Rob came out in a pinch and fixed my ac system that’s over 10 years old. Had the parts ready to fix my system and even taught me about how my system works in the process. Had an issue with my garbage disposal and he fixed it for free while he was here. Seems trustworthy and very personable! Highly recommend.

Rob was on time and very professional. He took the time to go over everything that he was doing with my wife. Treated her like family and wasnt in a rush to get in and out. Then took the time to go over everything with me when I came in. True gentleman that values the customer over the quick turnover of jobs. Will be using him for some upgrades and highly recommend him for all your AC needs. Dont find workers like Rob very often so when you do keep them. When I have an issue with heating or cooling, I always call Radco. They professionally and expertly installed a new HVAC system for me seven years ago and since then they have serviced and maintained the unit for me. All the servicemen I have dealt with have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are always willing to take the time to explain exactly what is happening, what service is needed, and why and how it will be performed. They respond quickly and always show at the appointed time. I have consistently been happy with the job they do and their attentiveness. I trust Radco and am very pleased to recommend them to others.

Rob came out with an assistant to diagnose my AC problem. They were on time, polite, and ready to fix the issues then and there! Love it. Managed to keep prices fair, and explained in detail everything that went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. I would recommend them to anybody.

Called Radco to check on our A/C that stop working, the technician was on time and told us exactly what was going on with our unit and gave us the different options to fix it. Very knowledgeable technician (and very friendly too). I will recommend Radco to all my family and friends when they need a truthworthy company to repair their A/C unit

I have lived in Spring Hill a little more than a year and never knew this gem existed. I needed a part for my A/C in the home, the big box store only had it special order. I found myself at Radco after the big box store called to see if they sold to the public. Lucky for me they did, just from the conversation on the phone I had a good feeling about this business. After arriving at the store they waited on me quickly and knew exactly what I needed when presented the old part. The owner came out and was very informative on the new part and a few pointers. I was extremely impressed, once home used those tips and I had Air Conditioning again! Thanks to all that helped

Today the 25th of march 2021 radco air cond. came to my residence to repair a/c was told my time delay relay was bad and needed to be replaced service man said he had used one in truck and could replace for 425.00.i had replaced one before and new new one ranged in price from 20 and up and questioned the cost for a used relay was told if i took it out and brought it to thier shop it would be cheaper so i did before leaving house i googled part number 622181r and new it cost 19and change took old part to radcos shop and they had one in truck the man said 190.00 for part i question him why so expensive and was told those boards are expensive i opened my phone to show him what a brand new one cost and was told it wasnt right part but it is exact part i asked why he marked it up 1000%i would of bought it at 200-300-% i know a company has to make money they was just at my house for 8-10 min and it cost me 100.00 then the owner got rude start calling me names so i proceed to leave and i have a ignition iterlock device in truck and he starts calling me a drunk this company is very unprofessional and rude BUYER BEWARE and they will rip you off

Awesome. Came out at 9p.m. to fix my refrigerator. Was skeptical the parts needed would be on hand. Ha. Brand new circuit board for my older refrigerator. Fixed in time to keep my food from spoiling. Great tech. Friendly. Word of advice: an emergency call(non normal business hours) is $200 for them to come out, diagnose, and provide estimate. This $200 is waived if you have appliance fixed. Would not hesitate to call in future if need arises.

The staff at this family-owned business are phenomenal people! A few weeks ago our A/C capacitor went out. It was late afternoon so our home warranty company couldnt send a tech until the following day, and most parts companies were closed by the time I could call around. I called Radco and was amazed that they were willing to sell me a capacitor after hours with no strings attached. The girl who took my call and the tech who sold me the capacitor right out of his van both took the time to help me and even explained in detail how I should install the part once I got it home. All of this and I wasnt even using their services! I cant think of another service company that would go so far above and beyond for some random individual. Thanks to them, my 3 kids and I were able to sleep comfortably that night (our inside temp was 91 before I put the new capacitor in). Knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I highly recommend doing business with Radco A/C.

