the months since I received the chair, David even came to my house and made adjustments for free.
Id give them ZERO Stars out of 5 but thats Not an option.. Heaven Forbid your equipment should fail and you need help! Youll get a Voice Recorded Message Business Hours!! then Itll ring the Managers desk and Youll never hear from them again.
This was an absolutely fine place, years ago. If I could leave this place a -10 I would. It is like no one works in that office. Can NEVER get through and I have left my number with the manager several times and NEVER get a call back. How can a place run a business like this, especially for people who need oxygen to live. How very sad.
Took months to get a simple Nebulizer. I had to call them repeatedly to finally get it. Never called me one time to communicate. Would not recommend. Will try and find a different supplier.
If there was a - I would give them that. For family and employee owned their jobs are not secure. I have called them probably 6 times requesting a call back. No one called me back. Hopefully ResMed will be able to help out. Norco should not be receiving Medicare funds when their clients cant use the equipment they are receiving federal funds for renting out. What a scam.
Nick explained and demonstrated everything clearly and patiently until he was certain I knew and could do what he showed me. Perfect. Thank you, Nick.
They only have 1repair person in the company. He services Spokane County and Coeur d elean Idaho. My chair broke down this past Thursday and I was told he was out of town and would call me when he got to town today. Except he isnt in town. I may be stuck for a week or so. Not fair to the repair guy. Hire more repair personnel. I have tried to contact the district manager and he has yet to call me back. Now I know why the last repair guy up and left the company without notice. I feel as though us customers are not respected.
Horrible service. They skip deliveries without calling based on their arbitrary decision that the patient doesnt really need that much oxygen. They call to say they dont have a driver, so your expected delivery will be 3 days late. They do not adhere closely to the doctors orders and argue with the customer about why the patient needs that much oxygen. Im so disappointed in their lack of empathy for the patient and families and their lack of professionalism when they are holding someones quality of living in their hands. I will definitely be encouraging the VA to look elsewhere for providing veterans with a better oxygen supply company; one that really cares about their needs.
My experience with Norco specifically with Tiffany Green and Junior Valadez was fantastic and it was easy getting started with Tiffany, the time frame to receive my scooter was much shorter than expected. Copay was les than expected and the scooter was ten times better than expected. All parts and accessories were what I wanted or beyond expectation. I believe God must have sent Junior Valadez to explain how the scooter works and get it set up. There was a real spiritual experience. I would highly recommend Norco Medical, Junior and Tiffany to anyone seeking wheelchairs or scooters.
They have messed up the prescription many times. They dont communicate with other employees or arent organized enough to follow through all the steps to get the prescription filled properly.
After multiple attempts in 3 weeks time to get my daughters medical supplies NORCO totally wrote us off and told us to go elsewhere. Manager Andrew made promises for delivery dates and the dates came and went without even a phone call. After 15 years of getting nutritional and incontence medical supplies we have never experience such a disrespectful unprofessional company. We would never recommend this company and caution any who are considering. I can’t believe a company like this can stay in business when they provide supplies that customers need to stay alive and those supplies never show up!
Christina Monte is an awesome RT she has been awsawes with my son trammell we love her dearly good job Christina ....
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever done business with. Every question I asked was answered with I dont know and with an attitude that she didnt care and didnt want to help me. I will not be spending my money there and am going elsewhere that will actually HELP me.
Thankyou so much for good service. We appreciate the good communication and the follow-up with good delivery!
They wont answer the phone, I am trying to see if they are still delivering my husbands hospital bed.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Head and shoulders above other medical supply places in town.
The transition from Lifecare Solutions to Norco has not been as smooth as Id hoped. When Lifecare Solutionss respiratory department closed, we needed to switch over to Norco for my husbands sleep apnea machine and for my daughters G-tube and oxygen supplies. Ive been trying to order pulse-ox probes from both companies for the past 2 months, and nobody has sent me a single sensor. They keep blaming each other, and I dont really care whos dropping the ball. I just need someone to pick it up and do something.
Extremely slow. Plan to sit for hours and hours waiting for them to get their ducks in a row.
Absolutely the slowest!
So Slow
