Being my first time actually walking into a Party City store, I was almost overwhelmed by the amount of things they had for sale on their shelves and the visual appearance of party decor items stacked floor to ceiling! I was able to help myself find what I needed better than the employees working who I had asked questions to, but overall, my experience was positive.

Had all of what I needed, and the associate helped me load everything back in my cart and put it away in my trunk for me at 7 months pregnant. Great customer service.

They had the masks we needed for a masquerade ball! Really glad about that. Otherwise the store was clean and nice.

As the store is closing, variety has begun to suffer. Most of the interesting selection has long since been picked clean, with the candy section in particular being almost entirely empty. There is also a small selection of out of season decoration and costumes still on display, mist of which is marked down 90%. There are still hidden gems to find in the store, if you are willing to spend some time looking.

Ive purchased the decorations for my daughters birthday two years in a row and they never fail. The products are made well and as cute in person as they are on the website. Prices can get high depending on what theme you choose and how many decorations you purchase but the selection is HUGE. They have something for everyone!

Bathrooms were disgusting ( Im sorry )Toilets and Floors need a thorough cleaning .Also no toilet seat covers :(

Friendly service and easy to access location. They have a good selection of party themes, anniversaries wedding, gender reveal and costumes. If you are looking for welcome home party supplies you wont find it here though; aside from a few balloon options.

Great selection! Employees were really kind and helpful. They were out of the witch we came to purchase, but they sold us their floor display at a discounted price. Works for us. Lots of candy. Our little guy was so excited just checking it all out.

I am not very happy with the way the workers treated my daughter and mother when they went in to get a costume and was given one that is a adult standard size, and he said it should fit you it a one size fits most. There was a couple size up on the wall but he only got the one size For her to look at. And then they was not even told that all sale are final tell after they paid for it. I will not be going to be buying and of the party supplies for my partys form you guy again.

Ive only been in there once. They didnt have any funny off color birthday cards, they didnt have any funny musical birthday cards. In fact the only thing I bought were a couple colorful Mardi gras beaded necklaces. I wasnt impressed.

Clearance is always great. 80% halloween costumes, wigs, accessories, etc. How could you go wrong?! Unfortunately this location is closing but deals are deals.

This place has EVERYTHING you need! I purchased a lot of things for a few different occasions and I asked that they be rung up separately and the gal behind the counter kind of huffed at my request and took her time ringing my items up. Great products though!!

Wall2wall candy party supplies party games they even have Halloween and stuff and Thanksgiving stuff and Im sure Christmas stuff pretty much any kind of party you can think of stuff and a trillion balloons.I dont know what else to say about it but if you need a party stuff thats definitely the place to go.

I was here for the first time with my daughter on the autism spectrum. We went down every isle and when we finally wanted to check out, the only cashier sent another employee to check on a bunny mask and not inflate the balloons my daughter just bought. Needless to say they can careless if she is autistic and on a verge of a meltdown. I told them when we first walked in she seen their website and was excited to be there and she was on the spectrum. If you have special needs or disabled kids...dont bring them to this store. Its almost empty, but theyll cater all their resources to 1 client at a time.

Not a good experience today. I asked for some help and it was just too much for the clerk to even deal with. Its usually so much better here.

Only put one because I cant put 0. Went in to do a gender reveal with the black balloons and my sister went in to get the balloons. During my party after I popped the balloons there was green glitter with pink confetti ..... because that makes sense. I dont know who in their right mind would think someone would want that .... ruined the reveal .... thank God my sister knew what it was and didnt trust them to do it because they dont know how to do their job anyway . Honestly not going to shop there anymore.

The valley location is much more organized and the staff there is more experienced but hey nobodys got more party for less.

The place is huge lots of great stuff especially if your planning a themed party

My wife went in to get ballons and paid for ten. The lady behind the counter decided to help a customer after filling 4, than proceeded to help others while my wife waited. My finally spoke up and the lady filled the rest without even an apology or a thank you....no need to go back there.

This place is amazing. Your eyes are overwhelmed with beautiful items from the moment you walk in. Staff was sweet albiet over run by customers and the prices were fine.

The stock is dead. The prices on what they do have, are somewhat decent. Slim pickins.

I told them I needed gloves for my costume they bring me back Pointe at these gloves until I grabbed them theres a small like I said I wanted a size small and I buy them come to find out they were child Smalls and I didnt open them until right before the party

I waited an hour for 5 standard balloons, after that we came home I went to give the balloons for my sons birthday a few hours later and they were already limp and not floating. A complete disappointment.