$317.68 for a clogged condensate drain line. No parts. This was for a senior relative of mine.Apparently they like to take advantage of people.I personally had both of my units serviced (which includes cleaning out the drain lines) and a pound of coolant put in one unit for a total of $164 through another local reputable company.I called the office to see if someone could explain their rates and eventually the owner (Rob, I believe) was willing to talk to me and as he attempted to lecture me on how a business works he proceeded to insult me as I am not intelligent enough to understand business.He even at one point stated that:I let them take advantage of my senior relative. The funny part is he previously said he was recording the phone call!As Rob was telling me all about how to run a business he said they only will profit about $75 from the job. There were no parts, about an hour at the site, and give them 10 minutes drive time.Really must be some insane overhead that requires taking advantage of people to make money.Actually Rob claims the call took an hour and 6 minutes per GPS, while my relative said 40 minutes. Robs explanation was he had to write the invoice. For 26 minutes!?In either case, I am not a trained professional as they claim, but I know my way around a AC unit and I can tell you it definitely would take me under 30 minutes to see the pan of water, suck out the drain line, and flush it with a light bleach solution (he used water).Bottom line, if you are looking for a company who is honest and ethical this isnt it!

I cant complain about the job that was done. The A/C is working BUT the cost was ridiculous. Yes, I was told ahead of time. I was already in for $89.95 for him to figure out what was wrong so I felt I had no choice but to continue. 45 minutes to analyze, clean the drain and double check the freon (NO PARTS NEEDED). $317.50 with a senior discount. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. Wont be using them again.

I had Radco Air conditing out to my home to fix my broken AC system. RADCO responded very quickly and there technician was clean and was in a uniform. He quickly found out what the problem was. He unexplained everything to me before he did any work. He had given me options of repair. He didnt try to sell me a bunch of things I didnt need. This company was recommended to me, and I Will recommend them to all my friends and family. They also fix appliances witch is a plus. Now I have a company that that I trust and can take care of all my needs. The technician name was ROB he was wonderful.

I am updating my review that I left on 2/21/2018. Still leaving five stars but what to give a little more detail about my experience with Radco. The first time I contacted this company was due to my refrigerator not cooling down. A service tech came out on a Sunday night and fixed the issue but did warn us that it could break again at anytime. Well it lasted about another two year before the compressor finally went out. The Service tech that came out again (same person) advised the compressor went out and they could fix it but we decided it was time to purchase a new one. The honesty is what keeps me back as a customer. I currently have a service contract with them, they come out every 6 months to check on my A/C. This has been going on for about 1.5 years. Once again they check everything over to make sure it is running correctly and also make very good recommendations on how to keep your unit running smoothly. Just recently Radco had a give away on their Facebook page and I thought there was catch. After questioning if the information was correct, Radco responded prominently saying what they were offering was 100% true. I entered and to my surprise I won. I was asked to come to the store to claim my prize. This company is family owned and operated and take great pride in giving you the most honest and correct information at hand. Wonderful people with big hearts. They came out today (8/21/2018) installed my prize which was a UltraMAX Whole Home UV Filtration System and also check on my A/C system to make sure everything was running correctly. Radco will always be my go to company for any A/C or appliance needs.Thanks.

