I bought tires on Walmart.com and was informed they were ready for pickup at 6:15. I went directly and picked them up 10 minutes later and asked if I could have them put on because my front tire was in REALLY bad shape. They only had one car in the bay. He was LITERALLY doing NOTHING but just standing there flipping his scanner prior to me walking in. He said he just couldnt do it, they started closing at 6:00. Though Google shows them being open until 7 and I just needed my tire installed. No diagnostics or other problems. He brought my 2 tire out and set them on the counter and just sat there as I tried to open the door and carry my two tires out. There was an AWESOME mechanic that seen my struggles, sincerely apologized for not helping sooner and asked if he could assist me. Well, I left there and my tire blew on my 3 mile ride home. I would just like to sincerely thank the charming counter guy that made this possible.

You call.. it rings forever then they hang up on you. I dont care if its busy, it is their job and thats why they have a phone in that department. Its not your personal line. Ridiculous & unprofessional.
Sat there for 40 minutes without even being greeted. Overall unorganized mess.
Told me to park and he would get to me 4 people came and got the cars done I sat for 46 mins

Whoever said their tires were cheaper just blantanly lied, it cost me over $200 for 2 tires!!! I got them in March now one of them is bald, and they wont honor my warranty. No one wants to take blame and pretended like I didnt exist. The used tire I got a week later when I had a nail in a different tire has lasted longer!!!!

I cant make any complaints towards their Tire department. Generally speaking I do most of our maintenance on vehicles at home. But when it comes down to tire changes in rotations its easier just to take it in somewhere.I opted for Walmart just because of convenience and cost. They were about half the price on installing TMP S sensors as well as they have warranties if ordering tires from their website. Prices for tires were also much cheaper than some of the competitors in the area.Once our tires came in and we went in unfortunately it is 1st come 1st serve there are no appointments but they managed to install the TMP S sensors and tires within about an hour and a 1/2.Unfortunately the sensors we brought in work compatible with the vehicle so they were unable to program them.Simply contact the retailer that sent us the sensors and they were able to issue a refund as well as send us the proper sensors that would work about a week later I went into the department to inform him of received the sensors they were quick to help.The new sensors were installed and easily programmed they also help for some other general quick concerns I had. Unfortunately I didnt get the technicians name but they didnt charge me additionally for having to do a reinstall and programming.Think a lot of the reviews on here just people are angry as I sat there for another hour and a 1/2 to day I watched probably a 1/2 a dozen plus other vehicles come in at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday. These guys are pumping cars out left and right all day long in only have 8 reviews. I think that stands to say that a majority of the customers of satisfied with the services and dont find any problems but there are the select handful that do have an issue and are using Google to vent the negative reviews. I say if you want to save some money for a quick oil change your tire rotations or repairs you can bring it to these guys. Unfortunately they dont do anything beyond that, So dont expect oil gaskets to be replaced or any other general maintenance parts that might be beyond a standard oil change.
Buyer beware! Had the oil changed on our 2013 Escape and they didnt replace the Lower Deflector Screws. I understand that mistakes happen however, the manager didnt seem concerned when I brought it to his attention. Its in my opinion this is a representation of their attitude toward their customers and work ethic. Ill be taking my repair and shopping business elsewhere. UPDATE it appears that during the oil change the Lower Deflector was pulled off stripping the trim bolts.
I get it if your understaffed or just swamped. But this was just ridiculous. When I came in (2pm on Monday) and asked the manager how long my oil change would take, he said not long. 1 hour later, I check in and they say its still waiting. Another hour later, no updates, no calls, no pages, I look and my car was moved. So I assume its been finished. Cashier makes eye contact with me, knowing Ive now been waiting 2 hours for a routine oil change, and says nothing. So I sit in the waiting area... a total of 3 hours goes by and my car is still sitting. Finally I get a call from the desk approx 10 feet away. I walk out of the waiting area and the cashier says he didnt see me waiting (for an hour...ten feet away). My car had sat for at least an hour before they even called me, let alone notice I was still waiting. This was my first, and absolute last time I use this place. The walmart I used to go to in New Port Richey would have you in and out in 40mins maximum. Dont waste your day waiting for this when a mechanic shop can do it in 20 minutes.
The hours on your website says u close at 7pm on Saturday I went in there at 550 after waiting in line 5 mins I tell her I had a nail in my tire she tells me they close in 6 minutes so she left me there till 6 to tell me there not taking anyone else. Well thanks I had to drive on a flat tire. I hate ur store. All the other walmarts auto center close at 7...

Chose walmart lube center for 3 oil changes because it is convenient to shop while it is being done. First time filter wasnt put on correctly and luckily I check my oil and noticed a puddle under the vehicle. Had to tighten filter and add oil myself. I did not take it back for them to fix. Second time I asked them to be sure to call me on my phone when it was done. Waited Waited nothin went back to check. It was finished and setting outside. 3rd and last time I will ever take a vehicle to Walmart Quicklube on commercial way in Spring Hill FL I saw they only had one car to do. I had 1 hour and 15 min lunch break. I asked if they could have it done in an hour. Yes, sure no problem. This time they gave me a code I could scan at any price check kiosk to see if it was done. Checked a couple times. It said bay Did some shopping. Came back after an hour and the hood was open and still in the shop. I asked why they didnt call and what the problem was. They didnt have the correct filter and needed my permission to purchase a filter from inside the walmart store and have an extra charge. I said yes I am going to be late for work. I contacted the manager and asked for a discount on the filter since I had to wait so LONG!! He said No, I tried to page you and you never answered our page. He would not discount the filter. I was late and ended up getting an oil change for $48 on a small engine that was supposed to be $35 since I had chosen a synthetic. Not my fault they didnt have the filter and wasnt happy with the leaving it set in the shop instead of finish. Also wasnt happy they charged extra $12 for the filter and not even discount it. NEVER change your oil at Spring Hill Walmart Quicklube on Commercial way. Bad management and not worth your time. I should have learned before giving them 3 chances :(
They finished my car in an hour . But forget to take out money in my car and noticed they stole $20.00 cash . Tried to file an complaint and no one answered the phone
First they told us we needed the wrong battery then once we realized the battery they sold us was wrong we had to go to a different store because they didnt have the battery we needed and they did not give us our core back meaning we now have to pay a core fee.
Mismanaged, dont do it. Its visibly confusing and unorganized. It also takes hours to get an oil change. The auto team is trying hard, so shame on the store manager and his department managers.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!went to get an oil change ..Vehicle comes back with leaking oil and a leak somewhere in the cooling system..More issues now then when I put my vehicle in to do work!!!!