Radco, more like BADCO, came out to look at my unit that was freezing up. They cleaned coils and told us that Goodman was a terrible unit and they only last about 5 years and here we are at the 4.5 year mark. The charge for cleaning coils was $900, the trip charge was to be absorbed and wasn’t. The unit froze up again, they were called out again and the unit was performing okay when they came out but we were told this was just going to keep happening and we needed a unit and was quoted approx. $6400 for unit. AND... he was trying to sell me a 5 ton unit when 4 is sufficient, which was confirmed by the owner and when I did the math as he explained it he was trying to make excuses why the tech told me I needed a bigger unit... .. The unit froze up again and this time I called AirServe and low and behold my unit was fixed by replacing the motor, not a new unit. They also told me Goodman’s warranty is for 10 years and they would contact the warranty department and recoup our money for that motor. He also told us INDUSTRY STANDARD for cleaning coils is $150... I called BADCO, to discuss these prices with them and asked to speak with a manager and not Holly because she was extremely rude. Got a call but not from a manager it was from the service tech that came out. I asked for a manger and he said Holly and then I said I need the owner. As I was explaining to owner we already found an inconsistency in the time they came out, my paperwork says 4:30-5:30 and he has recorded in his company log that he was here at 10pm... the owner AND the tech were SCREAMING at me. As I was trying to ask them to listen to me as I listened to them ... I mistakenly misspoke something to them and they both ATTACKED me and are now accusing me of lying. They would not let me speak any further ... kept yelling at me about lying and hung up on me.This company took advantage of an 89 year old woman and the 3 females that were in the house. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and reporting them for taking advantage of the elderly (and women)... irrational employees AND owner... I wouldn’t send my worse enemy to be treated like BADCO treats their customers

Not even 30 days after they fixed my AC it stopped working call them to come and fix it and after I paid almost 3 Grand the first time they charge me another 324 dollars to come out to fix it again when it should have been done the first time they do not warranty parts so if they sell you a part that does not work or do you not fix it right the first time they will charge you again and the person that my husband spoke to on the phone was very rude about it so buyer beware I will never use them again and would not recommend to anybody I know

After my AC company that I have been using for years couldnt and wouldnt supply me a capacitor to fix my unit─ I googled ac repair in the area of Weeki Wachee and came upon Radco. I went by the shop at the end of the day, hoping a technician would be able to diagnose a problem with my heating element of My dryer. I believe it was Holly, the receptionist, who grabbed a voltmeter, and told Me what part I needed. I was very grateful for Her help as it was a cold day and I needed dry clothes. I highly recommend Radco, they saved Me $ again, as this was the 2nd time I bought parts from them.

Called Radco on a Sunday afternoon after dryer drum belt broke with a full load of wet laundry. Was told that Rob would wait for me in the shop until I could arrive. Provided new belt and specific instructions as the easiest way to make the repair. Because I was in such a hurry, forgot to write down the model number, only had the make and model name. With that information, Rob gave me what he thought would be the replacement but added that if that belt didnt work, he would drop off the correct one at my home later that afternoon on his way to his own home. Wouldnt call anyone else for appliance service but Radco.

I️ came in to purchase a capacitor for my DIY fix, they had my old capacitor checked before I️ purchased a new one, then told me that it was working (unlike another top brand company, said it was fried). I am a D.I.Y. person and needed a part on a Saturday Morning to get my AC back up and running quickly; no one wants to be without A/C long with our summer heat (86 degrees inside). Stay away from this company. Read reviews before calling them. My parents spent over $6,500 with this company only for them to keep asking for more money. Their air conditioning unit that was replaced keeps cutting off and the company expects a 92 year old man and his wife to take a hose out and blow out their AC line every time it cuts off. This happens daily and when the technician came out to look at it even though they have an extended warranty he replied theyre not getting nothing out of this and theres nothing he can do for them except put another line in for an additional $400. After being told to leave the tech who is the owners son became verbally abusive to where law enforcement had to be called out. Of course the poor technician had to lie and say he was threatened and they charged my parents another hundred dollars for a service charge to which they did nothing except for become abusive. His company rips off their customers without a doubt do not use them. I have never did a review before but was so livid with this blatant disregard for customer service and then the threatening of customers I felt that all should know. Also when the office was notified of the issue they of course took the Sons side and also became abusive on the phone. Please do not use this company!

********Update********The terminals on the part were not put on incorrectly. Called again and they wanted to charge a service fee to come and fix their mistake. When I initially talked to the owner, I was told they go beyond helping the customers but apparently its a sales tactic to get a sale?Full disclosure it was out of 30 day labor but 3 year warranty. Something that was not disclosed initially****************************************************It was hot, humid and rainy. It usually happens when you least expect it. Came home to a 89 temp and it was horrible. Called my regular guy and he was no where to be found. So, I found Radco on google and called them up. They picked up the phone in 2 rings at 7 pm and were willing to come the same day. The tech showed up at 8 pm and it was raining like crazy. He fixed it (in the rain) the same day at charged me a reasonable price.Now they are probably not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. I had another company rip me off when I was in a pinch - Radco did not do that. They are there when you need them. In all, very satisfied.

Called this company this morning because our heat/air was not working. The rude woman on the phone could not be bothered with listening to our issues. $245 to come out on a Saturday morning plus repairs. Highway Robbery. Laser came out, no extra charge for weekend, were out within an hour and had us up and running within a half hour.

On short notice I needed a whole new Central AC Unit. A RADCO representative came the next day, assessed the situation and then provided me with three options. I chose a new install. They were very professional throughout the entire process. Prior to leaving they cleaned everything up. The unit passed inspection and runs very nicely. I am completely happy and would continue to use and recommend RADCO in the future.

I will never leave a review in the heat of the moment but after having our AC working again and cooling off Id like to leave my review.Customer service was awful to me. When I first called during the weekend, I was told I would be charged 89$ for weekday services or 259$ for emergency calls. I chose to not have my landlord charged 259$. I waited it out until Monday. When I called Monday and was in tears, asking why I was told there would be a fee after finding out my unit was under warranty, Holly told me tone your attitude down, we dont sit around on the weekend in our office with our computers looking up warranties. I had a friend over that over heard the conversation and her mouth dropped to say the least!I understand no company likes warranty calls and weekend emergencies. They had ZERO compassion or concern for my situation. ( having no AC in record breaking heat for 5 days, with my children in the home, and inside the house with temps at 87 degrees ) I am a new tenant taking over a property that knew nothing about the AC details.As far as our less than a year old unit, despite the clog from lizards( which is not the companys fault ) it is back running and cooling excellent. As far as the product and technician, Id rate 5 stars. Customer service is why Im only leaving 2 stars. Jeremy was quiet, but to the point and did his job very efficiently. He was in and out and had the AC running in less than 30 min once he arrived. We appreciate you a lot Jeremy. I just cant believe that they scammed my grandfather. They cleaned his a.c. two months ago and now he had to get it cleaned again the company showed us where it was not cleaned! They charged him $264.00 said they were having a special..really the elderly shame on you.. I tried to call there to tell them never to call again they hung up on me being the professionals they are (right) they did not ask for a name or even at least apologize. So be aware of this company who takes advantage of they elderly.

My equipment failed this past Friday mid-day. I called RADCO and a very nice person answered and was able to send someone out that day. The technician was very knowledgeable and found the issue. Had the part on his truck and got us back up and running quickly and at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely use them again.

Had Anthony, a technician, at my home this afternoon to check out an issue with my LG washing machine. Anthony clearly had no idea what he was talking about from the get go... he seemed confused and unsure of what he was doing. 1st he stated that my washer was not powering up since it did not have a 220 plug (yes for a 110 washer), we tell him not possible. 2nd he tells me it is a simple fuse that could likely replace today. 3rd he tells me the fuse can’t be replaced so I have to replace the main brain. He quotes me a price of $388 with the service fed, writes it up then says “oh wait” and adds the $90.00 service fee to the price for a new total of $478. Long story short, Anthony was unable to complete simple math on his own without calling his service supervisor.I call the office after paying the $90 fee in efforts to get Anthony out of my house while he talks on his phone. The office listens to my concerns then tells me that Holly the owner would be calling me by tomorrow morning. Instead, I get Jeremy (yup the service manager) who is too quick to talk over me about the amount of time his Ill-capable tech spent at my home. We ended with my initial request being honored, please have another technicisn return for service. Jeremy ends the call with his statement that I will have to pay another $90, even if it is him that attends.I have been using this company for my investment properties for the last year, even referring them to friends family & clients; but I will be abruptly calling another company to service my home, business and investment properties.

Do your research. This company took advantage of my elderly father while I was out of town strong arming him to sign for a new unit or they would rip out the repairs they just completed. I wish I had investigated these crooks, they have more bad than good reviews, and most of them are directed towards the elderly. Shame on you Radco. Very unimpressed with their technicians. They spent an hour poking around, had to be persuaded to checked the outside unit, and never checked the thermostat. Declared my perfectly running unit for seven years to be improperly installed, and unrepairable, even though they never figured out what was wrong. instead of fixing my unit, they tried to sell me a $5,000 replacement. I called another company, who found out in about 15 minutes that it was the thermostat. 15 minutes later my AC was running perfectly. I definitely do not recommend Radco.

On this 102 degree day at almost closing time our condensor motor took the poo. Rob took his time to find the right parts we needed. walked my husband step by step in replacing the parts. Love that I can get the parts I need without having to do a service call. Very reasonable pricing. Comparable to online prices. Extremely knowledgeable very patient. If I ever have any issues again Ill be calling radco.Such amazing people at this company. Thank you Rob and holly you got us back to chilling in the ac. Would highly recommend radco to anyone. A+

My a.c. quit, I looked on the unit to see if there was name on there for the company that installed it, it was Radco. We called them, explained the situation, the unit was only two years old and it was installed by the bank that foreclosed the house. They said the warranty wouldnt apply because we are not the original owners. When I questioned it because of it not being purchased by an individual that owned the house, I was told they would look into it and call me back. I still havent heard anything and Kelleys A.C. & Heating came out the same day, replaced the compressor ($2000.00 part) and got it covered under the warranty without any hassle. If I waited for Radco, my house would still be over 90 degrees.

I called them Saturday morning to see if they had a part for my ice maker (I even had the part number). The young lady that answered the phone was very rude, said they dont go by part #s & asked for my model number. I gave her the model number twice, she also asked for my name & phone number and said there computers were down & would call me back. Im still waiting for that call. This is one company that I defiantly would NOT recommend to anybody.

Technician came out, did very little to address my concerns about my air conditioner, and I had to ask him to go up in the attic to check the duct work.....definitely not worth the $89.95. I learned the same thing from the secretary at the office! Waste of money for sure...

I am 1st time homeowner and a big time D.I.Y kind of guy. So when my AC decided to stop working lol. I start to troubleshoot shoot to figure out the problem. I needed an AC capacitor, went to the big box store amd had no luck. A worker there recommended going to RADCO so i headed towards them. I must say when i walked in i was greeted by Rob who went above and beyond to assist me. Not only he explained how to install the unit but he provided me with extra material that i was going to need to secure the unit (at no extra cost). He wrote down the way the connectors need to be. I am telling you it was customer service at it’s FINEST. If you’re a DIY kinda guy and need AC components and or assistanceplease do not hesitate to contact highly recommend and professional.

Called the morning of 12/16/15, keith and jeremy came out in the afternoon and promptly fixed our refrigerator. they were courteous, professional and very helpful in answering some questions we had about the repair. i would definitely call this company again for any appliance repair. they are highly recommended.

We were in need of a repair on our refrigerator and I had used Radco before so we called. It was a Saturday but they were ther quickly. Of course the fee for service was higher on weekend which I can understand. We also had our hot water heater needing replacement at the same time so were expecting a plumber. However Ralph said they could take care of that also. We cancelled the plumber. I’m glad we did. We decided on a tankless water system not by being pressured but it was what we had been thinking about. They temporarily fix water heater and said they would be back the following week. However, there was water on the floor of the garage the next morning so they came back on Super Bowl Sunday and put in the new system even missing kick-off. I was having trouble filling out the registration form because could not find serial number. Karen in the office took care of the whole thing with Ecosmart company and had confirmation emailed to me. That is what I call excellent service. We will be needing an air conditioner soon and they will have our business

Let me start off with saying I am a disabled vet, in a wheelchair. I had an issue with my ac unit and Radco came out charging me a ridiculous amount of money. I was able to scramble up everything but $100 (after they called the police on me because I didnot have enough money). The technician wanted the police to arrest me but the deputy talked him into taking what money I had and have me pay the balance within 30 days. The office harassed me over and over again. Finally the owner came to my house, left a nasty note in the door and removed a part from my unit. This is the company that brags that they do all kinds of work for the Vets. Stay away.

Had Radco come out for a $89.95 fee. Capacitor was bad. Wanted to charge me over $ 400 some dollars and add a booster to my ac. The part is only $49.00. Repair men were more than rude and unprofessional. Stay away!!!!!

M relationship with RADCO is a timeframe of a few years. They were fine initially… I recommended them to friends and to my sister who serviced, & replaced, her A/C with them. I always felt they were a bit expensive butthat their tech (Jeremy) made it worthwhile. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and easy to trust. I would always request Jeremy to work on my unit, and advised those who I recommended to RADCO to do the same. Unfortunately, when I called 20 days ago, Jeremy was out of town. My A/C was working…but it was obviously struggling. It would run and run just to reach the 78 degrees I keep my thermostat set at (and still not shut off)…and during the hottest part of the day the inside temperature would climb up to 79 or 80. I assumed it may be low on Freon, an easy enough fix…so I wasn’t overly concerned that Jeremy wouldn’t be the one to come. $668 later with Freon added there was little change in how the unit was working. When the tech left…he had set the thermostat to 74. After the Freon add it would now get down to 76 degrees…no lower. It would just run and run. When I called RADCO to express my concern I felt as if I was “bothering” them. While asking questions I was put on hold after each one while the young lady I was speaking to passed on each question, until finally the office manager (Holly) got on the phone. Her tone was abrupt and condescending. She went on and on to tell me that everything was now fine… and that because the A/C had been off until fixed, it would now take 24 hours of running to get the humidity levels down and the house cooled. When I explained to her that she was mistaken…that the system was never “off” (except for the 15 minutes the technician had turned it off while working on it) and that I couldn’t see a viable difference in its performance after spending almost $700, she became even more curt. She directed me to leave the thermostat as the tech had set it (74) and to let the unit run until it reached it and to call her the next day with results. When I expressed concerns for damaging the motor with its continuous running…she guaranteed it would be OK to do so. Finally at 11pm that night, the unit would not cool below 76…I raised the thermostat to 77 and it shut off and went back to working just as it had been before their visit. .. which was only running continuously during hottest parts of the day. When the tech called the next morning to tell me of a 10am follow-up visit, I asked if he could make it later in the day so he could see it when it wouldn’t reach the thermostat setting. He agreed.The office called later that day saying he couldn’t make it that day…but would definitely do it the next day. When he came he could find nothing wrong. He did say I had a “Hot Spot” on the wall next to the thermostat and that when checking temps in the room (an open concept) he found one area to be 1 degree hotter and another to be 6 degrees cooler than the thermostat reading. (after he left I put thermometers at both spots that read 1 degree cooler on one and the same as the thermostat on the other)…He said that it’s a long shot but it could be the thermostat. I asked for a quote for a new one which was $326 installed for the same model I currently had. (I had paid under $70 installed for it in 2012)…so I declined…and ordered the exact one on Amazon for under $40.I’ve never written a bad review before, and wouldn’t have written this except for the fact that that my A/C stopped working last night. I try to be a loyal customer. I like repeat dealings with just one company and the building of business relationships. I am not a cheapskate…I think price is not the end-all of every interaction and I feel that I tip generously to all that come to work in my home. However I just couldn’t bring myself to deal with RADCO again, mainly due to Holly’s treatment of my questions…the exorbitant quote for a new thermostat…the tech’s questionable knowledge and the possibility that I spent nearly $700 for Freon that I may not have needed. Either way I found someone new.

Harassed my 83yo godmother with dementia to install an $8,000 new AC after the diagnosis I WantedTo get2nd opinion on price they got abusive that the contract was signed. I stated I had power of attorney and that she has dementia and did not even remember signing it or giving a deposit. That didnt bother them at all, clearly they are not a responsible company. I had to stop payment and found another company that installed a bit better machine for $5,900
